Trius Winery Restaurant celebrates the relationship between our land, our people, our wines and our food. Chef Frank Dodd showcases locally inspired cuisine made with ingredients from the bounty of Niagara Wine Country, and Winemaker Craig McDonald pairs them with wines made from grapes that grow in the same soil. Extend your stay in Wine Country, and allow us to arrange a private tasting in The Loft or another Winery Experience prior to your meal. Be sure to join us for Date Night, every Monday starting December 4th (Blackout dates: December 25, January 1, Feb 26, all of March, April 2). For $99 per couple enjoy a three course dinner and bottle of Trius Wine.

We have high expectations of the chefs menu because his creations have always pleased our palates and left us wanting more though the portions are always satisfying. This visit was slightly disappointing since the vegetarian parsnip entree felt a bit too sweet for an entree.

Appetizers and desserts were amazing, as expected. We will still go back as this is the first time we have ever felt like this about a dish.

Thanks to the chef and service staff for their excellent service!

Went to Trius for New Year Eve, and enjoyed their New Years Eve menu. They are had a Champagne (Brut) waterfall. and received an extra glass of Brut to celebrate New Years.

The ambience was very nice. It may have been a bad day for the chefs. We had the icewine pear desert and it was basically a chocolate covered ice cream stick. The description was very misleading. There was no lunch menu and the main options for the brunch were limited. I was not happy with the lobster cakes. I don't want to judge a nice restaurant from one visit but we were not happy with the food options and the quality of the food.

We had our family Christmas dinner at Trius. Excellent food, unique dishes, great ambience and unrushed service. All the staff were friendly and were knowledgeable of each dish and described them well. I would highly recommend for special family events. We also had a lovely wine tasting before lunch at the tasting room and gift shop.

My husband and I went to Trius for a quiet dinner before the chaos of the Holiday season started and it was perfect! Food was delicious and plating was beautiful. Trius wine is always fabulous! The lights inside and outside set a classy ambiance for Christmas. Staff was pleasant, kind, and knowledgeable about the menu, especially with Celiac options. Highly recommended.

Food and service make for an exceptional experience. This is FIVE STAR quality at an affordable price. From end-to-end, these folks really know what they are doing and make you feel welcome. Staff are patient and knowledgeable, and the food is absolutely sensational. My wife and I are eager to return for a third time.

The wait staff were pleasant and the food was delivered at proper intervals so that we had time to enjoy each course. The pacing was perfect - did not feel rushed. The chicken 'main' was not well represented on the menu - it read as a pasta dish but was in fact much more than that. Great night out.
