Always amazing. Food is stellar and OUTSTANDING service. Cocktails are really good and they do fish and beef equally well. Go if you have not been
We had a great time! Great food and super friendly staff!
The perfect restaurant for an intimate dinner with nice ambiance and very low noise level. We were very pleased with our table and service. The food was mostly amazing but we did have to send an appetizer back because it was not hot. The server could not be more accommodating. The mussels are a great appetizer and was easy to share. Each person in our party of four had a different entrees and would recommend their selection to others. The portions are large enough that you don't need to order any side dishes or salads.
Our waiter was excellent and the food was delicious!
The food was delicious, waitstaff was great. Really enjoyed the scallops and the salted caramel creme brulee.
Trio is always a treat with amazing food and a wait staff that is so professional and knowledgeable. We had an amazing meal and thoroughly enjoyed our experience!
The staff had an event at 7p (our reservation was at 6p) the food was great but the service was very rushed especially considering what we were paying for the meal.
Quality food and service. Ambiance was great. We will be back.
Food variety was good and excellent quality. Service could not be better. Attentive and personable. Only complaints, a bit drafty as were we seated in front. Also could smell cigar smoke. Very undesirable.
The food is so good!! Love, love, love the Tuna!!!
Took a group of 10 and had a lovely time. Thank you Trio Grille.
As always excellent
We had a great dinner at Trio. Food and service were great. A special shout-out to Sammy who went over and above to get us a lovely creme brulee even though it appeared there was none available. Thanks!
Service slower than previous visits. We were seated in a table set for four but right at the front door, making it difficult to hear table conversation
Went for an engagement dinner for 10. Service was wonderful and considerate (Christian was our server). The food was well-prepared, but nothing stood out as amazing. Their oysters were fresh, and the other appetizers (potstickers, charcuterie board, and calamari) were good, but we enjoyed the entrees the best. The party had filet mignon, dry-aged ribeye, bolognese, short rib, flounder, scallops, and rockfish. There were no complaints and the flavors were solid even if not inventive. The ambiance is nice, and the restaurant is flexible enough for an intimate dinner for two or a larger group dinner. Would definitely recommend.
Service was below average. Waited for 15+ minutes on 2 separate occasions to order drinks and food. Both on duty managers walked by several times and saw empty drinks and never said a word to us or the wait staff. When the waiter finally returned to take our order he only said “I got busy”.
First bad experience here. The food was a great as always
Food was excellent. Noise level was high. We were going to be seated near the front and we asked to be moved a little further back so we would not be near a little very loud piano playing. So we were moved to near the kitchen where it was very loud.
This visit was our fourth to Trio Grill. The food and service are consistently excellent. However, this visit was our first being seated next to the cigar room (Justice Room), which was a very unpleasant experience. We were blasted by cold air (winter) and cigar smoke every fifteen minutes as people and servers frequently walked in and out of the room, which was irritating. Our clothes also smelled of cigar smoke after we left the restaurant. I would recommend asking for a seat away from the Justice Room if you are not a smoker. Other than our location in the restaurant, the experience at Trio was good.
Smell of cigar smoke that drifts into the main dining room is not appealing
Although steaks (7 0z filet) and salmon were very good. The "Oscar" that was an add on to the steaks was not evident, at least not for $14 extra. Very, very small addition. We have been to Trio before, but this was disappointing. Chances are we will look elsewhere the next time.
The food is always great at Trio. Service
was good. Table was near the door out to the patio, so we got a lot of rushes of cold air at our table. Tuna tartare nachos were great as were the scallops. Half price wine bottle night is a good value that makes the meal that much better.
Positive experience. Great food and service. But pretty noisy.
Food and service were wonderful. The noise level made conversation very difficult.
Poor... wait staff didn’t listen or remember orders...
The filet mignon was perfectly cooked and the salted caramel creme brulee for dessert was amazing!
I really want to say that the experience was great but unfortunately I can’t. Our server was amazing and he tried very hard to make the experience wonderful and even the manager came over to make sure things were OK but unfortunately what it all comes down to is, The food was not great. I had the bison. The bison, itself, tasted good but it should not have been sliced ahead of time (It caused it to dry out a little bit). And, everything that was on the plate was competing With the flavor of the bison. All I could taste were the red peppers and whatever meat that was that was part of the hash that accompanied the bison. also I had the french fries with duck fat hollandaise; the french fries were undercooked and hard and hollandaise was runny.
I really do feel bad that I couldn’t give a more positive review because like I said our server was excellent....
Great Restaurant.......Great Food and Drinks.......Great Service!
Delicious food and excellent service from everyone especially Belay .
Loved it. Very impressed with all aspects of this dining experience.
Incredible experience all-around. From delicious cocktails to exquisite food, Trio is one to visit again and again. Beautiful atmosphere and literally the best service we’ve ever experienced. Our waiter, “B” and his colleagues who assisted were so extremely gracious and hospitable I wanted to ask them to join us. Thanks Trio! We’ll be back.
Dinner started with an amazing appetizer but went downhill from there. Pork chop was over cooked and nearly impossible to cut. Staff was nice to offer to bring me another entree but I said no thank you. They proceeded to bring me a Short Rib. Though I’m not fond of this dish it was very nice of them to bring it anyway. When the bill was brought, however, they charged me for the more expensive entree that I didn’t even want.
Food was very good. The mashed potatoes were a little grainy....prefer smoother, velvety texture.
The pork bellies were off the charts spectacular.
Food was delicious. Our waiter was friendly and quite helpful. The ambiance was warm and cozy. Would recommend to a friend for sure.
Exceptional food, ambiance and service. Ideal for a quiet romantic evening without breaking the bank.
Never a bad meal or service! Love Trio
Fantastic food and service! Salted caramel creme brulee was out of this world!
I love the relaxed feel of TRIO – I would return to try more dishes. The Artisan Greens Salad is amazing. The Filet Mignon is cooked to perfection. The Hickory Smoked Atlantic Salmon is extremely tasty. Service was well-timed and friendly.
Service was excellent, the food was great - a bit on the pricey side when combined with drinks, however. We loved the music selection and the atmosphere of the restaurant.
I love the food and the restaurant, but it is not a restaurant I can afford frequently
