Quality with excellent presentation
My favorite upscale restaurant in Jackson Hole for several years. Great food and a nice atmosphere. Don't miss the BLT soup.
joli restaurant ,ambiance agreable , nous avons tres bien mangé ,portions pas trop grosses et tres bien cuisinées
Great service & reliable, good food. In town location with good entertainment nearby.
Great meal. Excellent service by our server Max.
Trio is one of our favorite restaurants in Jackson. It is a small restaurant with a few bar seats. We enjoy the flatbread pizzas for appetizers and love their BLT tomato bisque. The menu varies seasonally; however, we have found the fish dishes always to be fresh and exceptional. They have a good wine list and use fresh ingredients in their cocktails. Their margaritas are very good.
Duck was severely undercooked, then was cooked ok except that the skin was soggy. Crispy skin on baked duck is not an optional feature. The service was great and the side dishes were very tasty and the drinks were good. The chicken entree was a little overcooked and was "ok". I liked everything EXCEPT the main entrees
Trio is our favorite restaurant in Jackson Hole. It never disappoints!
Previous reviews were great but I rate it as OK. The pizzas were average. Best bits were the starters. Overall quite pricey for what we got.
Nice restaurant but a little under whelmed with the food. Caesar salad was awesome, one of the pizzas was great and the other a bit greasy. The risotto was al dente, but a bit boring.
Kinda disappointed. Used to be our fav place but quality has gone down, prices have gone up. Trying to be too fancy. Should go back to their roots.
Ate here on new years eve, very good food, staff was very good. Price at that time was a little high I thought. Will eat there again
Super friendly and attentive staff. The atmosphere is warm and friendly without being overly casual. One of our patty is a very particular eater and the chef had no problem offering her a pasta dish catering to her specific needs. We were a party of eight and everything we ordered was excellent across the menu. Including the bar drinks!
Menu a little offbeat. Ordered risotto which was marginal. Pulled pork pizza tasted funny.
Thank you for expanding our reservation!
Half the dishes weren’t great - too heavy a hand on the sauces and flavoring
Absolutely ambrosial. Fantastic service. Very efficient and professional but also personable. The BLT soup, the cod, the ice cold fully bubbled champagne, and even the green shallot infused salad were all off the charts sublime x
We were one of the first to arrive and all was really wonderful. Drinks arrived and apps too. All seemed to be going real well. However, as the restaurant got busier it seems as though our waiter disappeared and our food took an awfully long time to come out. Overall the food was good - salmon undercooked but better to go back then to be overcooked.
Really good food. BLT soup a must. Squid ink carbonara special was outstanding as is the duck confit. Very expensive wine list by the glass. One of Jackson's top restaurants.
We had the perfect dinner at Trio to celebrate our son's birthday. The service was fabulous, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm & wonderful. Our son loved their special: the fish with polenta. I had to order the BLT soup and the blue cheese waffle fries because I crave them. My husband enjoyed the chicken. It was a special evening!
Consistently among my favorite restaurants in Jackson. Trio never fails to satisfy!
Been here many times before. Monday night food was particularly good - excellent special.
The special (a pork tenderloin over a black cauliflower puree with mushrooms and a pomegranate sauce) was a stand-out. I don't have the fanciest of palates but this somehow both unusually creative and fundamentally delicious.
Wonderful menu, great ambience, value only when 2 for 1 dinners happen during the off season.
I've never had a bad experience at this restaurant. From Abby calling to remind me of my reservation, to the friendly and outgoing people who sit at the tables, and the very beckoning service, this place is great. My husband, who is almost 70 years old said his pork shop was the best ever. My fish was just as advertised, tasty and well presented.
Usually a favorite place to dine...perhaps because of local specials servings were somewhat cut-back. Entree one...The pork chop is always tender, moist and tasty. Entree two...The risotto was delicious but three small shrimp seemed small for portion. First time without the mussels and won't miss ordering them next time. Always delicious. Service is the best! Never rushed and felt guilty when we realized how long we stayed enjoying conversation over dessert.
Excellent place to meet for a special night out. The food and service are always top notch and the chefs are very creative and experienced- 5 stars all around
Thought the place was great, been 7 years since my last visit and was equally as wonderful.
Always delicious, creative and fun. We've been eating at Trio for many years, and it never disappoints.
Decided to check it out based on the reviews. Found the Tomato/Bacon soup to be underwhelming and the Broccoli Rabe was bitter to the point that I could not eat it. The chicken was as expected. I found it interesting that the server never asked why I didn't eat that much of the food provided. The ambiance was fine and it is in a great location. Paid way to much money for a mediocre meal.
