We where glad to have the restaurant open at the end of Oct. since it was the beginning of slack season in Jackson. The food was good but it seems like they are trying to make it too complex with to many combinations. I also felt that they were working to turn the table quickly because of the limited seating. Our meal came out very shortly after the app.

We enjoyed a beautifully prepared dinner on a Monday evening, not always the best option but the staff and kitchen were in great form. Our experience was enhanced by our special anniversary celebration. Our server was showed us just enough attention and was highly professional yet warm-hearted and friendly. Trio is not 'stuffy' but they are a great place in a town of many offerings.

Wow! First meal in Jackson Hole, and we were not disappointed! The French fries with blue cheese lived up to the hype. So crispy and delicious! We both opted for the pork dish. Amazing flavor...we cleared the plate. The server recommended the s’mores dessert which was also incredible. I will be dreaming about the gooey marshmallow topping for weeks to come!

Ordered wagyu steak, so tough couldn’t even chew it. Ordered non alcoholic drinks and they brought alcohol drinks. Didn’t offer any type of free dessert or even take drink off the bill. Worst steak and service ever had in a supposedly fine dining restaurant.

This restaurant has done an amazing job with social distancing of their tables and cleanliness of restaurant. The hostess that greeted us was friendly and welcoming. Food was great, and our waiter Jason was excellent. He answered questions we had about some of the dishes on the menu with ease, and he also spaced out our courses as we requested. He checked several times during dinner to ask if there was anything that we needed, and made sure our wine glasses were never empty! This was our first visit to Jackson Hole, and would highly recommend dining here. Give it a try...you won't be disappointed! It was our favorite restaurant out of the five that we tried!

Very nice restaurant with nice ambiance, a good selection of wine and cocktails, excellent food and very good service. The BLT soup is great, and their pizzas are really awesome, with unique and very tasty ingredients and amazing crust!

We were on vacation and friends had told us about this place. We were lucky to get a reservation. The food was exquisite. We had the pork chop with purée butternut squash which was outstanding as well as the halibut special & the pasta. Service was excellent and so was the dessert This was the best meal we had in Jackson

Absolutely the best meal of our getaway trip! The halibut was phenomenal and the special of the night was a tasty pork dish with butternut squash, sweet potatoes and Roasted Brussel sprouts. The bread service was so tasty, and the blood orange margarita!! Oh my! You have to go!!

They were very accommodating and got us n before our actual reservation time which we so much appreciated! The restaurant has an upscale feel and the waiter seemed very experienced. Drinks were good. Blue cheese waffle fries sound crazy but u must try them.

I haven't been to Trio in a couple years, but now I don't know why I stayed away so long. It was easy to make a reservation the day of and my party was actually able to be seated a few minutes early. The tables are more than adequately spaced for COVID-19 precautions, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire dining experience. The food was excellent, my party and I split the Grilled Asparagus & Burrata appetizer and a pizza. All of us were very satisfied with our experience.

We had so much fun with delicious drinks to start with followed by waffle fries with blue cheese that were so good. We all enjoyed our entrees, I especially liked the fish special. We indulged with dessert and had a snore and peanut butter cup which was the perfect end! Can’t wait to go back.

Trio has always been one of our Jackson favorites, but covid has completely changed the vibe of the place. It now seems bare and downbeat. The greeter was joyless, the tables so spaced out that it felt strange (why not leave the tables, but don't seat at all of them?). And the menu seemed uninspired (and almost entirely meat). Somethings has changed for the worse. I hope they can get it back.

Nice to sit outside & enjoy a meal at a restaurant. Guests had mussels, BLT soup, kale Caesar salad and l strip steak which they really enjoyed. My husband had short rib pasta which he did not think was as good as in the past but was still happy with his meal. I had the corn risotto with shrimp. Shrimp was good but risotto was kinda bland and did not have much corn. Seemed totally different than in years past. Arugula salad was very good. Excellent service & great cocktails. This is one of our favorite restaurants. This is a go to restaurant when we have guests in town.

Service, food and wine were great! We had the half chicken which was juicy and flavorful. We also had the prosciutto and arugula pizza which was so good. Do not miss out on the blue cheese fondue and fries! They were strict about COVID protocols, which made our dine-in experience pleasant.
