We went to Trinity at the Tower for our anniversary and we had an amazing time. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. The view from the Tower is definitely to admire!
Jazz trio playing, amazing view and sunset and delicious dinner. The amuse bouche was a tuna tartare cone that was fabulous!
Very slow. Two hours to dine for a 7:00 pm reservation. The appetizers and desert were good.
The main courses of fish weren't good. They were out of NY Strip and lobster ravioli, so I
expect that's what they are good at.
Excellent presentation of food, excellent service, excellent view! All-in-all, a superb evening and experience......
It was a nice place. food was not what I expected, little bit over price. there was no coordination over the Waiters. They took a lot of time to bring items that we have previously ordered constantly reminding them to bring it
Great meal and. View.
Overall great dinner. Not our first time going and definitely won't be the last. Sever who's name was (Arturo) was very attentive to when we had questions and to making sure we were always topped off when it came to drinks. Atmosphere was great like always. Food was cooked perfectly at our desired temperature and tasted really good. Best part of this restaurant is of course the view of the city from 48 stories up. Highly recommended for anyone to check it out atleast once and make your own opinion on it.
The place was very nice, but the service was slow and it was my birthday so I expected more from a high class restaurant. I enjoyed the view, but felt like it wasn’t that busy in the main dining room and we should’ve been attended to better. I did enjoy the food and thought the steak was amazing!
Atmosphere was stellar, service was exceptional. I dont have enough superlative words to describe this experience. Will definitely be back.
we were celebrating Valentines Day during a business trip to Dallas where my husband accompanied me so we could celebrate the occasion together having met in Dallas fifteen years ago. This was an excellent venue for such an occasion because of a ¨Valentines¨ ambiance with mood lights and roses and parting gifts of box of excellent macaroons. The menu was prefix but did not include wine, but prices were reasonable for a bottle of wine, as was the cost of $125 per couple for dinner which included a modest dessert and coffee bar. The food was really excellent, well prepared and original. I read reviews which gives you a sense the place was truly mediocre and overrated. Not for this visit.
The food is not worth $200. We went for Valentines Day. The place had a great ambiance and view. There was a live band playing while we ate, wasn’t the best band but they did ok for what it was worth. Played jazz and r&b with some occasional singing by the piano player. We had the roasted chicken and steak. Both were ok, but have had better. Would return probably only for the view and a drink.
Came here for NYE. Food and its presentation was extremely underwhelming for the $125 price tag per person. Could have found better food for $10 or I could have just cooked some food myself. Little to no vegan options and heavy on the meats. They need to hire a new chef. Dessert was also really meh. They were also very slow in serving the food which wasn't really necessary on top of which I had like 10 drinks and wasn't even slightly tipsy.
The live music and view of the fireworks made up for the night. But not somewhere I'll be going to ever again. Sorry guys!
The views were amazing and the food was very good. They did treat us a little like second class citizens and kept remarking about how we were a “open table reservation”. The hostess couldn’t care less about us and was not professional at all. I was disappointed by the service.
Excellent waiter staff. They were on point the entire time and went above and beyond to make us happy. My date and I both got the filet for the main course and it was nothing special, but the shrimp deviled eggs for an appetizer and the creme brûlée for dessert was excellent.
Service was sub par at best- for a member only dinning experiences. We had to wait 30 min for a table with a reservation and multiple tables open. Assigned a waitress that was on her first job in the service industry that had 0 knowledge of the menu, specials or refill requirements. I Fault the management for this since at this level of dinning I would expect they only hire servers with minimum level of experience to provide the service expected to club corp members. Was also told days prior that parking was free/validated when having dinner; told by receptionist day of dinner they don't. When i called her on it, that she specifically told me 2 days prior they did her response was "oh your right , we do" !!?? wow! After all that, she takes my ticket to "validate on the computer only for me to find out once in the parking garage it was not validated and still had to pay $10 for parking. I honestly think this is a direct result of bad management not holding the employees to a standard of club corp seeing how she was just watching you tube videos at her desk while we waited for 30 min to be seated- to which i had to remind her we were waiting and she responded " oh yea, forgot to sit you". will not be returning for dinner.
Amazing food, service and view.
Best view over DFW skyline .... I'm a member of the club and come here religiously. Of course my friends were jealous (not really 😁) and wanted to celebrate their anniversary here. They absolutely loved it and thanked me for referring the place.
Great view & service, but honestly the food & drinks were terrible.
I was a wonder meal, the lamb chops were perfect. The waiter (Michael) was exceptional!! BRAVO Zulu to the experience!!
Absolutely loved the restaurant. The views were phenomenal and was well worth the price. The food selection wasn't as large as I would have liked it to be however the choices that were available were delicious. The service was great and everyone was prompt and very accommodating. We arrived early and was seated right away. There was a wedding party in the parlor and they were loud but I didn't feel as though they overwhelmed the private dining area. I asked the staff to do something special for my spouses birthday and they went out of their way to make it special for us. Overall I had a great time and I would highly recommend it to others.
While the view is amazing, the rest of our experience was mediocre. The food was buffet style so based on the item depends on the taste. The service was less than desireable. No one came by for the first 20 minutes, and after it was not near enough.
My companion (visiting from out of state) & I had a lovely experience!! Kim & Michael provided EXCEPTIONAL Service - greatly appreciated as 1st timers!! We're both still in awe & will definitely be returning. Thank you for a GREAT NIGHT!!
The View was really nice but the food was of an addequate quality. The waiter told us that the food was made there but actually most if it was store bought and the price was very high for two people. My dad takes me to the best restaurants in dallas every month and this restaurant needs a lot of guidance. I wish my dad could coach the CEO of the restaurant to make it the place it deserves to be.
Service was great. Jaun was awesome. One dish was raw/cold. Quality of the food overall was extremely disappointing. The view was great.
Went here for their Valentines dinner and it was wonderful. Will be going back again soon!!!!
This was our third visit and while we were slightly disappointed with the food, the service was outstanding for a busy evening, and views of Dallas are truly spectacular. All in all we had a very enjoyable evening!
Amazing service thanks to jerry and Arturo . Great downtown view and perfect music for the occasion! !!
Food was great, service was personable. Window seat kept me starring out the window the entire night.
What a great time.
The filet was disappointing for the price. The plates were taken away before we finished. We were under the impression that we would be able to see the city while we were dining and we couldn't.
My husband and I went here on one of our first dates in Dallas. The weather wasn't good and it was foggy but we LOVE this restaurant. We plan on returning with our out of town visitors so we can show them an amazing view of Dallas and have a great dinner out!
Celebrated our 40th anniversary. Food was excellant. Only thing I would change is it had very limited choices for dessert. Beautiful view of Dallas in a relaxed atmosphere. Ask for window seating.
I had a very nice birthday dinner here. Staff was friendly and food was great. The gem was the scenic view of downtown. Only complaint is the waiter added his tip on our bill and we were only two people. That was a turn off. Overall great restaurant.
Food was wrong, cold, and lacked taste. Wait staff would disappear for what seemed an eternity. Waited 15 minutes to get the check.
This was for my birthday and I should have stayed with my original reservation at Pappas .
The staff was very accomodating but the food was average. Nothing spectacular. The ambience and views are spectacular, on the other hand.
Excellent service, excellent food. Thought the gratuity was too high.
Spectacular views, service par excellence, delicious dinner. Loved the music.
This was a last minute decision to book a dinner reservation prior to a concert at the Majestic Theatre. Through Open Table I was able to get a reservation for 6 without a problem. Our table was perfect, with a view of downtown Dallas at sunset. My friends were very impressed. We had one vegetarian and he loved his dinner selection. Everyone in my party ordered a different entrée from Lamb to Scallops to vegetarian and everyone loved their selection. The cocktails were perfect, the food was delicious, the service was spectacular and the ambiance was just what we expected. I would highly recommend this restaurant to others.
Food was outstanding, the best salmon I ever had. It was worth the price paid. And you can't beat the incredible view from the 48th floor.
Best upscale restaurant I have ever been. Took my husband for his birthday. The service was awesome. If your looking to impress someone this is the place. The view is immaculate. Food was fresh and dessert was great.
By far one of the best experiences I've had in Dallas. Attentive but not overly attentive staff, excellent food, and an amazing view of downtown Dallas. Worth every cent.
