Triniti at Tower Club Ratings and Reviews
Came here for NYE. Food and its presentation was extremely underwhelming for the $125 price tag per person. Could have found better food for $10 or I could have just cooked some food myself. Little to no vegan options and heavy on the meats. They need to hire a new chef. Dessert was also really meh. They were also very slow in serving the food which wasn't really necessary on top of which I had like 10 drinks and wasn't even slightly tipsy.
The live music and view of the fireworks made up for the night. But not somewhere I'll be going to ever again. Sorry guys!
The views were amazing and the food was very good. They did treat us a little like second class citizens and kept remarking about how we were a “open table reservation”. The hostess couldn’t care less about us and was not professional at all. I was disappointed by the service.
Excellent waiter staff. They were on point the entire time and went above and beyond to make us happy. My date and I both got the filet for the main course and it was nothing special, but the shrimp deviled eggs for an appetizer and the creme brûlée for dessert was excellent.
Service was sub par at best- for a member only dinning experiences. We had to wait 30 min for a table with a reservation and multiple tables open. Assigned a waitress that was on her first job in the service industry that had 0 knowledge of the menu, specials or refill requirements. I Fault the management for this since at this level of dinning I would expect they only hire servers with minimum level of experience to provide the service expected to club corp members. Was also told days prior that parking was free/validated when having dinner; told by receptionist day of dinner they don't. When i called her on it, that she specifically told me 2 days prior they did her response was "oh your right , we do" !!?? wow! After all that, she takes my ticket to "validate on the computer only for me to find out once in the parking garage it was not validated and still had to pay $10 for parking. I honestly think this is a direct result of bad management not holding the employees to a standard of club corp seeing how she was just watching you tube videos at her desk while we waited for 30 min to be seated- to which i had to remind her we were waiting and she responded " oh yea, forgot to sit you". will not be returning for dinner.
Absolutely loved the restaurant. The views were phenomenal and was well worth the price. The food selection wasn't as large as I would have liked it to be however the choices that were available were delicious. The service was great and everyone was prompt and very accommodating. We arrived early and was seated right away. There was a wedding party in the parlor and they were loud but I didn't feel as though they overwhelmed the private dining area. I asked the staff to do something special for my spouses birthday and they went out of their way to make it special for us. Overall I had a great time and I would highly recommend it to others.
While the view is amazing, the rest of our experience was mediocre. The food was buffet style so based on the item depends on the taste. The service was less than desireable. No one came by for the first 20 minutes, and after it was not near enough.
The View was really nice but the food was of an addequate quality. The waiter told us that the food was made there but actually most if it was store bought and the price was very high for two people. My dad takes me to the best restaurants in dallas every month and this restaurant needs a lot of guidance. I wish my dad could coach the CEO of the restaurant to make it the place it deserves to be.
My husband and I went here on one of our first dates in Dallas. The weather wasn't good and it was foggy but we LOVE this restaurant. We plan on returning with our out of town visitors so we can show them an amazing view of Dallas and have a great dinner out!
Food was wrong, cold, and lacked taste. Wait staff would disappear for what seemed an eternity. Waited 15 minutes to get the check.
This was for my birthday and I should have stayed with my original reservation at Pappas .
This was a last minute decision to book a dinner reservation prior to a concert at the Majestic Theatre. Through Open Table I was able to get a reservation for 6 without a problem. Our table was perfect, with a view of downtown Dallas at sunset. My friends were very impressed. We had one vegetarian and he loved his dinner selection. Everyone in my party ordered a different entrée from Lamb to Scallops to vegetarian and everyone loved their selection. The cocktails were perfect, the food was delicious, the service was spectacular and the ambiance was just what we expected. I would highly recommend this restaurant to others.
The view cannot be beat for a romantic evening out! The ambiance was lovely. The food was overall good. My steak came out rare when I ordered medium. They cooked the same steak but brought back a much smaller piece after I sent it to the kitchen cut in half. The server was serving food and taking dishes from the table over a railing instead of coming to the correct side of the table. We did not like that part at all. The view, food, and definitely drinks would make us go back!
I'm not sure we would have even known about Triniti except for Opentable's Restaurant Week. First time there with friends. They seemed to enjoy it as well except that one has a fear of heights. He sat furthest from the window. The view immediately captivated the rest of us even though the weather was stormy. Everything was "very good". The live music was appreciated and very enjoyable.
Filet and ribeye steaks amazing. Service outstanding. Dessert ridiculously good. Would've been a 5 out of 5 if I didn't think the appetizers were overpriced and so simple they should've been on the house. Great ambiance and of course an awesome view of the whole city from the 48th floor. I recommend if you want to impress and don't care about breaking the bank.
After reading several positive reviews we decided to book a reservation. Also was surprised I'd never heard of the place and after visiting I know why. The restaurant looks like a scene straight out of the 80's and needs a serious update to improve the aesthetics and bring it into the 21st century. The food was decent and candidly for the price their are numerous alternatives in Dallas that are far more desirable. Our waiter was friendly but appeared nervous and inexperienced. Struggled with basic mechanics and wore a shirt that looked like it had been worn for a week without being washed or pressed. The wine list was pathetic and reminded me of what you'd see in a low end hotel chain. The view of Dallas is quite nice but you could just sit at the bar and have a beer to experience that. This place will never receive any culinary acclaim unless they significantly tighten up their program. No one plans on failing but most fail to plan and Triniti at Tower Club is in serious need a a plan.
