Trilogy Coconut Creek, FL
I still don’t understand why a restaurant that is located in the movie theater would be listed on OpenTable
service must be improved. where is the manager? i saw people leaving their tables because of no service.
Unfortuneately, we found the food and coffee very disappointing. Although the waiter was nice and seemed eager to please....the food was way below par. Maybe the chef had the night off because it was Mother's Day....and there were hardly any people eating in the restaurant at night. Selections sounded appetizing on the menu....but the flat bread with figs and goat cheese was inedible and we sent it back. The lobster roll contained just a small amount of thin, shredded lobster....maybe frozen....and tasteless. The coffee was hours old,
murky and stale. The cheeseburger was good.
The crispy chicken sandwich and fries were good.
We might try this place again to see if the regular chef??? is there the next time.
great service and food!
We ordered an appetizer which didn't come to the table until after the meals were served. The entrees didn't all come together so we didn't eat as a family and our server never checked with us to see if we needed anything else or offer refills. Normally I would say he was busy but, we were the only ones in the dining room at the time.
Trilogy is inside the Silverspot Cinema. The food selection is OK. It is very convenient for a simple dinner and a movie night. A full bar is available and our cocktails were good.
Food was okay, smaller size portion for the amount of money though. Unfortunately, bartender was awful and could not mix specialty cocktails. 2 different drinks were very bad. Stick with beer or wine!
It was ok. Taking the order inside was not the best. Could not see to sign receipt too dark. Service taking orders took too long could possible have more staff to cover orders row by row
Very nice great food good service. Only complaint I have it was a really cold in the side.
This restaurant is poorly staffed/managed. Even if the food was spectacular, I wouldn’t go back. They obviously are not trying to entice the movie goers to dine here. If they were, they wouldn’t ignore their customers. We saw our waitress twice , when she took our order and when she brought it out. She never returned to see how our meal was or if we needed anything else. We had to get our check from the manager strolling by. This restaurant has potential, but I don’t see it improving any time soon. I’d rather walk to one of the many restaurants nearby after a movie.
Dreadful service. Food just below average at best.
Such a shame. They could be so much better. Have the manager give me a call I’ll give them a few pointers, seriously. I want them to be successful because they are a restaurant right in the movie theater and the experience could be amazing.
We could not get waited on after 25 minutes with no acknowledgement after being seated. We left and no one even noticed. We were taking my aunt out for a mother’s day Lunch and she fell leaving. I will not return
Haven’t dined here in a while it use to be good- this last time the food was not as good. My wife’s beet salad tasted like they were canned beets and my chicken sandwich tasted like it was sitting around for a while
Awful. Will never go back!
Both the food and service were horrible. The food was definitely frozen, not fresh. One of our appetizers came out still frozen in the middle. Salads were from a bag. Flatbread was barely warm and looked like it came from the frozen food section of the grocery store. Our waitress never came back to refill our drinks. Management comped our entire meal which was the only option they really had here. Now we know why the restaurant was empty during the dinner service when all of the other restaurants in the area were packed.
Took forever to get sat. Didn’t get menus. Took over 15 minutes for my drink. Ordered an appetizer did not come until we were almost done with our meals. Our meals were not good at all. My fiancé’s burger was over done and disgusting. We barely saw our server. Will never return to this restaurant.
So upon arrival NO high chairs or Booster seats, so I had to hold my 19 month old the entire dinner. The restaurant was filled maybe 30% , not even busy and sooo disorganized. As we sat down we witnessed food being brought out to wrong tables. I ordered a dirty martini, it took 20 minutes. When it finally came to the table it tasted like there was sour mix in it and served in a low ball wine glass, really? All the food that came out except for the shrimp lettuce wraps was disgusting. Finally when the check arrived there was no pen to write with. It was one thing after another. Dinner took almost 2 hours. The manager was very blasé and didn’t go out of his way to make a customer happy. Very disappointed. Would have rather eaten at McDonalds, would have gotten better food and service. No comparison to IPIC or Cinemark! NEVER AGAiN!!!!
We went after a movie. My drink took 30 min even though the bar was deserted and I had to ask for the drink again. Food was slow and mediocre at best. This place is ok if you have nowhere else to go but don’t think you will save time since it is attached to the theatre because it took longer than if we had gone elsewhere (despite only 3 tables out of about 20 being occupied- there is some food going to the people in theatre as well).
Nice atmosphere yet too cold. Service slow on a Friday due to shortage of staff. Good and wine were both good.
Food was pretty bland. It was just okay. Service was okay, kinda slow and considering that they weren't many quests I would think it would have been faster. We were a party of 11 and they forgot to bring one of our friend's food. We had to remind them.
great location for a romantic bite to eat before a movie
Normally Food and Service is good, but we went for Fathers Day Lunch and the service was horrible. Took forever to get your good even though it was just burgers and ribs. Not sure what issue was, but it was the first bad experience I have had here.
Service was very slow, even though only two tables were occupied. Some food came out cold. The quality was mediocre. This place is only suitable for a quick snack.
Did not like fact that restaurant is not private. No wall or closed partition between movie theatre and restaurant. Noisy.
Food was good, took forever to get the food
They FORGOT to bring us our food in to the theater so didnt charge us when they brought it 1hr later.
The server that took care of us had taking care of us before. I think she may be a manager and she was great. If she's not a manager, she should be.
They didn't have my reservation on the list. Thank god it worked out because no one was hardly there. I would have been very upset. We had to people come up to us and let us know they were not our waitress and she would be there soon. About 10-15 minute later ours came out. Then she was given a tent to break and she forgot it and we had to remind her.
Food was good. Service was good. I thought the restaurant would of been a bit nicer but we enjoyed our meal.
The restaurant was it Pleasant surprise we thoroughly enjoyed the wait staff the ambiance and everything else included.
Great food and service! Loved the BLT Lobster Roll and potato chips and blue cheese dip. Good wine options!
Great place to eat before the movie
We ate at Trilogy prior to seeing a movie. It was a step above Applebee's. Not at all what we expected. Next time we'll eat at Ethos.
The a/c was not working.
It was so uncomfortable I didn't finish my dinner nor my glass of wine.
I had booked a table for 6 before a movie.
Because of the heat..it was a very bad experience.
It's a great concept to have a decent restaurant right inside the movie theater. They've got a good menu with a pretty good selection of appetizers, burgers/sandwiches, pizzas, and entrees. We ordered the chicken milanese, which was very good. It wasn't served with anything on the side, though. We ordered the homemade potato chips with blue cheese fondue, but the chips had a terribly bitter taste that we had to send them back. I think the oil they used to fry them was either old or spoiled. I would have been hungry afterward, but we got a free large popcorn that came with our bottle of wine. It was nice to bring the rest of the bottle & the popcorn into the theater. Very convenient. I don't think I'd ever eat at Trilogy unless I was going to the movie, but it's certainly convenient to have it right there.
A restaurant at a movie theater. This wasn't mentioned on OpenTable.
Fish tacos are fantastic
It's great to have a restaurant right at the movie theater. Nice menu. My husband said his burger was great. I had the fish tacos which we pretty good. The mahi was a tiny bit fishy & could have been cut into smaller pieces. There was a tasty slaw on them (slightly too much mayo) and a yummy pineapple salsa. Overall good but I've had better. Can't beat the convenience though! Service was great too!
The service was very good the food was very good I like that you get a free popcorn with a bottle of vine.
