I ordered the porterhouse steak and expected a "medium" grilled steak, charred on the outside and a bit pink in the middle. The steak arrived swimming in a spinach broth, mostly pink and gray colored...as if it had been boiled rather than broiled. Tasty nonetheless, but disappointing considering what it could have been.
As always, the service and food were great. Servers were very attentive and helpful. A wonderful evening.
Great place for a nice dinner. The fish was very good.
The bar was also nice with great drinks.
We went for Sunday Brunch. Not crowded and excellent service. Brunch items were delicious and big portions of food. Drinks were excellent as well.
We always love this restaurant. It is consistently good.
Over rated and overpriced, food was very salty. Lots of restaurants in this price range offering better food and value.
Beautiful restaurant food was not good and certainly not worth the money and the seafood was way undercooked after requesting well done bread was a simple cold roll
Compared to other restaurants in the area, this one was not as impressive. Food was just ok-needed more seasoning and sides that came with the meals were not super. We did order roasted brussel sprouts as an extra side and those were good. Service was good as was the bar and wine I had-a nice rose that is offered by the house.
It was my sixth time to T Grill but first time alone so it was super special. A fellow diner heard me tell staff I was alone from London and he paid my bill (nearly $200). I felt so amazing, like I was in a film. Just wish Bob (de Niro) had shown. Cannot rate TGrill highly enough and not it has an even more special meaning to me. Love Angela London xx
Overall Ok... very good quality of food. nice for lunch not really for dinner with You wife or Love.
outstanding service, very friendly.
Not sure if asking for 18% tip on your bill is a good idea....
Disappointed, the restaurant was empty, the food was not as good as I remember it and I’ve been in Tribeca for 16 years. My guest said her potatoes were dry, My duck was served with some soggy lentils
We usually do a ew Year's Day brunch in NYC and lately, the TriBeCa Grill has been our go-to spot for these adventures. The brunch offerings are always wonderful and the service flawless. Our waiter this visit set a standard for every professional doing a hard job - simple outstanding. The barkeep makes an outstanding Bloody Mary and we tipped him separately to show our appreciation.
Everything was, as always, top notch. We invited a some new friends to our annual excursion and they reported being very happy with their food.
We will be back for our annual visit and I know I'll sneak in for lunch the next time I'm downtown for business.
Great New Years Eve experience. The food was gorgeous, the staff were very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was fun and the band really added to the experience. The wine list was great.
Fantastic food and great service! We arrived early and they were able to seat us early. The food was very good and the restaurant has a great atmosphere!
The Sunday brunch was great, except for an egg dish that was on the dry side. The chicken & steak were delicious! The deserts were tasty, but the coffee tasted bitter, as if old or too many grounds were used. They have an incredible wine list that fits the $$ or $$ cost range. The ambiance is very nice and the service was incredible.
Le serveur a oublié les entrées et la table n'était pas prête lors de notre arrivée
Really enjoyed dinner. Great place to relax and enjoy food and company!
Super soirée! Un peu déçue de pas avoir pu serrer la main de mon idol Robert de Niro
We liked it here but we have had better food and better service elsewhere in NYC for half the price.
Was expecting more... I was there years ago - rooms was packed , food was out of this world. It’s Friday night- empty tables, food wasn’t as great as I expected.
Too expensive for what you get. Music was often too loud. Courses came too fast after one another. The steak was very well cooked, however no taste whatsoever.
Food was terrible, drinks were terrible. Had high expectations and was very disappointed. Will never return, and will never recommend.
Great foods ❤️
Excellent!! Dinner and lunch were perfect. Coming back soon with family.
Every time we come to NYC we dine at Tribeca Grill. The food is great, service and ambiance. It has become our special place when visiting.
Really disappointed in the food. We live in Brooklyn and decided to make the trek into Manhattan for Christmas Eve. We should have stayed in Brooklyn and had a much better meal at one of our many excellent local restaurants. It's a lovely place but I can't recommend it. The food was just not very good.
Welcoming and intimate, staff friendly and great food. This is the second time we’ve dined here and hope to do so in the future.
Amazing food and service. This is a hidden gem. I get worried when there is so much buzz around any NY place because of a famous owner (aka this place) but it's actually pretty damn good. I grew up in Chicago and it reminds me of Harry Carey's or Ditkas- good solid food and nice people that know how to serve you. Food comes out correct and on time. EAT THERE, DONT THINK- JUST DO IT AND BOOK IT NOW. STOP. YOU'RE OVERTHINKING THIS. Stop reading weirdo.
This beautiful restaurant is perfect for every occasion. The wine catalogue is fabulous. The food ... Bravo! Truly sensational.
I am so glad I and my daughter chose the Tribeca Grille for our Christmas dinner to enjoy and indulge in. Thank you to our server, Orlando, who was personably professional. We cannot wait to return for another chance to try other delightful dishes.
This restaurant needs an make over. It can be an really very nice place or hot spot, great staff !!!
Went for Sunday brunch with a few friends and the menu was diverse enough to not only meet everyone's taste, but made it hard to choose between multiple items. The poach eggs with mushroom fricassee was an American nod to the French oeufs en meurette – and quite tasty.
Service was also friendly and attentive without getting in the way.
Not as enticing as it once was- the place... and the menu could use a facelift. I had a tasty pasta dish but it was really dry- I had to ask for some extra olive oil to pour on it. Too bad, this place used to be great.
Angel, our waiter made lunch super enjoyable.
Angel was awesome!
Excellent service, food and atmosphere. Highly recommend.
Tribeca Grill is "spendy" but worth it for a few people or small group. Not sure how it would be for a huge gang. Waiter was truly professional--fun but on his game. Hostess friendly.
Love the restaurant just hate the cost of cocktails. Two drinks, Vodka club and a house wine $29. UGH!
