We were staying at The Henry Autograph Collection Hotel, so decided to dine here again. The food was very good, all be it, fairly expensive. The service was attentive. They have a decent wine list. We also went here for the breakfast buffet the next morning which was great. If you order an omelet you don't have to stand and wait, they give you a number and when it is ready they bring it to your table. We didn't order one, but saw this and thought it was a great idea. What we did eat was very good and so was our service. We would return on another stay at The Henry, especially for the brunch.
What an amazing experience. The only reason I’m giving this place a four star rating is because I had to wait for the hostess for about a minute because no one was at the host stand. And furthermore my server Rick, didn’t seem too interested in being our server, but he did deliver good service.
The food was fresh hot and very delicious and the food runner made small talk with me and I like that kid. I would have rather had him be my server.
My husband and I have been to Tria several times and every time we have had great experience. Few days ago we went back to Tria to celebrate our anniversary. Paul, our waiter was amazing. He was very personable, attentive and made great suggestions. Every single staff we ran across made us feel welcomed. As always, food was perfect, too.
Very loud. Server was so busy not his fault but had too many tables
buffet is 59 per person and an added 22% service fee(tip). Food was excellent, nice seating arrangement for easter brunch in a ballroom nice piano music in background - relaxing environment
Only complaint is i could not believe that the crab legs were basically the knuckles and the legs presented were thinner than your pinky finger. The prime rib was FANTASTIC as well as the other food. presentation was fantastic as well.
It as nice to not have to worry about a table turnover. Great service I would recommend for a special occasion - as we were celebrating easter and a birthday
Loved it. Food was wonderful
Service was excellent, and the food was a good value. I would definitely return
loved this place, food was delicious and overall really good experience
Excellent restaurant! First time there. Will be back!
The food was ok but the prices are extremely high $5.00 for tea and $8.00 for oatmeal now that ridiculous!
The very noisy atmosphere was quite distracting. The food was very good, but your beverage pricing is one the verge of price gouging.
First of all they did not have my reservation. They were able to seat is however. We waited quite a while to be treated at the hostess station due to staff conversations and just standing. Our waiter told us that our meal would be delayed due to carry out orders, we told him that we had theatre tickets and he said he would do his best. This was lunch. Then when our bill came he just stood there while all 4 of us got out the money and cards. Not a good experience good was ok
Nice ambiance, good food, great service.
Enjoyed the cioppino and service was great. I will return!
Better last time we went! We visited Tria to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. We'd been there a couple years ago and had an amazing meal and were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the years have improved the number of diners but the service and food was better before. Our server at first appeared attentive but after taking our order seemed to disappear. He never asked how our meal was. Bus boys delivered our food, not our waiter. Food was decent but expensive. Ambiance was lovely and the glass candle holders on the tables and walls are beautiful. Hopefully it as just an off night but my husband and I felt for the amount of money we paid, we should have had a much better meal at a very high end restaurant with a very attentive waiter.
Overall great experience. Only thing, was first bottle of wine selected they didn’t have and a cider selected they didn’t have. They did bring another cider at no charge.
Excellent meal..... Had the roasted oysters as a starter and the whole branzino for my entree. Both were very well-prepared. Service was spot on - timely, warm & knowledgeable.
Everything was excellent!
Food was excellent! We will come again. Surprised at how few tables were filled - given the good reviews! Folks - don't be deterred by the hotel location. Nice Place!
Memorable night at an amazing restaurant with fantastic food and spectacular service! Met the new Detroit Lions head coach here!
We were looking for a place for a great night out together celebrating my wife’s birthday. We wanted a good meat and cheese plate and Tria did not disappoint. The food was a little pricey but very much worth it. We were impressed with the taste and quality of the food along with the overall feel and ambience of the restaurant. We would definitely stop her again when we are in the area and looking for a nice dinner out.
The service was great, the atmosphere was beautiful. The food was bland
Food and service was excellent
My husband and I reserved a table in Tria. They greeted us with a nice smile and our server was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious and the ambiance was just perfect. I will definitely recommend this and we are definitely going back.
The bread basket is wonderful. However, almost no vegetarian options. Too much salt in dips.
The food was very nice and service was very good
The restaurant was not crowded and all the staff was very helpful. The wine list and the food was fantastic. However, the price was a bit much when compared to what was on the menu.
We stayed at The Henry Autograph Hotel which is an elegant artsy boutique hotel. This restaurant in the hotel is beautiful as actually has 5 star Menu. My husband ordered the lamb which was very good and I order the bone in filet which was seasoned wonderfully. I would highly recommend eating here if you do not want to venture out upon arriving at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was a full buffet with a large selection of fruits, omelettes to order, meats, oatmeal with many toppings. A 4 star buffet in a beautiful new kitchen. A great way to use your annual Marriott Free night voucher is to stay at the The Henry and enjoy dinner at this restaurant.
Liked the vibe of the restaurant and menu selection. Had great service at first. When we received our food the plates were hot but the food on the plates was only warm at best. We said nothing because it was a late night and we didn’t want to send it back. Also the lamb my husband ordered was tough. Though not hot, my sweet potato gnocchi was very tasty. We were going to order dessert but the waiter took much too long to answer a question.
Great ambience, great food, great service
I went there with a close friend and we usually talk a lot and for a long time but we noticed the food was coming out pretty slow. Which doesn’t bother me. The waitress was a petite blond and she was an EXCELLENT waitress and was very knowledgeable of the menu! People were complaining about the open cooking area which brought smoke into the dining area, it didn’t bother me at all, but my friend and the table next to us complained. The chef seemed to know what he was doing! The mimosas were strong and very very good I recommend you get one. I would definitely go there again!
Everything was first class. Only issue was the smoke for the lamb that was being roasted was very strong in the dining area but resolved after a while. All the employees were friendly and helpful and made sure we had a good experience.
Took my family for a Saturday brunch. Made a reservation but plenty of seats. Everything was great with service and food. Will def be back.
The food was very nice and service was very good
Wonderful steaks and service. Did a great job with ours son's peanut allergy. Thank you to the pastry chef!
Service was excellent! Our waiter, Rick was truly lovely. The food was not great. We were celebrating our anniversary, so this was unfortunate, but oh well. You live and learn.
Hadn't been there in years. Received a coupon in the mail and decided to try it again. Glad we did.
While the restaurant provided good service, my drink was made wrong. We came on Christmas day and they only had the lunch menu which was heavy on fish, my family doesn't eat fish so we were very disappointed. My French dip was dry and I didn't care for the cheese, nor did I like the aju that came with it. My sister loved her chicken salad, her husband thought his tuna was ok, while my niece didn't eat her sandwich at all. Over all the restaurant was very clean, nicely decorated, quiet, and peaceful. I would like to try their dinner menu, the lunch was a very big disappointment.
This is a #FAVORITE spot! Food and service is awesome! I took my friend to #brunch and she fell in love with Tria too!
Always fun to go to Tria. Friendly helpful staff, beautiful surroundings and good food and drinks. What I also like is that it isn’t pretentious or stuffy.
