Out of town visitor. We loved the art on display through The Henry to explore. The menu is digital so you can see exactly what your plate will look like. My kids were pleased with their food (cheeseburger and fries and lobster Mac and cheese). Mine was not good at all (I figured I couldn’t go wrong with chicken but I was wrong) The sides were unappetizing and the sauce on the chicken was bitter. Of the four pieces of chicken in my plate, I ate one. The waiter just took it away without asking if there was a problem.
For a hotel restaurant I was surprised. Fresh popovers and a pizza oven.
The hamburger, butternut squash tacos were said to be very good. The Cobb with chicken was not. The chicken was seriously like rubber and has an awful taste. Very disappointing
Excellent food. Each menu option is well thought out and food is delivered in a very appealing manner. Service is exceptional. Just be prepared to dig deep into your wallet to pay the bill. Four of us had a business lunch and got out the door for a $140 including tip (no drinks).
As always, we were very impressed overall with our experience at Tria. Their menu is always exciting to peruse. The flavor combinations and seasonal dishes are so refreshing versus what you come to expect from most restaurants. Service is consistently great. Tria is our must visit eatery whenever we make it to the east side.
Visually appealing restaurant and hotel. Kind of pricey like most restaurants in hotels but service is outstanding. They also offer free valet parking which was nice since it was very cold this night.
Nice place, wish they had bathrooms in the actual restaurant part.
Everything was wonderful!! Food, ambiance, noise level and especially our server Michelle. We couldn’t have enjoyed our Valentine’s Dinner more! And the choices on the prix fixe menu offered great choices!! 5 stars for everything!!!
Food was great and our waitress Audra as always was a pleasure
Loved it! The food was amazing.. the place was fancy.. the atmosphere was great! Definitely will be coming again and again
Was disappointed we were charged for extra pita bread as we never have been before when we ordered the Tria dip appetizer
We all enjoyed our meals and service was great!
Too bar like. Noisy, seating was not very good. Service good, food was fine.
We came for New Years Eve for our family dinner. We were visiting the area and needed a nice place to eat on NYE. The food choices were excellent, with unique specials. The food was excellent! And we had a great time. Thank you !
New Year’s Eve dinner
Birthday. It was great, I called before hand and they brought a very nice plate of mini desserts with a candle and “Happy Birthday” written in chocolate across the plate at the end of dinner. Great staff, great food!
Very nice. Especially over the holidays. The bar is fun as well.
Good food. Excellent service. A gem of a location.
Went for lunch. Food was excellent and atmosphere is upscale casual. Reasonably priced.
To sum it up... Posers
The food and service was exactly what we have come to expect from Tria. Our waitress, Morgan, was efficient and knowledgeable, suggesting drinks and helping my wife to decide on which appetizer would leave her with room for dessert, knowing she wanted to have the gingerbread creme brulee. My steak frites was more than enough for me, I took a third of it home. My wife loved the seafood saganaki. Great experience.
Great Environment!! Loved everything! Will be returning!
Tria is a good restaurant for groups or couple seeking quality food in a nice atmosphere with attentive service.
Picked Tria because of the proximity to Greenfield Village and we wanted a nice date night dinner. Both of our meals were good, but not great. Slightly on the smaller portion size, which was actually fine (no leftovers), however kinda pricy for it being good food, not great. Service, was outstanding - very friendly and attentive.
Be prepared for high prices and mediocre food here! Ordered the crispy shrimp which included 3 deep fried shrimp for $21. They were served with a plastic bulb of hot sauce. Not good. Had to ask for cocktail sauce instead. Also had the seared tuna appetizer. The menu picture showed it as fresh pink color with a slight sear on the outside. Mine was gray colored and didn’t look as fresh. Wasn’t too impressed.
We stayed at The Henry on Thanksgiving Evening... the food at TRIA was great and the service that much better!
The crispy Brussel sprouts.... wow!
I was there for Thanksgiving and have been in years past. The price is still the same but there are far less options. The options were good, not great. The real issue we had was with our payment. Our bill was divided among the four of us and we were all charged the same amount until my friend reviewed his online banking and discovered the restaurant had charged him 5 different times 5 different amounts all totaling more than double the original bill. None of us will be going back, and if you go I recommend using cash.
I was very surprised at how poor the service was. My sister and I went to Tria's for Thanksgiving Dinner Buffet. The food was delicious, the Maitre d' was very nice, the food servers and cooks I spoke to were great, but the server was very slow, it took 15 minutes to get a Coke, and our plates were never cleared from the table, we either had to ask them to be removed or placed them on another table. The man who poured our water poured a lot of it on the table, but didn't offer to wipe it up. We enjoyed our dinner though. The turkey was amazing as was the prime rib roast. And so many delicious desserts!!
Great food and atmosphere although my husband strongly feels the Caesar salad needs more garlic
This was an accident that we found your restaurant when we were passing through at the worst traffic time 5 o'clock on a Friday night. So we looked for a fine restaurant where we could dine and we were so pleasantly surprised. This was fabulous and even though we live a little ways away we will definitely be back. We loved it and we loved looking around at the gallery. In addition, your concierge man was very friendly, warm, and inviting. The gentleman who took our reservations also was terrific and made us feel very welcomed.
Met friends for dinner on a Thursday night, place was busy, bustling, noisy. We ordered the Charcuterie Board to munch on, plenty for the 4 of us, it was outstanding! Choices we tried included lobster cakes, steak frites, Brussel sprouts, autumn salads, seared tuna and lamb tacos. Everything was great. However, our autumn salads came out without the vinaigrette, (server brought it immediately) and my friend said the lamb was good, but more like a gyro (served on pita instead of tortilla). We have enjoyed breakfast and lunch at Tria, over the past couple years. Each experience was delightful. Its pricey though- each of had a wine/drink, our bill was $210 before tip.
Nice lunch menu. Good food. Great service.
Great ambiance. We had the octopus and it was good taste wise but didn’t look like any grilled octopus we had ever seen. Very large tentacles with no suckers. The mains were excellent and very flavorful
I really like this place. It has an upscale yet cozy feel about it. The Apple Pie Mule was so delicious I had to order another just to make sure they were consistent (yeah, that’s why I ordered two). I highly recommend the braised pork and au graten potatoes for dinner followed by the mason jar apple pie for dessert.
The ambiance was beautiful! Very nice laid back feel and was surprisingly not crowded on a Saturday night. The food was just ok. The flatbread was really tasty but our entree dishes were not memorable. I had white fish with a granny smith apple reduction served in top of crispy brussel sprouts and potatoes. The sprouts were very crispy/charred and tasted burnt. My mom had the lamb shoulder which had too much fat left on the bone. Overall it wasn't a very memorable meal and it seems like they have a high end feel but the food doesn't match.
This was our first time to Tria and it was a wonderful surprise. The food was excellent as was the service. We even enjoyed walking around and looking at the artwork after dining. We plan to be back soon.
Wonderfull experience as the chef made a special entree for my husband. The filet was cooked to perfection.
Was good but pricey. Wouldnt go back for dinner. Breakfast buffet is outstanding though
Always one of our favorites. Wonderful setting, impeccable service and great menu.
Nice ambiance. Stylish. Great food. A little pricey.
