    They didn’t have my reservation which I made online. There were only 2 tables of two people the entire time we we there and we were the first to order lunch…….it took a looooog time to be served. My guest was irritated at that. I’ve been there many times and will return but for dinner or drinks

    Very nice place, atmosphere. I had the Michigan salad which was very good. Service was good but server failed to bring a bread basket which we found out after dinner that one should have been brought to the table. Other than that everything was very nice.

    We celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary with our friends and family. We had a table of 10 and a table of 6. The food was wonderful. The staff was exceptional. The Henry hotel is amazing.

    Very nice. I had never been at Tria before and was very impressed. We were in private room. Service was outstanding! Food very good. I’m hoping to get our group back at Tria between Thanksgiving & New Years. Kudos to entire staff but to waitress in particular.

    Isi was our waitress an did a superb job, nicely timed and presented well. Food was imaginative but not strange. Dining room is cozy, comfortable, and soothing. A wonderful evening.

    NO REAL COMPLAINTS, OUR APPS(wings and a beet salad) TOOK OVER 30 min. But overall it’s a fun place with a great looking bar and good food. Not in a hurry but I’d go back. Good pour on the drinks and not too pricey.

    Great ambiance, great service by Kimberly and the food was awesome as well. We will for sure be back. Manager stopped by to check on us. Hostess helped us when we asked her. Everyone very friendly. My second drink came back tasting not as sweet as the first one and they corrected it no problem.

    Wonderful Birthday lunch!!! The salmon lunch and shrimp scampi were delicious. Desserts are amazing. We were so happy to be in such a wonderfully decorated space to eat and then look at the paintings from Park West Gallery after lunch. It made the afternoon extra special!!!

    The food is so delicious, I've never had a bad meal and the atmosphere outstanding. Just wish I could afford more of the menu. Some options are very pricy so we can only go there for very special occasions.

    The hostess that greeted us was unfriendly. Our waiter was not friendly and did warn us that the food and bar was backed up which we completely understood. We were rushed to order and would have had more drinks but the waiter didn’t return to ask. Once we did order more drinks he seemed annoyed that we were staying longer. We were not even close to closing time. I expected a higher end service and experience.

    Disappointed… made reservations for brunch however when we arrived brunch was not available. Website stated brunch would be served until 1pm however it ended at 12pm. Recommend updating all websites associated with the restaurant.

    Service was okay. We went for Mother's Day, it wasn't crowded or busy yet it took someone THIRTY WHOLE MINUTES before we were ever even greeted. We didn't have water or anything. People walked in after us and got seated and serviced before us, which I disliked and didn't appreciate. The ambiance was nice though and the food was good. Our waiter was subpar. He just was never around. We would have questions or need something and he just wasn't around. He came and checked on us maybe once so that was annoying. I was very disappointed in the service so much so that I didn't even tip, which I always do. I probably wouldn't go back again, only because that was my second time there and the service was just subpar both times. I would still encourage people to try it out for themselves though so I would still recommend it.

    Even though we made reservations for 11:30 a.m. and were seated right away, no one came to our table until almost 11:50. No drinks or anything. The buffett was meidocre at best.

    We made reservations for Mother's Day but were seated a bar high-top, which was unexpected. The food was okay - decent hotel breakfast quality but not bad. I got the impression it would be a better restaurant to pick for dinner.

    Shrimp appetizer was outstanding, as was the Cesar Salad - with extra anchovies. The whitefish was strange, cooked with an apple muffin crumb crust. It gave the fish an odd sweet taste. A horseradish breadcrumb crust would have been better. My server, Paul, was outstanding, in spite of a busy night.

    The Sunday brunch at the hotel was very nice. Good selection of options and we were still able to order off of the menu as well. Coffee was strong and all the staff was so nice. I’m not sure of a restaurant that has had nicer staff, and we eat out and travel a lot.

    Our service was amazing! We were celebrating a birthday and our server offered to take a photo without us even asking, he also gave us complementary capichinos. The food was good, my white fish was really bland but everything else was enjoyable.

    breakfast and lunch were good- easy to get a table, service was good. made a reservation for dinner because we knew it would be busy, but after I checked in with the hostess, she forgot about us. about 15 min after our reservation, I checked in again and she admitted she forgot. By that time they told us the kitchen was 45min behind (which was ok, we were willing to wait), but, I was not happy about having to wait so long for a table AFTER making a reservation to avoid the wait.

    There was a dance competition going on and the noise level was that of a high school cafeteria. $240 dinner for two felt like we were eating in a high school cafeteria, so it wasn’t a good experience at all unfortunately and the waiter was abrupt and bordered rude.

    We had a bigger party and I had called in advance to ask if we coils split the bill. I was told yes. When I mentioned it to the waitress once we got there. She said “no, we don’t do that and I don’t know who told you that.” Implying that I was lying. Our food took over an hour to come and the food was average at best. Very disappointing.

    For attentive wait staff, delicious food, and a cozy atmosphere TRIA is the place. Plus, they have free valet parking! I've been here twice in their private dining room with a board that I serve on and it's always been an enjoyable experience. So, when it came to choosing a restaurant for Valentine's Day dinner with my husband I knew TRIA would be an excellent experience. We were not disappointed!

    I had a Rueben….it was so much fat on the sandwich which made it hard to enjoy. My friend had the burger and it was burnt instead of well done.

    My boyfriend took me here for my birthday dinner. BEST BIRTHDAY DINNER EVER! Our hostess Sheri was so pleasant and made some excellent food recommendations. Christina, our server, was an absolute delight and made wonderful recommendations as well. They food was phenomenal, the chef is a gem. Our tastebuds were in heaven! The setting/ambiance was relaxing and beautiful. The entire experience was truly amazing and we can't wait to go back! This will be our new intimate dining place. Absolute treasure!!
