Buon Appetito!
Excellent service and food. Try the braised short ribs! Hubby had Chilean Sea Bass that was to die for!
Second time for us. We will be back.
Lovely dinner with family. Gerson was our waiter and he did everything possible to make sure we had s lovely evening. At the end of the meal the chef came to our table and it was nice to thank him in person for the exquisite dinner. VERY high end attentiveness.
I always pick Trevi's as my favorite place for special occasions ...Love it.
Breakfast there is an occasion in itself...Love them!
Have come here for breakfast for years everytime we are staying here in Dallas. This was the first time that the breakfast buffet was unavailable. Ordered off menu where everything was a la carte. Modest hot breakfast for two with juice and coffee, over $50. We are staying here 3 days, but going elsewhere for breakfast.
The bean soup was mushy. The mushroom ravioli was kind of dense but had a nice sauce
This was extremely disappointing. Omni hotel restaurants are usually outstanding. We gave up and went elsewhere when a table by us received an order of calamari which smelled terrible. It took away our appetite.
Went to the Omni at Mandalay for my birthday with family. The waiter was friendly and attentive. Beautiful view and the brunch was magnificent! Will definitely go again. Took beautiful pictures that will be treasured for years. Highly recommend for special occasions.
The food was incredible! The meatballs are huge!!! My fruitta de mar was delicious. The tiramisu martini was fun. The view in the back dining was very pretty. Listening to the other tables around me, they all had dined prior. The brunch looked incredible, may have that today.
Our server, wish I could remember his name will get an extra shout out for being professional, attentive and awesome. Saturday night approximately 6:30.
Oh if you are one of the few not falling for the keto fad, get the bread and roasted garlic, goes great with the porcini mushroom soup!

While the wine list looks good, watch the aging. We ordered 3 bottles of wine before we got on that wasn't turned. They've kept their whites way too long. The food was really good and the bartender worked hard to correct the experience. I wouldn't say you go there for wine; better for just the food and bar cocktails.
Beautiful outdoor and indoor dining space. Adored the antipasti dinner portion salad and wonderful view! Service was wonderful.
We did both dinner and breakfast there for our first year wedding anniversary, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate! From the moment we arrived, to the moment that we left, everyone was friendly, the food was amazing, and the service was exceptional!
I was looking for a nice Sunday brunch in Irving where the food and ambiance were good, the noise level congenial to an extended conversation, and not the $59 charged by the Four Seasons. Mission accomplished. Lovely setting, attentive service, and a good buffet for $22.
Very bad service, waiter forgot to order my main dish and when everybody was done with their food, I asked for my ravioli and he said he forgot to order them. Bad experience
Excellent service, food and ambiance. We even got on the house dessert, yayyyy. Thanks!

We were in the area attending a convention, so picked Trevi's for good Italian & we were not disappointed.
On a Thursday evening, we entered the hotel and walked down to the restaurant. The décor is somewhat lacking; although nice, it has a generic hotel vibe that I found bland and unappealing. We were greeted promptly and courteously, shown to table immediately; Server was friendly and took good care of us, being attentive but not overly so. She had some good recommendations and was pleasant as well.
Calamari for appetizer was better than most; Salad we chose was the arugula and it was very fresh and had just the right note of peppery flavor. Both of these came in family style which made great sharing for our table. Our main dishes were Pasta di Frutti di Mare (the shrimp were huge!), Cappasante con Linguini (6 large scallops, perfectly sautéed) and Cotoletta del Vitello (lemon-caper sauce was spot-on). We were too full for desert!
A little pricy, but considering it's in a hotel setting and the quality of the meal, worth the price. Would definitely return, perhaps for a special event.

Looking at so morning buffet window

Service was great
Restaurant was very cold and service very slow. Food is good.
I enjoyed eating here very much. I loved the sourdough bagette and the savory butter with the roasted garlic, promptly brought to the table. I tried the Faglioli soup which was rich and hearty. The caesar salad, served in slanted bowls for easy access, was an unexpected delight. My cabernet, suggested by the wonderful waitress Daisy, was perfect. I ordered pasta, but I made several deletions/changes to the menu item for dietary restrictions, and it was served perfectly and was delicious. I may have gone a little lighter on the sauce. I did not try any desserts as I was too full. The service was so good I made a special effort to let the manager know what a gem they have in Daisy. Thanks again.
Our group had a great dining experience at Trevi's Restaurant. It was not crowded, noise level was very low, our server was very pleasant and efficient, and the food was very good. A great dining experience!
A really nice restaurant inside a great hotel property. Our service was attentive without being overbearing. We split a salad and a pasta dish; both were excellent.
Lovely ambiance, excellent service, delicious food.
A great place to enjoy a great dinner with family or friends!!
The food was the saving grace for this review. The service was pretty bad. We were there over an hour and saw our waitress only a few times. That would be understandable for a Saturday night except we were one of 2 occupies tables in the entire restaurant. They did have great gluten free options and that’s why they received such a high rating from us.
I read the previous reviews before selecting a restaurant to host our out of town upper management team. I went ahead of the team and checked out the table and requested the staff move us next to a window for the view of the lake, and they did so with no problem. The atmosphere was awesome, and the food was the same. I read where some experienced slow service -- we did not. Our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable -- quick too. I have nothing but good things to say, and we will be going back.
Trevi's helped us celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary in style. The food and service were excellent, and the setting was perfect.
Surprisingly good. The service was great. The food was wonderful.
Awesome breakfast buffet. Organic ingredients, a great selection of breads and muffins. Chopped pecans for the oatmeal with fresh berries. Eggs and omelets made to order fresh. Enjoyed the blueberry infused sausage. Casual but elegant dining. A1 service all around.
Romantic views, and tolerable background noises are what framed our dining exprience. Although the patio area currently faces a developing construction project of adjacent loft style apartments, the gandola traveling along the Canal softens the mood. The food was tasty, and true tradition. However, it would be nice to have a few go to entrees for the undeveloped pallet. The patio could use a deterent for mosquitoes (a couple fire pits would be a nice addition), but overall, a pleasantly memorable destination to dine.
Great food and great service! We had a great experience!
Ate at Trevis before a concert at the new Music Factory. Sat on the patio which COULD be super nice (on the canal, but set way back from the water) but is very tired - really needs a major overhaul. Inside of the restaurant looked much better but overall the hotel is aging. Patio was very casual so we felt comfortable in jeans, not stuffy. Service was fine, no complaints but nothing special - typical for a hotel restaurant. Wine by the glass selection was decent but by the bottle was not that extensive and fairly pricey (again usual hotel structure). My wife and I shared the Cappesante appetizer which is scallops over a polenta - very good. We had the Prawns for the main course which were done nicely and tasty. Food was very good - ashamed the environment wasn't better - could be more than just a hotel restaurant and Las Colinas needs more. They will have to step it up to compete with the new restaurants coming with the Music Factory.
We have eaten here several years ago for a special occasion and it was exceptional. It was a nice evening but the food is not at the same level as we have experienced previously.
Best steak I have ever had. The service was impeccable. It was our Anniversary and it more than met our expectations. We highly recommend and will go again!!!
The food was good. The service was slow. The kitchen and the server both seemed slow. The drinks and complimentary bread took more than 15 minutes. It was after 9 PM on a Saturday night. We had a reservation. The restaurant was pretty dead. They did not appear to be running short on staff. I had to ask for our server on at least 3 occasions So, it was a little frustrating.
After we ordered it was a long wait to get the flatbread so the waitress brought bread and butter. 🤔 The arugula salad lacked any flavor whatsoever. When the bill came we noticed the wine was not on the tab so rather than wait forever for the waitress to come back we went looking for her. She seemed to know that already and said, "It's ok." So was that an apology for the slow service? We don't know.
Food was decent, but not exceptional.
The Bruschetta appetizer and Salmon were both excellent
Love it. Everything from the staff to the food was beautiful
We had brunch the morning after our stay for our wedding night. It was nearly empty, so mental note for an easy brunch restaurant! Although they have a buffet, neither of us eat enough to warrant a $22 omelet vs the (custom made) menu one for $17 (ish - I didn't really remember the individual prices, though they were between $12 and $18). The restaurant overlooks an outside living area and grassy area between the hotel and the canal. It's quiet and we really enjoyed the mimosas as well!
Good food and location. Quiet and romantic for a special occasion or beautiful and fresh for a nice lunch date. Service was outstanding.
