Trevi Ratings and Reviews
We were looking for a local BYOB to go after Church on Sunday. The first place we looked at was not open on Sunday so decided on Trevi. What a cute place and the food was really good. We were not sure what to expect, but it was really nice. The food was good, the staff was really nice and we had a good time. We will definitely be back.
We went before seeing a show at the Keswick Theatre - 5 of us. GREAT food but they use a scratch kitchen, so they make everything to order. Takes a while to get food. We ordered from cheesesteak to an Italian seafood dinner. Sadly, our waiter was a little more interested in the EAGLES game then remembering our drink refills. Maybe that was ok?!
I read many reviews before deciding to give Trevi a try & I was glad I did! Everything was great, service, food, byob. 😁 I made a 530pm reservation on open table for a pre 8pm show at the Keswick. I read others having to wait 1 1/2-2 hrs. for their meals, but they must have fixed that problem because our appy, meal, dessert & pizza to go was perfectly timed. I recently had foot surgery & needed a knee walker. Everyone was very kind & helpful. Just a side bar though, the bathroom is up 5 steps. All in all VERY happy with this local gem & I will be back! Merry Christmas all! 🎄
My date and I chose this place specifically because we had heard that the upper part was quiet and we wanted to have a private conversation. It was perfect the acoustics were great . Food was great and in generous portions -homemade meatballs , chicken parm, great bread- all delicious. Service was 1st class. Can’t wait to go back!
We love Trevi. It is a little bit of south Philly in the hart of glenside. The food is all made to order and very fresh. There pizza is great for an appetizer or meal and the pasta is excellent. I would highly recommend. We will be going back very soon.
Nice quaint family run restaurant. Dined there for first time when in town going to Kesswick Theatre. Good menu with a nice variety. Service was fantastic and friendly. Anastasia was so friendly and helpful when asking lots of questions about the menu.
Portions were good size. Didn't have room for dessert but will try again. Lot's of good specials homemade by owner.
Trevi was Fantastic, as always!! Emma, our server, was incredible: super attentive, polite, and courteous. The food was delicious per usual! I’ve never had anything less than amazing from there. Everything is always fresh, hot, and delicious and the food is impeccable. It’s a neighborhood gem, cute, quaint, and BYOB- what could be better! Trevi is awesome. So glad it’s walking distance from home! (And the wine and spirit store!)
Girls night out before a show at the Keswick. The service and food was very good but the kitchen was not prepared for the amount of people in the restaurant and we were very worried that we would miss the beginning of our show. We did mention the show when making the reservation and when the waitress first come to take our order. We made the show a little late.
TreVi is a great local Italian restaurant. I like their various menu categories with lots of small plate options, along with appetizers, main entrees, more casual, sandwiches and pizza. There's something for everyone on the menu. Good quality food and friendly competent service. One of my favorites.
We went there before a 8:00 p.m. concert at the Keswick theater about 2 miles away. We were seated at at 6:30 and did not receive our meal until 7:50. Needless do say we shoveled the food down and were anxious the entire time. The owner came out at 7:20 and explained how each order is made from scratch and they could not guarantee we would get our meal in time. I appreciate the attention to detail but we should have been informed of this by our server as soon as we were seated. The food was good but not worth the hassle. Will not be returning or recommending.
Selected Trevi for my birthday dinner and it was a great choice. We had calamari as an appetizer; it was just Ok. The main dishes were excellent. I had the Chicken and Sausage Cacciatore, my husband had the Tortellini and Crab, my daughter had the Chicken Piccata and my son had the Italian meatloaf. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals; the chicken was tender, the meatloaf had just the right amount of spices, the sauces were very nice. Our waiter was pleasant and very attentive. He had recommendations for us. This is also a BYOB and we enjoyed a bottle of wine with dinner. We will definitely return to this "neighborhood gem".
TreVi is a wonderful BYOB family restaurant. Their pizzas are great. This visit, we had the chicken Parmesan (great flavor, large portion) and chicken Marsala (incredibly good with homemade gnocchi). Bread was served warm. AMAZING service by Emma- very attentive and attuned to our needs. Only issue was that the pasta (rigatoni) served with the chicken parm was mushy and overdone. Will definitely be returning.
We happened upon TreVi prior to a concert at Keswick Theater. It was one of the best meals I have had in a while. The appetizers were fantastic (triple crostini and stuffed mushrooms) and the dinner was phenomenal. The chicken piccatta was a rich lemon caper sauce that was one of the best I ever had. The waitress was friendly and attentive.
All in all a wonderful experience. We will be back!!
Last minute recommendation by my son who lives in Glenside. My niece was visiting from Texas and decided she wanted Italian food rather than outback. A pleasant meal that was homemade and delicious. I would recommend to anyone. I reserved on-line at the last minute on a Tuesday evening. Pleasant experience.
Trevi is a nice BYOB. The prices are good. The Caesar salad is enough for 2 to share. We had the rigatoni bolognese and the crab cakes. I brought home one of the crab cakes and enjoyed it for lunch the next day. Reservations are a good idea because they always seem really busy.
