Staff was very nice and professional. Food was delicious. No wait time. Definitely would recommend if in the area.
Friends get together
Lisa was a fantastic server. Extremely attentive and courteous
Another delicious meal. We enjoy visiting around 4 pm and dining from the lunch menu. Many of the same options as for dinner but sandwiches and pizza available, too. Delicious Wedding soup.
Waitress was extremely polite, very attentive and service was excellent.
The atmosphere was pleasant and environment attractive. Prices
were not outrageous expensive.
Trevi 5 makes a great Caesar salad, which I often get when dining for lunch, today included. My husband ordered the meatball pizza and remarked many times that it was delicious.
Another delicious meal. Really enjoying this menu.
Excellent food. Wonderful service. Pleasant surroundings.
I chose this restaurant for date night with my wife. Once you walk into the hotel your taken back to the 1940's. The restaurant is small and cozy. I found it elegant. The service was top notch. Now the food was amazing. Both my wife and I enjoyed our meal. When we go back to hershey we'll go back to this restaurant again .'
Excellent food and service, again! Love the wedding soup - delicious. I have that with the apple salad, great meal.
The time between ordering the food and receiving the dinners was inordinately long. The place wasn’t that busy so it was puzzling. Perhaps it was a kitchen issue. It was not a server issue who did a very good job.
Service and food were excellent. Hostess was freindly and accommodating.
The pork belly bruscetta is absolutely delicious! It's a must-order appetizer. I also enjoyed my seafood gemelli. The scallops were beautiful. My husband also loved his prime rib special.
Went there for Valentine's Day and can't see myself going back on purpose.
Calamari - disappointing combo of calamari and banana peppers with bland sauce.
Gemelli - Really good al dente cooking and sauce. Only two medium shrimp and two small scallops, which seems skimpy for the price. Had a similar dish at another restaurant this week and it had 5 big scallops.
Wild Boar Manicotti - I love Wild Boar and get it almost anytime I see it on the menu. If this was my first wild boar experience, I'd probably never order it again. It was a bland, soggy mess. I wouldn't have had to chew the pasta it was so soggy. Honestly, it tasted like Stouffer's frozen lasagna, minus the heartburn.
Server was really nice and we tipped well, because you can't blame her.
Excellent place to celebrate Valentines Day.
Food was excellent! The Italian Wedding soup was the best I have had and the Apple Kale salad was so very tasty. The apples were crisp and addition of cherries to the salad gave it a super flavor. My husband had the Farro and mushroom risotto and Pappardelle and was very pleased, also. I will definitely be visiting as much as possible during this menu for that soup and salad combination. Our waitress, Lisa, was great, too!
Have been there several times. It is a great place to grab lunch or dinner. Service is always good and the food is great.
The first time my husband and I ate here it was for breakfast a few years ago. I remember the food not being exactly what we ordered, everything was not hot and the server was not very concerned that we were not happy with our meal. But we decided to try it again for dinner this time. Unfortunately our experience was not much different. My husband's orrechette with lamb bolognese was tasty, but the pasta was so under cooked it stuck to your teeth. (Keep in mind we prefer our macaroni al dente, but this was just plain under cooked.) He was hungry so he ate it as is. I ordered the chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto and fontina cheese over mashed potatoes. First issue, the potatoes were barely warm. After I was able to get a server's attention, I sent it back. Our original server brought it back and apologized. This batch was better, but not hot. I decided to just eat my meal since at this point my husband was almost done with his meal. When I cut into the chicken breast (which had an abnormally large bone artistically sticking out to the top, which was strange for a chicken breast) I found a small piece of what I can only assume was the prosciutto and no cheese to speak of. It was finished with a lovely gravy which saved the meal for me, but overall, it was not at all what was described on the menu. And to top it off, our server did not come back to check if the meal was satisfactory until I was almost finished. Needless to say we will not be returning.
For lunch, my mom and I shared a Caesar salad and the chicken cutlet sandwich, both of which were tasty.
I received a gift card for the Hotel Hershey and decided to use it at Trevi with my fiancé prior to seeing a musical at the local Hershey Theater. I was initially surprised at the noise level within Trevi, which seemed to be emanating from multiple children in the restaurant. The service, however, provided by our waiter, Jose, was impeccable, and the food and drinks were outstanding. I would absolutely come again!
My wife and I had a great experience at Trevi 5. The manager at the desk was cordial as we arrived. Server Lisa was thoroughly professional - accommodating and unobtrusive. The meal was delicious. The house-made orechiette with lamb sausage, broccoli rabe and ricotta salata was among the very best pasta dishes I've ever had. My wife loved her penne bolognese. The primitivo wine I had with my entree was a perfect accompaniment. People I know in the Harrisburg area have raved about Trevi 5, and I can see why.
Very nice, classy place to go for a good meal. Excellent service.
This is an awesome restaurant. The food is outstanding. The service is second to none. The atmosphere is very relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely go there again.
The Truffle Grilled Cheese with petite salad was a great lunch entree. The perfectly melted combination of the sottocenere and fontina cheeses and the caramelized onions were reminiscent of French onion soup.
Awesome food & service.
The service was impeccable starting with the hostess to the server. Enjoyable lunch!!
We visited on New Year's Eve (early dining) which made the atmosphere a bit more hectic than normal. Lots of people around for the festivities. Will be glad for the winter menu change as this one seems a bit limited. Service was very good as usual. Food was good but would probably not order the same selections again. We will be back and anxious to see the new menu. Love this venue in the summer for outdoor dining.
We ate here twice on this vacation at Trevi 5. Both meals had really good parts ( salad and soups were delicious ) and then some flaws ( way over cooked pasta , soggy pizza with way too much sauce ). The staff were very helpful and removed the pizza from the bill ( but not the pasta the night before). Gluten free in options were appreciated. This place had a better ambience during the summer ( we've been ) when you can eat outdoors . My main reason for a lower score on ambiance is the lighting is way too bright for dinner . Putting in dimmers would totally elevate the ambience of this restaurant .
The service was excellent, and the menu offered a wide variety of food. Save room for the tiramisu. It may have been the best tiramisu ever.
Awesome food, service and atmosphere . Thank You. %ggggggggg%gghhhhhhhhhh
Food was excellent and service was fast and efficient.
We were greeted and seated quickly, staff was very accommodating.
We had a lovely Christmas day early dinner.
The hotel was bustling, as were the dining areas, but we were well attended to and the food was superb!
We have booked the Circular for our upcoming anniversary!
All the dining at the Hotel Hershey are terrific, and the grounds spectacular!
Second experience at Trevi and it did not disappoint. Calamari was crispy and plentiful, penne bolognese was straightforward, and the rigatoni was spectacular and rich. Delicious bread basket. No room for dessert! Good value meal at The Hotel Hershey.
Celebrated office holiday party. Everything was fantastic
Too casual, loud and service too poorly trained for price point. Quality of food is very good, and deserves better setting and service.
The restaurant is on the second floor and easy to find. The first people we met were very friendly and accommodating. We came 1/2 hour early, but they were able to seat us within a very short period of time. They showed us our table and our waitress was there within a few minutes. She was smiling and was very nice to us. She took our drink order and within a few minutes brought our wine. We made our selection and the meal was provided as ordered and was prepared perfectly. During our meal the manager and others asked us how everything was, etc. They took care of our drinks, water, etc. and we were very happy when we left. Thank you for the great experience at Hershey Hotel.
We enjoyed every moment of the meal. The service was great and very friendly. We had two families eat with six children and they could not have been more accommodating considering this is an upscale restaurant.
Very lovely pre -Christmas lunch with a friend. Yummy Caesar salad with salmon and the friend had a pear , beet and arugula salad with chicken - both substantial portions with on point presentation. Good wine list , attentive server and excellent chocolate hazelnut cake that was amazing for dessert. I would definitely go again. An out of the ordinary lunch spot for a special treat.
We came here on a Saturday when it was snowing lightly lunch. Chose a table right by the windows and watched the snow fall as we wined and dined. We had great service provided by Brian! We ordered the grilled octopus, margherita pizza, pasta bolognese, and truffle grilled cheese. We also ordered the Banfi Sangiovese bottle of wine. Everything was great
Nice quiet place to meet for lunch. Food is delicious.
