Had the salmon. Had the chicken. It’s all good. Chocolate Cream pie for dessert.
We had a fabulous dinner! The food was excellent and so was the service. Thank you!
Amazing food and experience
Food and service very good , if a little slow, noise level elevated but not bothersome
Service team was outstanding. Knowledgeable as well as gracious and attentive. Appreciate the option for gluten-free pasta for our two guests with gluten allergies.
My wife and I enjoy our times at The Hershey Hotel.
the service and food are always excellent although a little pricy
It is obvious that all staff enjoy there jobs and making customer
The best meal I have had in along time. Food was amazing. Service was amazing. Hotel is beautiful.
Thus is where we eat when we’re in Hershey. Always a pleasure. Good food, atmosphere, and service.
The food and service were both outstanding. They were very accommodating and made sure to note our anniversary.
Doug Smart the manager assisted in arranging a cake. Very nice and helpful. The cake was beautiful and tasted great!
Eating outside on a beautiful fall day with a great view of Hershey. Food was great as was the wine.
The food was not fresh and the service was lackluster. The resturant decor was that of a cafeteria vs restaurant.
Service and ambience was outstanding. I don't have anything else more to say and do not like that it is a minimum of 50 characters for the servey
The food at Trevi 5 was outstanding. We had the salmon with risotto and the Chicken Francaise and both were excellently prepared and presented. It was a lovely evening and we had hoped to sit outdoors on their lovely terrace but it was not open. This was a big disappointment as we have enjoyed many wonderful dinners in the outdoor venue. I hope that staff shortages can be resolved so that we can once again enjoy al fresco dining.
Superb setting, perfect wait staff that kept to our slow pace, and excellent food. The caprese salad and chicken/pesto pizza were scrumptious, and our friends loved the tagliatelle Bolognese. We’ll be back . . .
Appetizers were wonderful ( she-crab soup, focaccia, bruschetta). The entrees were not as great. Poor quality chicken in the Chicken Francaise and the shrimp was poorly prepared in the Shrimp Scampi. The staff was very friendly and restaurant is in a lovely location.
Shrimp scampi over penne was absolutely delicious. Beautiful view from the patio. Highly recommend.
Great service. Nice atmosphere. A little over priced
Waiter and bus person were wonderful
I expected more being inside an expensive Hotel.
Food was cold, not cooked properly.
Service was great
The service was a little slow. Beef dish over cooked
It was a special occasion because my husband and I drove three hours from Binghamton, New York just for lunch - to meet up with my cousin who lives in Florida. We had not seen her in over 3 years. She was working at the big RV show at Hershey Park. The atmosphere, the service - from the hostess, our wonderful waitress, and the busboy - was superb. Well worth the trip! Knowing now that this hidden gem is only three hours away, we will be making Trevi and the Hotel Hershey a destination in the future. Thank you!
Disappointed in the food and the price. I thought staying at the Hershey hotel would give you quality food and dining experience. I ordered the caprese salad that was too chewy and tomato’s were not ripe. The filet was tough and had too many mushrooms that were over cooked. The wine was the only part that was decent.
It was my adult son’s birthday. We were seated at the very back end of the patio surrounded by foliage, a bit isolated. There was a wasps nest under the awning of the window. So had to dart the wasps. The service was very slow, and with two children was particularly noticeable. We had to look for the server to take our order as it was a long wait. Most of us had the salmon as entree, and in salads. It was very good, as was bruschetta. We skipped dessert, as the super slow pace became stressful.
Excellent restaurant, great food and service
The chocolate martinis are worth the trip. Salads with salmon were very fresh. The partitions between the booths might have made the area safer, but noise was funneled between the partitions and brought us into neighboring conversations. Nice Italian decor.
Very good meals and excellent service. Love the PLT sandwich on the lunch menu.
Trevi 5 is my go-to place for business lunches. The servers are always attentive without being intrusive. Recently, a staffing shortage (like everywhere) has forced them to close on Mondays and Tuesdays. Probably temporary, but I always call ahead.
Food and service were excellent. We really enjoyed the outdoor setting on the terrace. We have been here before and hope to return.
The front desk has no idea concerning customer service and did not honor the Open Table reservation even after being shown the email confirmation. We will not be returning.
They did not have our reservation even though I showed them the confirmation on my phone and the hostess was rude. They still gave us a table because it wasn't crowded and know I know why. The food was terrible. I will never go there again and do not recommend it. Hotel Hershey was great except for this restaurant.
We are visiting from Minnetonka . The view from the balcony was beautiful.
We always love sitting outside At Trevi. The ambiance is perfect for a relaxing yet higher end menu. The servers are out favorites.
Food was delicious. It’s seend a but overpriced though.
Annual Family trip to Hershey Hotel and Park. Everything was amazing. Thank you for a memorable time!
Service is always good, hopefully menu will improve over summer, needs more VG options please
Overall our experience was very good. Our waitress was Danielle and she was top notch. However our steak was ordered medium rare and came out medium well twice. They made it right we didn’t pay for it or our appetizers which is nice. But we would have preferred to pay for a good steak. Still an enjoyable evening.
Not the usual Trevi experience. Party of five, we live locally and just wanted to come back after so much time away. Server was very good. Food was not. Caprese salad tasted like it was made days before and placed in the fridge. Tomatoes were glassy and stuck to the mozzarella which was hard and crumbly. Nothing fresh about it. Pizzas were good. It wasn’t that busy , not many tables seated, yet everyone seemed rushed. All things I’d expect at a regular restaurant, just not at Trevi.
Steak was overcooked and overpriced. Management accommodated the mistake and adjusted the bill. Service was friendly
