Annual Family trip to Hershey Hotel and Park. Everything was amazing. Thank you for a memorable time!
Service is always good, hopefully menu will improve over summer, needs more VG options please
Overall our experience was very good. Our waitress was Danielle and she was top notch. However our steak was ordered medium rare and came out medium well twice. They made it right we didn’t pay for it or our appetizers which is nice. But we would have preferred to pay for a good steak. Still an enjoyable evening.
Not the usual Trevi experience. Party of five, we live locally and just wanted to come back after so much time away. Server was very good. Food was not. Caprese salad tasted like it was made days before and placed in the fridge. Tomatoes were glassy and stuck to the mozzarella which was hard and crumbly. Nothing fresh about it. Pizzas were good. It wasn’t that busy , not many tables seated, yet everyone seemed rushed. All things I’d expect at a regular restaurant, just not at Trevi.
Steak was overcooked and overpriced. Management accommodated the mistake and adjusted the bill. Service was friendly
Great food, great service, fantastic view, highly recommend
The main dining room was spacious and beautiful. The staff were very diligent in COVID-19 precautions. If you wanted to sit outside, needed to really call ahead. Books quick on a nice day. They were accommodating with a smaller portion for our 96 year old mother. Nice menu variety and dessert was perfect. A ricotta cheesecake with sour cherry compote was not too sweet or heavy. Casual atmosphere made this a great rest stop after our tour of Hershey Gardens.
I have eaten there several times and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This time, instead of the terrace, they put us on the piazza in the back in front of the audio system where there was no view. I moved us with no help from them.
Great place to eat and drink...... Service was wonderful....
Food was great, service was also great. Highly recommend
So happy to be back in my favorite place--- Hotel Hershey
I like to stop at a place on my travels between Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. This time I found a beauty! What a treat!
The server was excellent knowledgeable about the menu, timely with visits to the table and attentive.
The ambience was average and the food was very tasty.
The bartender's drinks were excellent.
Perfect lunch after a relaxing spa morning with my girls
This was truly one of the saddest dining experiences I’ve ever had. My husband and I went here to celebrate Mother’s Day with our children, and while the staff did their best (and even comped what was an actually inedible main course for me), the waitstaff was over extended and the front of the house somewhat oblivious.
This is a hotel, so you always expect inflated prices to an extent, and I’m happy to pay a s much for a fun/unique atmosphere and, most of all, good food. But while the hotel is as gorgeous and as much of a throwback as you’d hope, the restaurant otherwise fails at every level. Despite being allegedly a fine dining restaurant, they had only about a dozen wines by the bottle - though, again, the staff were lovely enough to see our struggle, and go get us the list from the Circular, another restaurant at the hotel. I was charmed and even a little embarrassed that they thought to do so, so that makes this review even harder to write. But our entrees were simply AWFUL. The kids pizza was bizarre - as if they’d run out of mozzarella and been left with only bad Parmesan, which they were too hungry to really notice, but which was just odd and not appetizing. But my husband had to force down his sea bass special, and my agnolotti was doughy, undercooked, and so bitter, I actually couldn’t eat it or even the accompanying vegetables.
Truly a disappointing experience; I expected more of the hotel.
I love this place. I prefer to sit outside but it was chilly. The only real complaint I have is that the Caprese Salad was not great. I have had it before and it was wonderful. Partly, the reason is the tomatoes are not in season which you can't really help but the bigger issue was the mozzarella was kind of hard, not soft and creamy.
I think maybe it is just a slow time and the mozzarella got old? But would expect better from here.
Otherwise, fantastic! She crab soup was superb. Service couldn't have been better. Nice and quiet.
My family and I enjoyed dinner two nights at Trevi5 over the weekend! Our server was wonderful and was extremely accommodating to our food allergies. Very grateful for everyone’s kindness there!
We had appetizers, entrees, and dessert..all were exceptional.
Dinner was spectacular! Could not have asked for a better anniversary dinner.
Excellent service, interesting casual menu. Good lunch spot.
Enjoyed how welcomed we were
Great choc Carmel martini and bolognese sauce on the homemade pasta. Delicious desserts
I have been to Trevi numerous times over the past several years and always enjoyed the food, the service and the ambiance....especially when I have been able to dine outdoors. This past Wednesday, I had a less than stellar experience with respect to the food. I ordered one of the dinner specials....chicken agnolotti with brussels sprouts and butternut squash. The presentation was beautiful. However, the brussels sprouts were so undercooked that they were inedible and the chicken agnolotti was tasteless. I have never before had such a poor selection at Trevi and my husband ordered the daily special lasagna and loved it. I'll give it another try, but will be wary of my selection.
We had the set three course menu. Everything was good except the pasta was overcooked and had way too much sauce to a accompany the Veal Parmesan.
Waitress was pleasant enough, but we did feel a little rushed. Meal was good, but not outstanding. Have dined here several times before and this experience was slightly less than the others, but it could have just been an off night.
Was a wonderful experience. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food and a wonderful view
Great Dessert...Recommend the Sorbet
Restaurant week menu was great! Loved the fresh pasta!
Went for restaurant week and ordered from the special menu. The food was absolutely AMAZING — just really, really special (mmmmm, baked ricotta!). The only bad thing was that it was so noisy — like, inappropriately noisy. At one point one of the guests started singing really loudly (and it wasn’t happy birthday); at another point, all people at another table went around trilling (and it’s not like there was a baby at the table that needed to be entertained) for about 5 minutes. A manager should have put a stop to it.
Food was well prepared but small portions. Surprised that bread was not served.
Restaurant week late lunch
Not much for the reduced price of $25
Enjoyed being on the patio
Food was good but not great
I expected the Chocolate Cream pie to have a better chocolate taste it was very bland
Roasted artichokes in salad were hard. Kale soup had no imagination. Veal parmesan had meat overpowered by acerbic and bitter tomato based sauce. Dessert was good.
Food was delicious! Perfect size and really tasted homemade.
Drinks were really good and not watered down - wine was good too,
Our server was a little slow but was not bad.
Highly recommend if you like Italian food!
Wonderful cocktails and enjoyed their mini pizzas.
The food was amazing and wine was very good. The rigatoni was a bit too al dente. Overall a lovely time, even though it was loud .
Host suggested outside under the heaters but it wasn’t warm at all. Food was good, but I won’t say it was worth how much we paid.
It was very easy to reserve our table at Trevi 5! When you go online through OpenTable, you can choose your reason for reservation which is very nice. Our date was for 3PM, we were greeted as soon as we entered the resturaunt. The staff was very warm and friendly! My date and I got a table right by the window which was perfect. I asked our waitress to surprise me with her favorite wine and she brought me two to try to see if I'd rather a white or a red. The food was great and the espresso at the end was awesome! We will be back! Thank you!
pleasant atmosphere with a good view. food delicious but a small menu!
Good food, beautiful setting, heat lamps for outdoor seating on cold nights!!
Perfect lunch! Sat by window and enjoyed a fabulous Margarita Pizza with a glass of Malbec. Finished it off sharing an apple-fig crostada.
