Very noisy in restaurant throughout meal, but likely due to several loud (not rude) other patrons. Service was fast but made us feel rushed. Wait staff put hand on bill with my credit card while I was still holding in my hand to review. While food quality was excellent, portion sizes for all dishes (appetizer and 3 different entrees) was noticably smaller than in previous visits. Butternut squash entree in particular consisted of 6 small ravioli and 4 pieces of brocolini. Would have been undersized as an appetizer let alone an entree. Very poor value for the cost. Will not return until hear from other patrons that portion sizes have improved.

We enjoyed an excellent dinner at Trevi 5 on Saturday night. The food was outstanding in both taste, preparation and variety. The dessets were exceptional especially the canoli flight! OUr waitress was very lovely, professional and prompt. Would definetly recommend to anyone!

This is a great place to eat at the Hershey hotel. The food is excellent, the staff are always pleasant and helpful if you need anything you just have to ask. This was our second time here and we will go again next year.

Thanksgiving dinner was very good. Having the arancini rice balls for the appetizer was a nice Italain touch to the fixed priced Thanksgiving menu. Natalie our server was superb.

Not the ambiance that one would expect for a Holiday meal. Appears to be a quick in/out type of restaurant for families. With that said it was the only restaurant available, when our travel plans were canceled at the last minute. I’m sure we’ll be back under different circumstances.

This ribeye was expensive ($48) but delicious. It came with garlic mashed potatoes and mushrooms. We were disappointed that there were no rolls/butter or even a salad with the meal. Vegetables were alacart. We split a dessert and a glass of wine each. The bill was close to $140. The service was just ok. We would not go back.

Maybe worth it for the one visit because despite the food being overpriced, it's still good. The only problem is that my table was CHARGED FOR SOMETHING THAT WE DID NOT ORDER. We only found out later upon looking at the receipt that they had added ANOTHER $27 PASTA to the tab. There wasn't too many people at the restaurant, but the waiteresses kept forgetting and reasking about our orders; that's probaly why we payed for an item we never order or received.

My birthday dinner was highlighted by an excellent meal. My wife and I both enjoyed dinners which ranked among the top 20. Our table service rates five stars. The noise level however was too high for our taste.

I love all the restaurants at Hotel Hershey and Trevi 5 is definitely one of the best. It's got a great selection and good prices and the food is fabulous. All of the staff were warm and helpful.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the food. Food was great. I had the pasta dish with the burrata cheese. Spicy, just the way I like it with the burrata cheese to curb the heat. Perfect combination. My mom had the porketta dish. Requested it be cooked to be crunchy on the outside. It came out as she requested. Again a great dish. There were a lot of people at the bar, making it a little noisy. We requested to be in the back, in the little room. The hostess honored our request. Thank you.

Both the bolognese and the cassoulet were heavily salted. Cassoulet at 44 dollars was not authentic enough. As usual, all the restaurants at Hotel Hershey have trouble maintaining a standard of excellence, whether it be dish to dish, day to day, or restaurant to restaurant.

The gnocchi was very good! The she crab soup and another homemade pasta dish were not tasteful at all… first platter the pasta wasn’t cooked all the way and second platter had no taste. Very disappointing for a Hershey Hotel restaurant

We had great service and the ambience was lovely. I do think that it is not easy on the diners when they will not issue separate checks for larger groups. Our party goes out every month and all the other establishments were willing to give us separate checks.

Had a reservation but didn't seem to know we were coming. Took a long time to get service. Server then took forever to appear again. Food and atmosphere was lackluster. Surprising as the rest of the property is beautiful and our other dining experiences on property were great. Caesar salad was lacking flavor. Not impressed at all, but still had a lovely stay on the property.

Its just ashamed. The hotel is just falling apart. The restaurants are not even worth going to anymore. Prices continue to go up and quality of stay is at the very low end of hotel stays.
