We really enjoyed our dinner here. The server was excellent and was very helpful with selecting some of our meal. Very much enjoyed the charcuterie selections and the pork tenderloin. We were happy to find some interesting non-alcoholic beverage selections as well. I would happily return.

I have eaten here several times before for dinner and liked it very much. This time was disappointing. I ordered a crab cake sandwich and I swear the crab cake arrived at the restaurant frozen on a slab. The result was a tasteless, greasy, perfectly round patty that looked and tasted like it was prepared at a fast food restaurant or a school lunch cafeteria. It's not that hard to make a fresh crab cake and I would expect a restaurant of this caliber to at least make an effort. Get some fresh crab meat and look up the recipe on the internet. My father ordered pate which came in a jar with stale toast points. The bread we had at the start of the meal was good - they should use it for the pate. Our service was also spotty. Our server was pleasant but forgot to bring us our beers until after our food came. Pro-tip: anyone who orders a beer at lunch really needs it. I live in the neighborhood and I like the atmosphere of this place and have liked the food in the past - I hope they step up their game.

This was our second trip to Trestle on 10th, which was a recommendation from a friend. The patio is REALLY lovely. The food and service, from the host through to and including everyone who came to the table, was thoughtful, caring, and friendly.

My friends and I LOVE this place, especially for lunch/ brunch. Even when they offer "simple" dishes, these turn out to have something original about them and to taste really good. The burger is a case in point; for me, it's quite simply the best to be had, with real meat and wonderfully seasoned. Wonderful oysters too, whimsically served. The wine list is shortish, but I've never had a glass that wasn't delicious. Wait staff are friendly and relaxed in a really good way but also very well-informed and professional.

Love this place. I lived around the corner for years and still go back frequently because even a longer commute is worth it for Trestle on 10th. For brunch, the greenmarket omelet is both simple and perfect. Great coffee too. A West Chelsea gem!

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed dining at Trestle on Tenth. Everything was beautifully prepared and the wine was exceptional. I had seafood for both appetizer and entree and they were extremely fresh and flavorful. We enjoyed sitting in the lovely enclosed outdoor space. There were no street noises or fumes. Our servers were attentive and answered all of our questions. Definitely returning soon.

With their interesting menu, we had a lot of questions, and our server was very knowledgeable and patient; he gave excellent recommendations on both the food and wine. We shared a five item meat and cheese charcuterie plate that was beautifully presented and generous. Every item was delicious. Our entrees were also all very good. My husband raved about the lamb-beef burger. The gnocchi was creative and homemade. We especially enjoyed the bottomless complimentary sparkling water. The service was unobtrusive but always there at the right moment.

I've been coming to Trestle On Tenth for Years now and am never disappointed. Absolutely everything I've ordered has been excellent from the butter lettuce salad , which I always order, to the fish entrees, which I usually order. But for dinner recently I ordered a roast pork with mushrooms and vegitables that was superb. I try to take all my out of town guests there and I don't even live in the neighbourhood. The servers are excellent as well!

Beautiful, cozy place in bustling Chelsea....the servers are warm and attentive without hovering ;) the food is delicious and gives you a taste of Europe right here in NYC. Me and my besties went for brunch and fell in love with the place. We had the Garden omlette, the Bure Rosti and the herring special. they were all very very good. They also have outdoor seating for all those who prefer fresh summer air :)

First visit July 2 was great, so we went back again...a test. And it was wonderful again. The patio was a joy; food again fabulous. Wife has scallops (repeat) and I the duck breast. Every single bit consumed. An salmon tartar starter was new to the menu and delicious. We skipped dessert, but were sorry when we saw a sundae-parfait-lookalike served at next table. Service team was "on the job" throughout the meal. We look forward to hosting friends here in two weeks.

Working between 11th and 12th Avenues leaves me with limited lunch options, and even fewer are acceptable for client meetings. Trestle on Tenth is a diamond in the rough; cute, upscale, quiet. While it's across 10th Avenue from a few mechanics and auto parts supply stores, the backyard patio is shaded by the leafy trees of quaint 24th Street.

I had eaten at Trestle on Tenth once before; a satisfying brunch in the middle of winter, but it was an extra special pleasure to return on a temperate summer afternoon after walking the High Line. My wife and I enjoyed the shaded outdoor seating, sipping a Provençal Rosé and enjoying a lovely green salad with lardons, eggplant mousse and a charcuterie plate with finocchiona and a hard Swiss salami alongside a superb Spanish blue cheese. Attentive service made for an idyllic lunch.

So much good to say. Beautiful courtyardl interesting and delicious food; "just-right" friendliness of the servers, inventive cocktails, reasonable pricing, and on 24th and 10th near the highline. Our first time was Thursday evening prior to the July 4th weekend. Other diners seemed to be very comfortable, suggesting a relaxed neighborhood vibe. We started with very interesting mussel appetizer, with a chef's secret ingredient (they told us what it was) that made this dish very memorable. Sea scallops perfectly done and beautifully presented...with a $9 glass of French chardonnay (see what I mean about fair prices). The overall experience was unhurried, and when it began to rain, the servers moved the patio people inside without effort. And the inside was warmly lit, inviting, with a peppy but not frantic bar scene. You knew you were in Chelsea; in our view, the relax-ed-ness was a big plus. In our minds, this restaurant compared quite favorably to Upland, but without the "crazy-menu." Just great food. We liked it so much we're going back again the following week. And we look forward to a brunch in the garden one of these days.

Sweet waitress and decent cocktails. Overall the meal was pretty horrible. Soup was soooo salty and just pretty terrible. Do not get it!!! broth with chicken and pork and vegetables. Yuck! Ordered appetizers and main dishes and everything came at once which was plain dumb considering the table could hardy service just the main dish. I sent my main back to keep warm. My friend had a crab cake that looked awful and presentation looked like something from a fast food chain. With Tip $135 for brunch I would expect very good to fabulous. I will absolutely not return.

I dined with a few friends in the lovely courtyard on a fabulous summer evening. We all had seafood, which was terrific and beautifully presented - scallops, swordfish and salmon. Each dish was beautifully presented and focused on local, in season produce. Service was outstanding - friendly, helpful and on point with recommendations - would highly recommend.

We came for an early evening -- admittedly, very early -- dinner, were seated, thoughtfully, in a nice, recessed location, then felt somehow relegated to crowded siberia. Although no other tables in the (lower) bar section were taken during our 2-hour stay, we found ourselves elbow-to-elbow with a table of 2 young women whose conversation dominated the scene throughout our stay. The food was good and promptly served, but the dining experience seemed somehow discounted -- all this open space and yet we must be privy to the angst of an after-hours counseling session? Really? (Note to staff: there's more to a nice dinner than fancy cocktails.)

This was our first time here... cute spot, small tables. Menu has variety from tripe and liver to shellfish to a burger. We tried the Gnocchi, Tripe, Liver, and Mussels. All were quite good except the mussels. There was a nice amount for an app, but 3/4 of them were not open, and the rest were barely open, se sent dish back. Sure it was an oversight.

Head chef/owner Ralf Kuettel sits at the helm of a knowledgeable staff, all of whom are excited to tell you about his rather eclectic menu. Chef Kuettel was raised on a pig farm near Zurich, so he knows his way around pork, and while everything I've tried there is delicious, the pork dishes are the thing to get. The wine list is excellent, with both glass and bottle selections showcasing small producers from all over but mostly northern European regions. And again, the staff (especially the managers) are super friendly and knowledgeable, so I would recommend going on a slower night (Sun-Wed) and having a great chat with some passionate people.

The food was very good, I started with the butter lettuce w/pancetta, which was way too delicious. The spinach gnocchi and the sea-bass were great follow-up entrees.
