Trend Kitchen is one of our favorite restaurants. We have dined here several times over the years and we rave about the quality and presentation of their food, as well as the impeccable service.

In our last visit, my wife had the duck and I had the fresh catch. The fish was excellent. The duck, however, was chewy. We then ordered creme brûlée for dessert. It was delicious, but the coating on top was overcooked in some places and had a burned taste to it.

Food was delicious. Had squash soup, fois gras, escargot, octopus w pealla risotto, n lobster ravioli. Pasta was a little chewy but everything else good. Service was attentive n amiable. Kitchen was transitioning to a new chef but service was smooth. Highly recommend if u want something different from normal menus

This was our first visit to Trend Kitchen and I must say it was truly outstanding. The flavors of each course were top notch and the portions were huge We had the bone marrow escargot, chateaubriand for 2 with an array of perfectly prepared sides. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. Service was over and beyond. This is a must try on the Space Coast

Amazing food and experience as always. The Chef went above and beyond with his delicious creations. Proving once again, he is worthy of a Michelin Star (if only we can get them to rate restaurants in Central Florida). Chef was kind to share a special dish made from artichokes that he learned from a top chef and a very special person who once lived in France. I raise a glass to her and to the amazing chef, Yevon!

The food was outstanding - exceeded all expectations. We drove an hour to have dinner at Trend Kitchen and it was worth it. We will definitely return. Our server, Michael, was very personable, and was well-versed with the menu and provided great suggestions for our meal. We also enjoyed meeting the chef, who came out to ensure we were happy with our meal. Some of the techniques used by the chef we have only experienced at some of the finest restaurants in the world. The ambiance (even in this pandemic-influenced environment) was wonderful. We look forward to our next dining experience at Trend Kitchen. We highly recommend Trend Kitchen if you are looking for a wonderful meal and an exceptional dining experience.

Incredible food...period. We knew we picked a great place because we noticed 2 other couples seated nearby that the chef and staff knew by first names. TK is small and intimate so I was able to briefly chat with them. The fact that both couples described themselves as “foodies” (and one was there for a bday) should be enough for this approbation review!
We were hungry and wanted to treat the experience as a tasting so we had; charcuterie (cheese only), escargot, mac/cheese, pork belly, and then our entree’s which were the fresh fish (halibut) and the lob ravioli. All were Redic! (I created that word about 25 yrs ago in college to describe something that’s beyond ridiculous and in the case it’s Redic delicious!) The bone marrow escargot was the only one that was...different and being a person who orders escargot any chance, it was not my favorite but good. I was feeling like a Flintstone for sure! Even though we were feeling full, we ordered the dessert to go because we had some wine waiting at our b/b. The peanut butter bar.... sorry I had to pause so I could stop slobbering and wagging my tail like a lab waiting for a treat! One if not the best EVER. Go for that dessert and then order dinner so you have room! I would like to see more wine choices but I’m sure they have a corkage fee that we didn’t think about.
Absolutely we will return and Highly recommend.

Exceptional meal and service. Micheal, our server, adhered to all of the CDC requirements and we felt safe the entire meal. The Chef also wore his mask while preparing the meal, another thing that made us feel very comfortable.

We loved everything about this place. It’s an intimate restaurant. We liked that we could hear each other talk. It was our anniversary & Mike took wonderful care of us. The bone marrow escargot & pork belly were amazing! My husband had the octopus & said it was the best he’s ever had! I had the New York Strip w/ truffle man-n-cheese, duck fat fries & roasted veg. Absolutely Amazing!!! Everything was prepared perfectly. We enjoyed ourselves so much we made resv for the following night.

From the amuse-bouche to dessert Chef Yvan is a palate pleaser for the foodie in you. Bring your appetite because the only small thing here is the restaurant itself - not the portions. Reservations are a must especially during the crazy times we are currently living in. bon appétit!

From the moment we entered the restaurant and throughout our entire eating experience we were treated very graciously . The food was excellent and Chef Yvan made sure we were happy with our meals. Many wine choices and soft music played in the background making in all an memorable occasion.

We went to the trend Kitchen for Valentines Day. We were seated right away and sat in a nice location in the restaurant. They had a great menu of selections for the evening and the regular menu. I love the fact we had options and had a choice of menu. I had the beef tips dinner and my significant other had the grilled salmon. Both of our dishes were cooked perfectly. We had the beet salad as an appetizer. For our dessert we a coffee with whipped cream ice cream scoop in it which was so yummy.

Had a great time at Trend Kitchen. The food was unique and full of flavor. It’s small, which I had no issues with. I was still able to have wonderful conversations with my girlfriends, despite being in close proximity with other tables. This would be a great date night, so I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve heard nothing but great things from Trend Kitchen, and it did not disappoint. Everything was fantastic. I had the rack of lamb and my wife had the surf and turf. Both meals were amazing. Already planning my next visit back because there’s plenty more dishes i want to try.

Brevard has a gem with this high-end restaurant, the Chef out did himself with a wonderful dinner. Our appetizers started the wonderful meal; mushroom soup and bone marrow with escargot with a tasty Pinot Noir from Oregon. The main entrées of wild boar pasta and the veal special were delicious . We were too satisfied to have dessert or coffee, however, we noticed other tables who did and they looked awesome. We will definitely go back again.

This is our favorite restaurant in Melbourne and in Brevard County. We feel so lucky to have such an amazing french chef right in our own backyard. The menu changes seasonally and always offers fresh innovative dishes. The hostess and all the staff are welcoming and very attentive.

Charming small modern venue - feels like you are in New York City or perhaps Paris! French themes but I would not call this a typical French restaurant, food was well prepared, no heavy sauces and portions were appropriate. Loved the French Onion Soup, Octopus App, Veal Osso Buco and the NY Strip served with the bone. All delicious, great wine selection. Can't pick out one item or side that wasn't superb! Price was at our top end for dining, but it was a special occasion and we had a great time. We were very surprised to be able to get a reservation the day before given the quality of the food at this chic, trendy spot! It is a newer restaurant so it must still be undiscovered in the area.

Such a nice, quaint restaurant. Very small but sweet. Foie gras was EXCELLENT! However, my veal dish was very salty. Noise level would have been just fine except the male waiter (owner?) was speaking to another couple and was extremely loud. And their conversation went on for a very long time. This truly ruined what could have been an almost perfect night. And I have to assume he’s there every night. 😩
