We had a superb dinner at Trend Kitchen and it was worth the journey (from Jacksonville, FL). From the amuse bouche, the appetizers (foie gras was incredible, especially with a glass of Sauterne) to the main course (monkfish), which my wife and I shared, we were very, very impressed. Service was excellent and Aurelie, who is from Paris (no less) and is the restaurant manager, is a delight and provides service, too. Our other server (I wish I could remember his name) was also a delight (you’ll know who he is when you eat there, because he is tall, thin, has dark hair, and very outgoing). In any case, this is a restaurant with a French flair and certainly fit-for-foodies.

We had a most enjoyable evening. This was our first visit and it’s definitely a place that we will visit on our next Florida staycation. Small, intimate, eclectic and cozy sums it up. Our compliments to the chef and servers and thank you for restoring our faith that there are still small, creative kitchens out there. They’re just few and far between.

Trend Kitchen always is a wonderful dining experience. Michael has been our server quite a few times and has always been wonderful and attentive. Food is creative and thoughtful. We always try the specials as well. This trip was wild boar, warmed oysters and an apple tart for my husband. I enjoyed the surf and turf of scallops and pork belly. Always look forward to returning

Food was elegant and tasty. The server was pleasant and service was great. Unfortunately we went on Christmas day and were unaware of the fixed menu with limited choices. Open table should have made people aware of this. The rating for the value was based solely on this menu as we did not experience the daily menu. Location is in a strip mall so no view but ambiance was nice. It did have the feel of a small business and at the end we felt good to have supported them. I hope others will too.

Our family evening at Trend kitchen was valued by all of us. The appetizers were delicious, loved the soup and entrees were good. The Ravioli was not enough for one of my 21 year olds but the dessert made up for it.
All in all good food and we had a good time

It’s a small menu executed very well, which is preferable to to a large selection poorly cooked. The Trend Kitchen team went out of their way to accommodate our special occasion. It was a nice experience and I will definitely go again.

Had lunch for the first time at Trend. This was the most delicious, done-right fish-n-chips I’ve had anywhere. Hands-done this is waaaay better than what you would get in London! They took a basic dish, gave it a French glare, coupled with an amazing new chef (also from France) to make a basic dish very exciting. It’s expertise touches like this that make Trend a special place. Extremely talented chef and super friendly staff. Absolutely recommend having lunch at Trend and try their new menu.

Had a wonderful birthday meal. Food and service was excellent. Had the Lobster Ravioli and fish of the day, Black Cod, prepared Meuniere style. Fish cooked to perfection, but I was disappointed that the veggie component included canned baby corn, canned artichokes and bagged baby carrots that you would use for crudite or snacking. Embarrassing ??? Sauce was broken as well, but flavor profile was there. Everything else was awesome!

Trend Kitchen is one of our favorite restaurants. We have dined here several times over the years and we rave about the quality and presentation of their food, as well as the impeccable service.

In our last visit, my wife had the duck and I had the fresh catch. The fish was excellent. The duck, however, was chewy. We then ordered creme brûlée for dessert. It was delicious, but the coating on top was overcooked in some places and had a burned taste to it.

Food was delicious. Had squash soup, fois gras, escargot, octopus w pealla risotto, n lobster ravioli. Pasta was a little chewy but everything else good. Service was attentive n amiable. Kitchen was transitioning to a new chef but service was smooth. Highly recommend if u want something different from normal menus

This was our first visit to Trend Kitchen and I must say it was truly outstanding. The flavors of each course were top notch and the portions were huge We had the bone marrow escargot, chateaubriand for 2 with an array of perfectly prepared sides. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. Service was over and beyond. This is a must try on the Space Coast

Amazing food and experience as always. The Chef went above and beyond with his delicious creations. Proving once again, he is worthy of a Michelin Star (if only we can get them to rate restaurants in Central Florida). Chef was kind to share a special dish made from artichokes that he learned from a top chef and a very special person who once lived in France. I raise a glass to her and to the amazing chef, Yevon!

The food was outstanding - exceeded all expectations. We drove an hour to have dinner at Trend Kitchen and it was worth it. We will definitely return. Our server, Michael, was very personable, and was well-versed with the menu and provided great suggestions for our meal. We also enjoyed meeting the chef, who came out to ensure we were happy with our meal. Some of the techniques used by the chef we have only experienced at some of the finest restaurants in the world. The ambiance (even in this pandemic-influenced environment) was wonderful. We look forward to our next dining experience at Trend Kitchen. We highly recommend Trend Kitchen if you are looking for a wonderful meal and an exceptional dining experience.

Incredible food...period. We knew we picked a great place because we noticed 2 other couples seated nearby that the chef and staff knew by first names. TK is small and intimate so I was able to briefly chat with them. The fact that both couples described themselves as “foodies” (and one was there for a bday) should be enough for this approbation review!
We were hungry and wanted to treat the experience as a tasting so we had; charcuterie (cheese only), escargot, mac/cheese, pork belly, and then our entree’s which were the fresh fish (halibut) and the lob ravioli. All were Redic! (I created that word about 25 yrs ago in college to describe something that’s beyond ridiculous and in the case it’s Redic delicious!) The bone marrow escargot was the only one that was...different and being a person who orders escargot any chance, it was not my favorite but good. I was feeling like a Flintstone for sure! Even though we were feeling full, we ordered the dessert to go because we had some wine waiting at our b/b. The peanut butter bar.... sorry I had to pause so I could stop slobbering and wagging my tail like a lab waiting for a treat! One if not the best EVER. Go for that dessert and then order dinner so you have room! I would like to see more wine choices but I’m sure they have a corkage fee that we didn’t think about.
Absolutely we will return and Highly recommend.

Exceptional meal and service. Micheal, our server, adhered to all of the CDC requirements and we felt safe the entire meal. The Chef also wore his mask while preparing the meal, another thing that made us feel very comfortable.

We loved everything about this place. It’s an intimate restaurant. We liked that we could hear each other talk. It was our anniversary & Mike took wonderful care of us. The bone marrow escargot & pork belly were amazing! My husband had the octopus & said it was the best he’s ever had! I had the New York Strip w/ truffle man-n-cheese, duck fat fries & roasted veg. Absolutely Amazing!!! Everything was prepared perfectly. We enjoyed ourselves so much we made resv for the following night.

From the amuse-bouche to dessert Chef Yvan is a palate pleaser for the foodie in you. Bring your appetite because the only small thing here is the restaurant itself - not the portions. Reservations are a must especially during the crazy times we are currently living in. bon appétit!

From the moment we entered the restaurant and throughout our entire eating experience we were treated very graciously . The food was excellent and Chef Yvan made sure we were happy with our meals. Many wine choices and soft music played in the background making in all an memorable occasion.
