Since its opening in 2005,Tre Famiglia has built a customer base from local patrons as well as individuals from the suburbs of Philadelphia voted best Italian Restaurant South Jersey for the 10th straight year 2017 Courier Post, bringing it's home-style Italian fare from its South Philadelphia landmark Chip's Restaurant established in 1903, the Cipollone family has landed across the river in the quaint town of Haddonfield. From the first day the doors opened diners from both near & afar sing the praises for the quality and consistency that are a part of every dish served. Robert Cipollone (head chef) continues to preserve their family traditions and recipes and has added many new award winning appetizers, pasta and desserts on the menu. Private parties accommodating from 10 to 65 guests and off premise catering up to 200 guests. Tre Famiglia always leaves a lasting impression on all their patrons.

We've been here at least 20 times over the years. I looked over the small percentage of negative comments prior to going. It's hard to believe they were at the same restaurant.

We ate from the early bird menu available M-Th. Had salmon and spicy chicken (long hots, roasted peppers, mushrooms, cheese). Both were excellent. Also had pear arugala pancetta salad and spring rolls and sorbet as appetizer/dessert (choices from the early bird menu). Again, excellent, with the rolls having shrimp inside and with a spicy red sauce.

Service, from Nick, was as excellent as the food. Attentive but not intrusive. Unhurried - although the restaurant was not full on a Thursday night.

We have never had a bad experience at this restaurant.

A dependable, more than "red gravy," restaurant. An appetizer of calamari, served with a spicy marinara, was a great starter. My rack of lamb with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach was well done. My companion's well prepared fish was sauced with a little tomato and served over pasta. Dessert of crispy cannoli capped off a more than adequate meal. Service was friendly and efficient.

We are used to the food at Tre Famiglia being exceptional but today the SERVICE was the true standout ( and the food was also exceptional.). We arrived for our 12pm Sunday Open Table reservation only to find the restaurant didn’t actually open according to its posted hours until 1pm. Most restaurants would have said please come back at 1pm. Not Tre Famiglia. They opened their doors, sat us down and fawned over us. It was (yet another) awesome meal in an awesome restaurant!

The food was wonderful as always. Once again too crowded and noisy. We made an 8:30 reservation hoping that the noise level would be down. It was just the 2 of us jammed into a back room. It was so tight. The server had to hand plates for the next table to us to pass down. Great food, but please take out some tables and do something about acoustics.

I work at Samuels & Son Seafood which is where they buy their seafood, so I know they buy only the best quality ingredients available and I keep going back because they know how to prepare them to perfection. "Say no more"

Celebrated a 60th birthday with family. Weather was fairly awful outside but the restaurant was warm and inviting. Have been there a number of times in the past. The food is always excellent and the service very friendly and accommodating. Will not hesitate to return.

Enjoyed a day-after Valentines dinner with another couple. Veal Chop, Flounder Franchaise and Gnoochi are our favorites. Try the Sausage and Figs! Bring your wine, eat, talk and enjoy.

We went for a pre-valentine lunch. Our server, Nick, did it all! He greeted us, seated us, served us and cleared. He was working the entire room and still managed to spend time chatting with us. The food was superb as always. We dine here frequently and love the place.

First time at this restaurant. We had heard great things about it and we decided to finally try it. Five of us at dinner so we ordered three appetizers and shared them. There was more than enough food. The calamari was great as were the mussels and the sausage with figs. For dinner two of us ordered the lamb osso bucco which was fantastic. The meat just fell off of the bone. Two others had the gnocchi with filet mignon which they both agreed was excellent. My son had the fish special which he loved. We ordered three desserts as it was a birthday celebration. They were all very good but the best by far was the deep fried cheesecake which was actually very light and creamy and one of the best desserts I have had in a long time. The service was excellent. Our waitress took her time to explain how each special was prepared and to go over the menu with us. She was very friendly and attentive. Water and bread arrived quickly and were constantly refilled as needed. Everyone loved the food and service and we all agreed that we would definitely be back. We were sorry that we had not tried this place sooner!

We enjoyed a nice night with another couple. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Everything tasted freshly made and authentic. Our waiter was attentive and efficient. The only drawback is the amount of tables they have in the restaurant - done to maximize seating - so it's packed full of people and the noise level is pretty high. Love the restaurant, but some noise absorbing fabric or panels would help.

Such a wonderful neighborhood gem! The food was, as always, amazing. The only thing I could ever complain about is how hard it is to choose between the mouth-watering nightly specials and the already delicious, standard menu choices. The service was fantastic and we all left full and happy. We'll be back again and again!

We choose this Tre Familial for a special Birthday diner, And wasn't even acknowledged of a birthday!! For the prices you could have offered us a after diner drink, or dessert on the house, as regulars there!! Also another thing that annoys us, is you can't order your appetizers or soup even, until you place your entire order!! That SUCKS!! As we came from a show and where very hungry!! After reading the entire menu, I quickly choice one of your specials, as I was starving!! The noise levels are so High can't hear each other talk either!! Foods good, but no hurry to return!!

I have used Tre Famiglia for catering in the past and have always loved the food. This was our first time dining in the restaurant. I expected a much more limited menu, was very pleasantly surprised at all of the offerings. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about everything on the menu. Will definitely make it back again soon.

We were seated in the smaller room, always feel a little cramped as we were right by the door.
As always, the food was great. I would suggest you substitute a veggie for the spring mix on the bronzino. I ordered a salad and that was too much greens. Your salad portions are very generous. Overall, the meal was very good.
