Tre Famiglia Ratings and Reviews
My husband and I enjoyed dinner here in the summer on the way to a concert and we loved it. I enjoyed it so much that I decided that we would hold our annual Christmas outing with friends here. They have a wonderful selection and an extensive selection for me as a Celiac. Staff is wonderful. The 8 of us had a wonderful dinner 12/8. Our only issue was it was loud. Quiet conversation you cannot have. But the food and service - FANTASTIC! Thank you
I made a reservation a week prior to 12/6/17 on opentable.
Arrived on time at 6:30 pm. Waited in the doorway as
large groups were seated. The hostess was trying to find
us(2) a table and trying to contact her manager. After 8-10
minutes we were seated in the window in the farthest room
where a private party was taking place. The table seating
was extremely tight as we are a 115 lb woman and a 200 lb
The noise level in the room was extremely high. A man at
the private party stood up to welcome his group, 2 long
tables, and announced that the restaurant told them
that they would have a private room. He apologized to
us but that did not help with the noise level.
The food as always was very good and the waiter was
very attentive. He visited our table several times during
Management needs some help! It seems as it they are
only concerned with large groups.
Food was excellent. We were seated immediately upon our arrival even though there was a wait for walk-ins. Service was good but a little rushed. Plates cleared rapidly as each person finished, even though others were still eating.
Although we did not leave quickly, it seemed like the servers would have been happier if we had.
My sister-in-law had lunch here on a weekday and we thoroughly enjoyed the lunch. The restaurant was nearly full and everyone appeared to love the food. It is authentic Italian food and it seems like the sauce is homemade. We both had pasta and it was done to perfection. The lunch crowd is in a dining room adjacent to the more formal dinner dining room so it was pretty sparsely decorated but the food made up for that. And it is extremely well-priced. We will return for dinner but I strongly recommend this restaurant for a lovely lunch.
I went here for my third time this past Saturday, 11/25/17. My meal was as good as always except for my step-daughter's bronzino, it was a grilled piece of fish with very little flavor and they screwed up her special request for a side dish but, they did replace it. My daughters filet mignon was medium well, which is not good with a filet mignon. Everything else was fine though. I'd go back.
Service was good, tentative but not overbearing. Appetizer was prepared and presented like a piece of art, it tasted as good as it looked. Diner came out in a timely manor, looked good, was delicious, and a nice portion. We skipped desert but have had them in the past here, there also delicious. Just on overall excellent dinning experience.
I love the hominess , like I was at a party at nona’s House! The atmosphere was nice, a little noisy but everyone was talking, laughing, enjoying each other’s company! The food was excellent, the waiters were great and the cappuccino was the best I’ve ever had
Dined here for the first time during Farm to Harvest Week. The value was spectacular! Four courses for $35 , which included an entree of filet mignon. Our server, Colin, was attentive, pleasant, but not intrusive. The atmosphere was a bit loud, but that was because they were very crowded. The butternut squash soup was delicious as was the goat cheese salad. I had to take my dessert home I was so full. I would definitely return and recommend this to my family and friends.
I went for restaurant week and was not disappointed. I had a hard time deciding which meal to choose because the options were great. The portion sizes were perfect considering the number of courses. The selections I made were in line with the descriptions and were fabulous. The sausage balls fried with pumpkin risotto were amazing. On my list to go back to try the short rib entree which looked amazing.
On August 30th I had lunch at Tre Famaglia and it was absolutely wonderful (see my review on Open Table). During Harvest Week I dined with a friend, and it was again "wonderful" .........
What a treat to indulge in an authentic menu with super service and a fun atmosphere. I have
read previous reviews from other diners and some think it is too noisy - not so. If you have ever
been to Italy you will find similar; close tables, enjoyable chatter, and sharing wine with the
guests on either side of you. Such fun to experience the passion of eating good food with others. Tre Famaglia is "fit for foodies" don't pass up this opportunity by not dining there.
as always, wonderful food with a creative flair. I have been here numerous times and even had my daughter-laws shower here. Never disappointed and where they get, without question, the best wait-staff I have ever encountered. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and un-obtrusive. The food is always fresh and a great value. Being a B.Y.O.B.? Why wouldn't u try it?
The wife and I visited for Harvest Week last Thursday (10/26). As usual, Tre Famiglia was packed, but not overly so. The meal (during which my wife and I ordered the same 4 courses, but not planned that way!), was as delicious as their regular offerings. Our waiter, Steve, was professional, friendly and attentive, but not hovering. We are anxiously looking forward to our return visit.
