Chef Anthony Boccella is a creative genius! The octopus salad is always delicious, but this time chef included roasted cauliflower which took it up a notch! The meatballs in a light tomato sauce are like my grandma’s, so traditional!
We tried the special entrees. Chicken lasagna with mushrooms and spinach in a very tasty bechamel sauce and cod cooked in parchment paper. Both were amazing.

We had a wonderful dining experience that our friends Visiting from Florida raved about! We had a friendly competent server who did not rush us at all. The food was excellent and we enjoyed our meals immensely! We would highly recommend this restaurant to others to try!

Trattoria Rosa Bianca is a hidden treasure. I prefer lunch vs. dinner simply because of the noise level. In the evening t can become fairly loud. The food is great regardless of the time. Lunch is always quiet and there's always the same waiter. I apologize for never remembering his name. However, he's been there FOREVER and is a charmer. He's honest, direct, professional and just a delight.

We love the cozy and friendly atmosphere as well as the always freshly prepared food at Trattoria Rosa Bisnca.
We started with the most tender and delicious grilled octopus. The homemade pasta and the traditional Neopolitan style lasagna was absolutely authentic! Family style salad is a perfect intermezzo! The chicken with prosciutto, roasted potatoes and broccoli rabe had to be a take out after a succulent bite!
The setting was somewhat private. One in our party was 1 hour late, however the server was very accomodating and we had several appetizers that were very good including the Antipasta with meat slices, roasted peppers and arugula, for got the name of the other one.
The crab salad was delicious. Serving portions of all entrees were quite generous. Will definitely like to return with my wife.
The website picture of the building looked like a very big Victorian house and it was not. It was very quaint and charming however. The service was slow and the room was a little noisy., were on the second floor. My husband and I are foodies and we both love to cook and know our way around the kitchen so our expectations are a bit high. Our food was ok, I had the roast pork which was a shoulder cut so a little more fatty. It was fork tender but a little too sweet since it was cooked with peaches. I should have gotten the salmon but when I saw the description, steamed in parchment paper I changed my mind, not a big fan of steaming fish! We probably would not return unless we went specifically for a pasta dish.

Great Restaurant! We made reservations at The last minute on open table and they accommodated us with a outside table. Beautiful night on the porch, great service and delicious food. Would definitely go back!
From the warm greeting at the reception desk by Cecilia to the outstanding table service from Michelle, to the delicious and meticulously prepared food, our dining experience at Trattoria Rosa Bianca was delightful. The fresh focaccia that is brought out with mashed Kalamata olives in delicious olive oil is always a welcomed bite to start off the meal. The focaccia is a great accompaniment to every course that follows including the home style house salad that is part of every main course!
We started off by sharing the grilled octopus served with crispy roasted potatoes and French green beans, perfectly dressed and freshly prepared each time!
My main course was the ‘Salmon al cartoccio’ (salmon cooked in parchment paper with white beans, baby zucchini, cherry tomatoes in white wine) which I asked to be cooked medium rare and it came out perfect. What a delightful dish! My husband ordered the special of the day, a flank steak bracciole served with their signature homemade pasta, and broccoli rabe. It was Delicious!
Always great! Service was off, but I think the server was new owner is always there, she makes you feel at home.

Food and service were fantastic as usual. Sat outside on the porch which is usually lovely, but the couple next to us was talking so loudly that my husband couldn’t hear a word I said. This really detracted from the experience. But no fault of Rosa’s!

Private room is always a nice touch, not our normal server but Reggie did real good. Appetizers were outstanding, everyone’s entrees were delicious. This our go to restaurant and it never ever disappoints .

First time at Rosa Bianca. Special birthday dinner. Service was excellent and attentive. Our server Reggie was especially nice. Appetizers were excellent. Everyone enjoyed then. Arancini was very good, but slightly undercooked. Otherwise, no complaints. We all ordered different entrees and everyone enjoyed their choices. Will definitely go back.
Squid ink gnocchi was great! My husband loves the chicken cutlet with arugula.
I am missing their arugula, pistachio, shaved parmesan with lemon vinaigrette salad and hoping it comes back to the menu soon!

calamari fritti was enormous in portion. did not ike the iced cold chopped tomato with it...needs a warm or hot marinara sauce
Never been to any victorian home style restaurant. It was a nice experience, the atmosphere was very cool. Service was nice too! I had never heard about the Gnocchi with blueberry sauce! It was a very unique dish and I tried it. It was so delicious. Eggplant was awesome too!!!!! The food was really worth the money and Above all, you get a royal and kind of rich experience at this place!
