OpenTable listed Pulcinella meals at $30. Mine cost me over $125. I was the sole diner in the restaurant on a Friday night, with one couple on the patio. The food was ok but NOT worth $125. I will never go there again.

Trattoria Pulinella is a gem. I love the ambiance - it feels like a slice of Italy in Cambridge; our waiter was lovely and the relaxed pace is what I so enjoy when dining out. Great wine selection and the plated meals looked as sublime as the taste. We were a party of five and we ordered from the specials on offer that night; branzino with sauteed vegetables, sweet corn and ricotta ravioli with a light cream sauce, artichoke hearts and tonnino, grilled mixed summer vegetables with a fig jam - we finished the dinner with their tiramisu delish! We sat in the restaurant because it was a pretty steamy night, but they have patio dining and I will go back and try that out soon.

Wonderful restaurant! We sat outside, in the restaurant’s charming, secluded back patio, and had fabulous food and terrific service. Pulcinella is a Cambridge gem, my favorite place to dine.

Overall it was a very good experience and the food was delicious. The biggest negatives were that we went to this restaurant based on the menu shown on the website. The meal and the dessert that we specifically went there for aren’t on their menu. Lastly, it was listed as $$, but was more like a $$$…each dessert costi $15.
