Trattoria Divina Ratings and Reviews
Love everything about this restaurant! We return every time we come to HH. The owner, service, decor, menu selections, wine menu and food quality are all top notch!!! Love it too that the owners support the SCAD students who painted all the murals and designed the bar top. A nice attention to detail is that the water glasses match the bar. The carpaccio, arragosta e Gamberoni, linguine a mare, and bolognese were all super delicious!!! Thanks to the owner and server who made this visit truly special!
I had the Brie wrapped in phylodow and it was delicious, so were the mussels in cream sauce! The bread was great, service was attentive. the Tiramisu was a bit plain in flavor (no coffee nor chololate layer) but the coffee was good and strong. I will go there to dine again.
Friends and I often head to the Trattoria after going to see a movie at the Park Plaza Cinema in the late afternoon. We sit at the bar and enjoy not only catching up with the staff as they pass by en route to their tables, but trying different wines and sampling the wonderful appetizer menu. It turns out that for us "mature" ladies, the appetizer portions are plenty filling enough to serve as supper, especially if you share a dessert afterwards. It's casual, comfortable, and delicious dining!
We were pleasantly surprised to find authentic Italian cuisine tucked back in a Hilton Head shopping center. No water views here. It's all about the food. The hostess was gracious, and our server, Andres, was pleasantly attentive. Complementary prosecco as soon as we sat down was a nice touch. Our entrees, lobster ravioli and pollo Milanese, were very good, not heavy. French press coffee prepared at the table was a smooth finish. It goes on our list of HH faves.
Trattoria Divina is one of our favorite restaurants. We "discovered" it about 3 years ago and have made it a regular stop when we're in Hilton Head. The food is awesome, especially their Caesar salad which is unique in presentation and fabulous in taste. The service is appropriately attentive without being intrusive and the seating is comfortable. All in all, we highly recommend Trattoria Divina.
Trattoria Divina does not disappoint. Food is just what I need when craving authentic Italian food . Entrees are reasonably priced and servings are a good size. Service was impeccable, friendly yet professional. All in all a very fine meal and dining experience.
Amazing place. They took our reservation that started at 6, went up to 10 and we arrived with 13 and accommodated us without question. The food was and always is amazing and the staff has a great sense of humor and are very talented.
Chef Hugo Lee truly shines with everything he makes. We will be back!
2 couples returned to Hilton Head for a golf vacation. We had dined at Trattoria on previous trips and always enjoyed the food. We are Italian, so recognize and appreciate good Italian food. We all loved our entrees and salads, with the only down side being the bread helpers raved about being crusty. YEs, it was crusty but way too thin. certainly not the nice crusty Italian bread with the soft center I was expecting. The spread, though, was delicious.
Since wonderful Italian bread is important to me, this is why I mention this ONLY down side of our meal! All these entrees were fabulous!
Seafood de mare
Fresh pasta bolognese
We had a delicious dinner. Service was impeccable, food delicious. We were surprised that whole wheat pasta cost $1.99 more (not informed of this when we ordered). For the price there should not have been an upcharge for that. We had pasta with bolognese and seafood and shrimp. All four of us were extremely satisfied with our dinner. We will definitely return.
We were there right after Irma forced a mandatory evacuation of the Island and things were just getting back to normal. This visit showed that they were back up to speed and everything was wonderful. We requested the wine room and were seated there. Great for quiet conversation and small groups. Lena was our server and was on top of everything. Food was great, especially the lobster ravioli. Will be back again as this is one of our favorite places to dine. Be sure to make a reservation. Using Open Table makes it very easy.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Trattoria Divina on a recent date night. We were greeted with a glass of champagne and an amuse-bouche. Our server was vibrant, extraordinarily polite and attentive. We drove an hour to enjoy and it was a wonderful experience. Our food was very good and they had a great wine list. Overall an excellent experience and we would definitely go back.
Excellent experience! Best Italian we have had on Hilton Head by far. The Caesar salad was served on a warm basket of Parmesan and was amazing. The mushroom agnolotti was incredible down to every last swipe of sauce off the plate with the homemade bread. Highly recommended. Very friendly service from waitress, manager, and assistant wait staff alike.
My first visit since I am not local. The ambiance was wonderful and the service excellent. The wine and drink list was great and the food was good but my dish somewhat heavier than I had expected. I had wanted a pesto dish and was surprised a good Italian restaurant did not have any pesto.
The selection of food, waiter service, and location near Sea Pines made this restaurant very appealing to us. We tried a variety of dishes including the Duck Confit Cassoullette, Veal Osso Bucco, and Pollo Involtini. All were very good. The Molton Chocolate Cake was delicious and enough for 2 to share. This was a bit pricy, but we were celebrating our last night of vacation and wanted something special.
Had a very nice evening at Trattoria Divina. Server Dominic and the owner were very nice, always making us feel like family or friends. Page remembered us, and made sure she stopped by and talked with us. Food was great ...I had the lobster raviola, and my wife had SCAMPI AL AGLIO. Cooked to perfection. Great evening and fun!
Trattoria Divina always makes you feel special. They serve a small glass of prosecco and a muse bouche (small bite) with every meal. I love their lobster bisque and lobster ravioli. They have good appetizer salads as well.My husband enjoyed the lobster and scallop entree' with corn ravioli.
Loved your restaurant. We ordered off the Early Bird menu and loved the food. Only thing we were disappointed in . Your menu for the Early Bird stated a price of $17.95. Some of us ordered the Ravioli diArogosta and did not see that it was $3.00 extra on the menu. We did not realize this until after we received the check. If you are offering certain Entrees at the early Bird price why would you add $3.00 more for one item ? Thought all should have been the same price.
