We had a lovely experience here. The food was outstanding, as was the service. Highly recommended.
We visit every year and we are never disappointed. Always delicious food and good friendly service
Love Trattoria Divina; its our must go to place every time we go to Hilton Head Island! Our girls love the ice cream sculpture for dessert - they still question how it gets done. Love the service and of course, the food. Can’t go wrong with any of the menu options. Highly recommend if you are in the area.
It was wonderful all around
Great dinner and service.
Always a favorite destination! You are treated and served like royalty! Delicious
I chose this restaurant over the other Italians in the area because the menu seemed more authentic to me. It was a good guess. The mussels in pernod sauce were juicy and every drop of the sauce got cleaned off the plate. The daily special of linguine with seafood in a lobster sauce and three perfectly sauteed large scallops was exquisite. The fish special of the day was perfectly prepared halibut. Desserts were well prepared and devoured with great satisfaction. The wine list has reasonable prices, even for some better bottles. Service was knowledgeable and relaxed but efficient. Will definitely return!
Wonderful food, incredibly accommodating staff, great night out. We ate there on a Monday night and it wasn’t crowded, it wasn’t crowded so I don’t know if it would always be as quiet. The food was excellent. My husband is vegan, I am a vegetarian and the waiter was more than happy to modify items on the menu. I highly recommend the spinach raviolis. So good! There is a very welcoming atmosphere, we will certainly eat there when we return to Hilton Head!
We enjoyed every part of our dining experience at Trattoria Divina and would highly recommend it if you are looking for a lovely night out.
Great service and excellent food. Went here for dinner with family and had a great experience.
Third time there and every time has been very good. Friendly efficient service. Home made pastas. Excellent. They will customize menu items. No steak or veal on the menu, so you betterlike Italian. A little pricey but worth it. I have had the pasta arribiata, which they can vary the spice to you taste. Homemade pasta with shrimp, pancetta and capers, outstanding!
Nice to be remembered....best meal I've had here....almost always get special never disappointed...and Oooo that caprese salad...yum
This is a beautiful intimate restaurant. The food and drinks were fantastic. We visited from N.Y.. A large menu of choices and great pasta dishes. If that's not enough, great deserts. I regret not going back the following day!
Wonderful meal and all around experience. We were entertaining family from out of state. They loved their meals and continued to talk about the restaurant the next day. Owner, Tami was very helpful and personable. Lina, our server was outstanding.
The place was great.
The home made linguine was the best.
Interior was designed by the Savannah College of Art and Design and was s lot of fun on the eyes.
Will visit again.
Our regular location while in HH
The Italian food is classic and well-prepared. Delicious. The service could be better. There are many service persons, but the service seems rushed and hectic. The waitress forgot an intermediate course of salad between appetizer and entrée.
The restaurant décor needs a makeover.
Delicious meal. Don’t miss this restaurant!
I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant! The chef is so talented providing unique perfectly cooked dishes. I had the speciality of the day on my first visit to the restaurant...tile fish served over bed of fresh linguine, mushrooms and peas. I had never heard of tile fish before but it was amazing!! Husband had the shrimp and scallop dish served over angel hair pasta and he loved it so much that he ordered it again on our second visit to the restaurant.
On my second visit to the restaurant , I tried their signature dish “lobster pot pie”...oh my goodness...it could easily feed 2-3 people and it was out of this world!! Hated to leave half of it on my plate.
The server was so kind and accommodating.
Never felt rushed even though we had to be the last ones to leave the restaurant.
The couple that went with us to the restaurant commented that this was the best food that they had ever eaten at Hilton Head and they have been coming to the area for years.
I only hope that we will be able to get a future reservation at this great restaurant when we return to Hilton Head next year because by then the word will be out that “this is the restaurant to visit when in Hilton Head!!”.
The service was a little rushed, but very friendly. The food was rich and excellent.
We love Trattoria Divina and especially Lena as our server. She is attentive and as repeat diners, she treats us like royalty. We love the food and wine selections. Thanks for taking such good care of us.
One of the best restaurants on Hilton head!! Extremely friendly staff, excellent food and comfortable interior!!
Crowded scene but great service. Good wine list with a lot of variety. Caprese salad was tops. Homemade linguine excellent. Careful preparation. Cosy and comfortable. Perfect for a chillier evening in Hilton Head.
Great atmosphere, excellent food, very attentive service. We will definitely visit every trip to Hilton Head, SC.
All food selections were creative. Bisque soup was GREAT.
Our waiter (Page) was extremely attentive.
We had Paige as our server. She is always a pleasure and everyone is courteous and professional. She explained any of our questions on the menu.
Loved it. Went last year when visiting Hilton Head and looked forward to going back. Just as good as we remembered.
Love this place! Great food, great service! The complimentary welcome "Proseco" is a great touch! The scampi dish is one of my favorites! Too quality...if you like Italian you will love this place!
Service was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive. They catered very well to our daughter and adults alike. Food, tasted wonderful. Flavour and presentation were great. Enjoyed the meal/evening tremendously.
Everything was great--lone issue was overcooking of the shrimp--otherwise superbe
Visited for dinner. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We would go back again.
Trattoria Divina is one of our favorite island restaurants. We try to eat there on at least one of our visits each year. The food is very good and little touches like the complementary “treats” before ordering are a great idea.
Awesome! Chose two dishes from the early dining menu. Both were delicious..shrimp linguini and lobster ravioli. The soup and the salad starter were equally tasty. The homemade bread was so good we asked for an extra basket. The house wine , both the Chardonnay and the Cabernet, were quite enjoyable and a real bargain at the early dining price. Our server, Dominic, was very pleasant and attentive. We both enjoyed our meal and experience very much. Can’t wait to go back.
Our group of four were on a three day golf outing, and decided to try Trattoria Divina. All four of us felt like we nailed the decision. The atmosphere, bar, service and food were all excellent. We would consider going back for dinner again if we are at Hilton Head !
Since the closing of 843 Divina has moved into the #1 spot for island dining
Tonight’s experience was fantastic as usual
Instead of amuse bouche we received a glass of champagne
Classy as usual
Veal Osso Bucco superb
Arribetta pasta fresh and delicious
My only negative comment is the decor
Getting a bit long in tooth
For this level of gourmet dining the ambiance needs an upgrade
Everything was great from ambience, service, food and the excellent mixed cocktails. It is a little pricey but excellent. Good for all special occasions.
This was our second visit to Trattoria Divina. The ambiance and the friendliness of the staff were just as good we remembered them. It was nice to receive a complimentary glass of prosecco and a delicious little bite of an appetizer. All the appetizers we shared were very good as well. Unfortunately, the main courses were disappointing. Agnolotti Tartufo Nero i Porcini was probably the best dish of the ones we tried. It was good, but not exciting. Linguine Arrabbiata felt uninspired, and we were surprised that the color of the dish did not have any red in it (we are used to some red in the sauce from tomato and red pepper flakes). Linguini a Mare was quite disappointing, with too much tomato sauce and not enough seafood broth, and with shrimp overcooked to the consistency of rubber (was it frozen?). Looking back, I probably should have heeded the waiter's recommendations, which did not include seafood dishes. On the strength (or weakness) of the main courses, we did not order dessert.
Neighborhood gem, close to shops and movies. Very friendly.
Good food, excellent service, and overpriced. Will not rush back.
