Nothing tasted good from the buffet. Food has soggy and cold. Ended getting eggs feom the omlet station. Surprisingly they didn't have any kind of bread, toast... For $28/person definitely not worth it. Expected better quality from this place

Staff did a SUPERB job handling the influx of extra diners as a result of an early morning storm. Hostess, waiters and bussers were working hard to accommodate everyone and I’m sure the kitchen was as well.

We absolutely loved it! The food is awesome! The caprese & caesar salads, fruit, pasta dishes and dessert were so delicious! We visited on a Saturday night and they had the pasta bar where the chefs made your pasta. It was beyond perfect. Everyone who worked there were so nice! The staff sang Happy Birthday to our daughter and brought raspberry sorbet. It was the highlight of our trip and made for a great last night at Universal. We flew home the next day and she is still talking about it. Thank you!! We will visit again when we are back in Florida!

Loved sitting at the outdoor seating area. I have a gluten allergy and the chef and waiter were so wonderful and took extra care. I had the Chicken Marsala (a GF version) and my husband had the shrimp. Alfredo. Both were delicious. Would recommend this wonderful restaurant to anyone.

My reservation was for 9:30 pm. We sat down and ordered drinks and as it was a party date, December 31st, we calmly started to help ourselves. When I went to the pasta buffet, they simply closed the kitchen and said the restaurant closed at 10 pm. How can a restaurant make a reservation at 9:30 pm and close at 10:00 pm? How can a restaurant close at 10 pm on December 31st? SPOILED A SPECIAL DATE FOR OUR FAMILY. A TRUE ABSURD.

Horrible from start to end! It took 20 minutes for the waiter to take our drink order, another 30 minutes to order our appetizer and meal. We sat at 5:50 and did not get our meal until almost 7:30! Incorrect drinks were brought to our table and it took 15 minutes to get the correct one. As if the meal was not expensive enough, an 18% gratuity was automatically added to the bill for more than $30 for 4 of us! It was reversed after much complaining but there was no attempt to make our experience any better! Terribly disappointed that we spent so much time and money on what we had hoped would be a nice, memorable evening out with my parents that who drove 5 days to spend the holidays with us and an adult evening out in more than a year! Will never go back or recommend! We would have been better off going to the Olive Garden!

This is my favorite restaurant. One of the top three reasons that we travel to Universal. However they are all you can eat pasta buffet was closed last night and is now only open on Friday and Saturday. This was a bummer and although we ordered spaghetti off the menu it was definitely not the same. I should’ve read the other reviews about this place at Christmas time

This was a very sub-optimal experience. The waitress was very nice and well intentioned. But after waiting more than 45 minutes they informed us that they didn’t have one of our entrees. Then they proceeded to get the orders wrong. The food was mediocre at best. It was not crowded so this poor performance was really inexplicable. I would have rather been told they were out of food upfront and not wasted our time

I will start by making it clear that we were treated with kindness by all of the restaurant staff, and they did a great job in that regard. We did the Christmas buffet, and it was not worth the money. We were relieved that we didn’t bring the whole family as originally planned. We had reservations towards the end of the night. The food was not good. A few things were okay, but all in all you could tell the food had been out in warmers all day. Much of it was dried out and not good quality. I understand that we were likely in one of the last time slots, but when we are charged full price, the food should be as fresh as it was for the other guests earlier in the day. What we were able to have for desserts were really good, but when we went in to get them after our meal, they were packing everything up. The restaurant workers were putting the rest of the desserts in take out boxes to take home with them. We got whatever was left over, which wasn’t much. We were generally really disappointed in what was supposed to be our Christmas meal. We were grateful they were working on Christmas, and I would guess they would have rather not been there, and they were kind and courteous, but I would never eat here again.
