Trattoria Bianca
Bright and mostly white, it is a sleek reinterpretation of Italian Art Deco along with the owner's collection vintage food and wine posters.
Bianca's menu ranges from a simple bowl of spaghetti carbonara to a Tuscan-style steak and a bottle of old Barolo. Featured dishes: shrimp scampi on soft polenta; frisee salad with fried oysters, poached egg, and pork belly; seafood fritto misto; salmon saltimbocca-style with sage and crispy pancetta; numerous pastas and superb pizzas; Chianti- braised short rib, and lamb shank in rich pan juices. For lunch there are heaping salads and inventive sandwiches using Italian ingredients

Prior to an event at MSG we frequented Cafe 31 which is now TRACKS. Looking for a new spot we hit on this great place and found Fausto, our favorite server from 31 working here. The food, service and room was wonderful. Thanks for a great evening.
Surprisingly good food, pleasant atmosphere, great service and fantastic location if you are headed to MSG . Highly recommended.
Convenient. Fantastic food.Great value. Nice folks.
Very nice place, good service! Prices were reasonable
Great dining experience. Great food and service. Would go back without a doubt. Price good too.
The food and waitstaff were outstanding. My husband and I will definitely be visiting Trattoria again!
Good food, excellent waitress.
Great service excellent food reasonably priced
Love this place! The food is great, drinks are great and they don’t rush you to turn the table... and best of all it’s two blocks from the garden! Have been there a few times now and plan on being back again!
We were pleased with our first visit. The food was great. My husband enjoyed the Skyscraper Burger and the chicken parm with pasta that I ordered was the best I've had in some time. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Portions were large and more than enough for dinner. We will definitely go back on our next trip to NYC.
Delicious food. Great service. Bartender makes a great drink and the prices are reasonable.
Awesome service and food was delicious!
Really, really mediocre! Hard to find anywhere good near MSG. But this is not worth the time or money. Pizza was awful worse that frozen supermarket style. Main course wasn’t much better
Avoid this venue
Great service -- good meal --- great place to go before a garden event.
Consistently good but was unusually crowded fir pre-theatre which caused service to be very slow. Food was excellent!
Mediocre Caesar salad.
If you’re going to Madison Square Gardens this is a convenient spot for a good dinner. Varied menu, gluten free and vegetarian options, highly recommend it.!
The soups were hot and delicious. The pizza are very thin crust and delicious.
The perfect spot if you want good solid Italian food and are attending an event at MSG! Will be our go to always- reasonable pricing and excellent drinks as well
This was a great find. Five former classmates were meeting for lunch, and coming from Long Island, Washington DC and Brooklyn, so the location was perfect. The food was good, but what made the experience special was the fantastic service and attention to special requests. Our servers were attentive and gave us all the time we needed, and it was quiet enough that five women over 40 could conduct a conversation without bellowing "WHAT?" every few seconds.
We’ve been to this restaurant a couple of times and have only really gone back for the cheesecake. The chicken pesto was awful and the cosmopolitans were super weak, mostly juice. Not at all like fine dining in NYC, not authentic Italian.
Very reasonably priced 3 course dinner. I added an upgraded sea bass to the cost. Delirious ! Better than expected
Great food, amazing service.
Good, cheap-ish meal compared to NYC prices in general.
Great drinks. Great management. Great food. Excellent waitress. We had a blast!
A return to a reliable location. Arrived significantly early for our reservation which was good because service and the kitchen was definitely challenged as they were swamped. Food was okay, chicken parm overcooked and little sauce, risotto was VERY rich.
Good food, polite, nice & efficient waitress, prices reasonable, location to Madison Square Garden perfect.
Because of the Billy Joel concert I believe they rushed our service but understood why
This was a 5 star experience! The service was impeccable, food was delicious, and it was priced well below NYC pricing. We will definitely be back!
Great surprise to find a nice place, good price and fresh food in midtown . We will be back. Service
A Plus!
I loved this restaurant. Food and service were excellent. The atmosphere was relaxed and spacious--not usually the atmosphere in Midtown. Loved it.
I come here every
Bright, modern decor with traditional Italian favorites. Service was spaced to a pace that you didn't feel like your courses were served on top of each other but the server could have been a bit more attentive. Would definitely recommend.
Waitress was marvelous
We had a very delicious lunch. Service was very good. A great restaurant near Penn Station.
Great spot that was able to accommodate our large party with wonderful service and delicious food. Excellent option in the otherwise barren Penn Station area of NYC!
honestly: I don't know what to think: if they marked me as yes, I'd be surprised. I made a res for 11:30am and upon showing up the place was closed. empty. no one around. we waited outside for 10 min to see if someone was late in opening up but nothing. not only that but when I tried calling, I could hear the phone ringing inside and yet no one answered...I tried calling one more time from another restaurant, and still no answer. very odd. so, given that they said they'd open at 11am, and no one opened, I find it odd, and unprofessional. lucky us there were plenty of others paces to go to.
Still a local staple after all these years. Friendly service, a comfortable environment and tasty food make it an easy "go to" choice.
The food was very good and our waitress was personable and efficient. A winning combination!
Great food and very good service, not expensive for NY
