Tramontana's Italian Grille is a dream turned reality for the Tramontana family. For generations, the family recipes have been lovingly prepared, and passed down.
John has always had a passion for cooking, and sharing his recipes with friends and family. His dishes always draw praise, and are always the hit at every party.
At the end of 2011, the family had an opportunity to open a restaurant, and in January 2012 Tramontana's Italian Grille opened their doors. Their dream came true.
Now everyone can enjoy the Tramontana family recipes 7 nights a week, from their signature marinara, to delicious pizza. Johnny's famous shrimp and asparagus, to his mouth watering meatballs!
Gluten free? Not a problem! Gluten free pasta & pizza crust upon request. Vegetarian? No worries, there are plenty of menu options for you as well.
We hope to see you soon at Tramontana's Italian Grille. From our family to yours - Mangia!

Had a new waitstaff that should not have been allowed to work alone. She was at a point that she should have been shadowing an experienced person. In the past we have had good service but not this time

Busy week, we decided to go out for an early Friday night dinner. We love this restaurant. Great food, great service, great decor. One of our favorite restaurants in the Fort Myers area!

I had veal Parmesan and thought it was delicious, but a friend had the chicken parm and thought it was dry. Another friend had the pizza and did not like the thin crust. All and all, I liked their red sauce, and the waitress, Rachel, was super friendly and attentive.

Booked thru open table, only to show up and they didn't have are reservation and told us they were to busy to take us. Major pain and disappointment. Night not a failure as we ended up at Mastello Italia Restaurant and it was outstanding

Plentiful in quantity and quality.
Italian food with a personal twist to it, making it somewhat unique. Wait staff was really nice and helpful. Their teamwork was flawless.
I'd go back in a heartbeat.

My husband and I frequent this restaurant as we live close by. My brother enjoys their mussels marinara and I love the eggplant parm. My husband is very fond of their pizza.

We were overall disappointed with our meal. Soda had no ice, appetizer was mediocre, and pastas were overcooked with too much sauce.

Our first visit after golf at River Hall, looking for a restaurant convenient to us and our Northport friends. Overall, our experience was quite nice, but they really need to cut down on the spice of their pastas! I don't think I've ever had a spicy (hot) Vodka Penne, but this dish was over-spiced to the point that it was not totally enjoyable. Ease up on the spice, and we would consider this place a favorite of ours!

Our first dining experience at Tramontana will definitely NOT be our last! It's a little jewel in a small community not noted for great restaurants. I ordered (with some reservation) the chicken piccata. It was done to perfection! My partner had grilled sausage, peppers and onions and was equally as pleased. The Capreze appetizer is not to be missed and is ample for sharing. We'll be returning soon.

we don't know ft. myers and its distances are pretty vast for an ohioan. the endlessss streets to get somewhere depress me. we did not realize this restaurant was in a shopping mall. i wanted something with more character, but i suppose i should have looked at more pictures. it does not have much personality, but the help is friendly and the food is good. the bean soup was pleasant. the salads that came with the dinner were ordinary. but the veal and the lasagna were noteworthy. the veal was very tender. the prices are quite reasonable, esp. if you are coming off sanibel island where prices are 'pricey.'

We eat at Tramontana's at least once a week. Great food, daily specials Monday through Thursday. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. The eggplant parm special on Thursday is my personal favorite.

Based on a recommendation from a friend, I booked a table for a group of six without prior experience with the restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. The Francaise sauce was lemony, buttery wonderfully delicious. Three of my companions had marsala sauce saying it was the best they have had. The vegetables are farm to table fresh. The desserts are traditional with a twist.

Great selection of italian dishes from appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts all well prepared. Also have a good selection of wines. Meals are reasonably priced. The staff are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We had a group of 6 and everyone enjoyed their meal. Would recommend this restaurant to couples or families.

My first time at this restaurant, it's never busy I see why now. Food was either overcooked, the salad never made it to the table but once we asked for it near the end of our meal it looked as though it was prepared in the morning and put in the fridge all day, it was wilted and only 7 leaves. I counted, or the food was bland and dull. While we were aboutto pay for our meal another set of customers clearly felt the way we did and left without paying. Horrible horrible food. Overpriced. Better off going to publix and getting Ragu.

Loved the eggplant parm and the caprese salad was excellent! You have to try the special desserts - nougatine, I think is what it is called - fabulous, never had a dessert like this! Frozen dessert with pistachio brittle, how can you go wrong!

Those of us living in The Verandah are lucky to have Tramontana's Italian Grille as our neighborhood restaurant. The food is consistently good. We have been here only for dinner, but I imagine it must be a perfect lunch spot. A friend visiting from Bethesda was delighted to find garlic soup on the menu and was amazed to see the easy banter between the servers and the patrons. As I was showing my friend one of the many framed photos hanging on the wall of the family, the owner of the restaurant came out of the kitchen and "introduced" us to his grandfather, a handsome young man photographed on a horse. How nice, also, that Diane loves experimenting with different desserts! My friend mentioned the bar is quite nice. Great place!

been spot on in 50 plus visits. The owners are truly inspired and continue to expand
the menu. When we pick up visitors from the the airport, this is the first stop.

We would like this restaurant to succeed as there are few good restaurants in the neighborhood. The food can be very good, sevice can be spotty, simetimes very slow, sometimes waitress is too familiar and intrudes on the diners. Tables are uncomfortably crowded together. We will still come back because tramontana's seems to have lots of potential. Good luck to them.

We went there because a gentleman recommended it in Jean LeBoef's review in last weeks News Press. Would never go there again. Bread was supermarket bread aisle Italian. No bread plates supplied. When I am paying $17+ for an entrée I expect good Italian bread and a plate to put it on. Caesar salads had large outer leaves of romaine that were hard to manage in the small bowl that they were served in. My husband ordered anchovies that cost an extra $2 and never got them. We didn't think that we were ever going to get our entrée. Chicken and veal were terrible and our entrees were served with the wrong pasta. Wasn't even busy so they can't use that as an excuse.

During this return visit to a neighborhood Italian restaurant, we practically had the place to ourselves, since it is still not "season" here in SW Florida. The waitress was new and did not know that a vegetable could be subbed for the pasta side with the entrees. Our salads, which are included with dinner, came quickly, but then so did the entree, almost immediately after the arrival of the salad! The entrees were okay, not exciting. Tramontana's is good for feeding the family, the group after a ball game, couples, etc with good, well cooked, traditional Italian dishes and pizza. If full, it would be pretty noisy with the newly added tables. All food is cooked to order.

Pizza crust very tough, difficult to cut even with a knife. Salad was a big pile of iceberg lettuce with a few tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and onions. Food was ok, but not great. Nothing to bring us back and we wanted to like it because of the location.
