Located in the Garment District, Trademark Taste + Grind is surrounded by centuries of rich, New York and fashion industry history. Since its opening in 2016, Trademark Taste + Grind has paid homage to the strong, independent women ruling the Big Apple with details in hospitality, decor, and talent. The interior of Trademark Taste + Grind was designed by the female-owned Dallago Associates. The approachable American Bistro is helmed by Executive Chef Adrienne Guttieri, whose menu is laced with family recipes passed down for generations. These Italian signatures are featured alongside lighter twists on affordable steakhouse classics for lunch, dinner, and brunch services. Pair your meal with a thoughtfully crafted cocktail or rotating selection of beer and wine curated by Head Bartender and Certified Cicerone Mariel Burns. The space boasts semi-private, intimate booths and romantic archways leading into a charming dining room centered around an island bar. The walls are decorated with portraits of IGC Hospitality matriarchs that make the space feel like home for both everyday dining and large, private parties. Trademark is conveniently located between Grand Central Terminal and Penn Station and is just a stone's throw from Madison Square Garden, Macy's, and the Empire State Building. We received incorrect orders twice, including our drinks, and the truffle fries we ordered were just regular french fries. Given the price point, this was very disappointing. We paid $67, including tip, for two salads, a side of fries, and two iced teas. There is a lot of room for improvement.

We had a very picky eater with us and I would have been exasperated if I were the waitress. Instead, both she, the waiter and manager all catered to our guest and accommodated order changes and then a replacement item. Service was simply top notch. Loved the atmosphere too. A very unassuming outside but lovely on the inside. Almost speakeasy in nature. I had the Cobb salad and my husband the French toast as we went for brunch. Everything ordered was good.

Terrific dinner at Trademark. The hummus, Brussels sprouts with honey and fish tacos were all delicious. I finished with the cookie skillet; which was just sensational. Excellent service and very reasonable prices. One of the best dining options near the Empire State Building.

A good place to meet up for a breakfast meeting. My only complaint was the volume of the background music. Way too loud and a speaker seemingly over every table. I think at breakfast - turn it down a bit.
