   Our server Vee, as always, was amazing. She was attentive and remembered each of our preferences. She’s the best!!

   As always, Trace was so enjoyable. Happy hour till 8PM on Fridays is the best way to end a long work week.

   The atmosphere was great. The happy hour selection and price were great as well. My only issue was having to yell at my friend with me because that band playing there was too loud.

   Quick service and not too crowded at 7:45 on a Thursday. Great steak dinner, good value at $37.00. Awesome charcuterie board. Not super cozy, it's more trendy and energetic than romantic, but great food and service was on point.

   As a 5th Avenue Theater ticket holder, I am always looking for a different place to entertain friends and/or family that I attend with. Many long time "go to" spots have now left Seattle so I did some homework to find Trace. It is easily walkable from the 5th Ave. Our party of 4 shared the outstanding brussel sprout appetizer with two choices of creative dipping sauces. So impressed! We then chose a variety of types of entrees and everyone was pleased with their choices. The servings were adequate, well displayed on the plate, and added a flare that was satisfying. The music was upbeat but didn't ruin our dining experience. After al, it was Saturday Night in the city!!

   I had the poke tuna which was amazingly fresh and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The brussel sprouts were about the best I’ve ever had. Both dishes had just the right amount of zippy spice. Portions were very generous, especially for just one person. They could easily serve two or three. Acoustics were ok - not a lot of sound buffered from the bar but it was fine. Pretty atmosphere but towards the stark and cold side. I had one waitperson to start out and she was efficient, but not overly friendly. The waitstaff who took my dishes, offered me another drink (the specialty cocktails are very good!) and brought my check was super friendly, fast, and efficient! I’d definitely go back to repeat what I had and explore the menu even more.

   The food and service was okay but they seemed a bit understaffed. No a huge fan of the starkness of the place but was not as noisy as I would have thought

   There weren’t enough servers working the tables. It took us 20 minutes to flag someone down to order more food. We were told we would get it in time to eat it and get to our show but after a half hour we had to cancel the order so we could leave. We left hungry and dissatisfied.

    First time and what a treat! perfect place for a business lunch as the place is less crowded than others. Food was delicious! Salmon ceasar was incredible! Can't wait to go back!
