Towne House Restaurant at Wine & Roses is a legacy to the country farm it once was. Magnificent trees and gardens remain at the heart of the land and embody the essence and authenticity of our heritage. Our inspiration comes from our childhood, our neighborhood, and our experiences.
Our cuisine is simple, but creative. We celebrate with fervor our terroir, our farms, our ocean offering a farm-to-table experience with products sourced from local and area farms, as well as our own garden. Our cuisine is made for sharing.

Me and my husband went here for a date and it didn't disappoint. The staff was friendly and took good care of us. Very beautiful ambiance and just all around perfect. Not to mention the delicious steaks we had. We will defiantly recommend Wine and Roses to our family and friends!
Wine & Roses is clearly the nicest restaurant in Lodi. No other can match their setting. The food is generally very good. The service is top notch as well. So it is not surprising that it is also on the pricey side. On our particular evening the Scallops on wild rice was their best entree. Large moist scallops on a delicious bed of wild rice infused with different herbs & spices. Unfortunately their Fried Rocky Chicken was rather tasteless. My good friend who ordered it said the KFC was better. I ordered a linguini with wild mushrooms that was "not bad" but not delicious either. We had wine in the car from wine tasting all day, but a $20 corkage is a rip off in my opinion. BTW did you know that almost all of the restaurants in the Napa valley have no corkage if you bring a local wine. Food for thought?
We have never had dinner here—just lunch when we could sit outside. Dinner prices are a tad high. Plus we were sitting quite close to a table of six and heard pretty much all their conversations. Think I prefer this restaurant for lunch and outside where you feel like you have a bit more room. Wii we be back? Of course! Service is impeccable!
Always a favorite place to dine in this lovely restaurant with an excellent menu that is cooked to order. The crab cakes were perfect with plenty of real crab meat. However, today's home-fried potatoes were a bit greasy and not crispy under the smoked salmon but it's still my favorite place in Lodi and East Bay. The waitress was very attentive and the rest of the meal was perfect. Generally, it is a perfect dining place, clean, orderly, and overall a nice environment.
From the start it was slow. We were three couples, four people got their cocktails right away and the other two waited twenty minutes more. Service was slow after that. Food was delicious once it arrivied. Maitre d' took our food order instead of the waiter.
I have been here a few times and it always has been a great meal. Today was a birthday lunch for for my girlfriend. I had the crab cakes and roasted beet salad. Both delicious, but the crab cakes were relatively small compared to others I have had. The beet salad had the unique touch of a goat cheese mousse that added a delicate creamier taste of goat cheese. My friend had the Tamale Pancake which was delicious as well. It had unique flavors that I would not necessarily pair together, but it was definitely a taste treat. The croughnuts a la mode was scrumptious. Croissant doughnuts with cinnamon sugar and pumpkin ice cream, YUM!
We went for brunch on a Saturday - a group of 6 friends. Our server, Hannah, was patient as it took a while before we were ready to order. Everyone enjoyed their food. One of our party asked for avocado instead of meat on her Eggs Benedict - no problem. Prices are a bit more San Francisco than San Joaquin but we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly anyway.
My date and I had dinner after the "Evening of Jazz". I had made a mistake on the concert ending time so I went to the desk and explained my mistake. She was very accommodating and seated us immediately. Our server was Christine and she was amazing. She was attentive without being obtrusive. The food was great. My date had the Scallops. Very tender on a bed of couscous . I had the AHI. While it was cooked perfectly it did have some stringy tendons inside the flesh. It was more of a "Steak piece and not a tenderloin" It was on a bed of wild rice and mushrooms. Very nice. We bypassed the short dessert list and enjoyed a nice port. Overall great ambience, service and menu. I just wish the AHI had been a better grade.
We wanted to celebrate moving to the area. And my birthday. I drive by the resort each day, and it looked so enticing! We booked an early table at 5 because thats all that was available on open table. However, there were many tables around us that remained open the time we were there. The server seemed annoyed that we wanted to take our time and really dine, enjoy cocktails, starters then order dinner. The food we ordered was decent, however, We felt rushed and pestered and decided to just have drinks and starters. I probably would only go back for the ambience and the grounds.
Dinner was amazing. Food was excellent, and the service was perfect. The restaurant is setup perfect for a nice dinner date or a nice group get together. Everything we ate and drank was worth the price. Loren, our server, was a gem and true pleasure to be served by. Definitely coming back and would recommend to a friend.
As always the food was delicious. This is a great place to celebrate a birthday or anniversary. However, we thought the pricing a little high for Lodi.
As always, Kim Nejak was wonderful. Her piano playing is exquisite. She is a pleasure to listen to. Take your after dinner coffee or drink to the lounge and listen to her heavenly music. SHE is the "neighborhood gem". (FYI she plays Thursday thru Sunday evenings)
This is right behind my house, so we do stop by often for the bar. But, the restaurant is really nice and the food is always great.
The part that makes this perfect, is the staff. They really are great staff, ready to assist in a menu selection, pick a cocktail, talk about what is going on. Just really friendly.
The outside seating is always special, and on cool nights the heaters resolve any hesitation.
Wouldn't recommend to anyone! My mom and I were completely ignored. We waited THIRTY MINUTES for someone to come over and take our order. We weren't even served bread or had water poured. Various waiters passed by and we tried to get those attention, but we were still ignored. The table behind us was being waited on and the server looked our way and walked away. My mom and I left and no one even notice as we passed by the staff at the front as we were. Total waste of our time. We thought Wine and Roses was supposed to be a fine dining restaurant.....apparently not.
Loved this place! The ambience is something out of a fairytale if you sit outside under the beautiful, majestic trees. The food and wine was spectacular. Our server was spot on 👌 My husband loved the fried chicken and my salmon was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend a dining experience here! What a gem in Lodi!
