Towne House Restaurant at Wine & Roses
Our cuisine is simple, but creative. We celebrate with fervor our terroir, our farms, our ocean offering a farm-to-table experience with products sourced from local and area farms, as well as our own garden. Our cuisine is made for sharing.
We believe dining should be fun with freshness and surprises in the menu, and warmth in the dining room. We love what we do and are devoted to creating and sharing the joys of food, friends, and family.
The Towne House Restaurant offers an exceptional, intimate dining experience and cozy evenings in the lounge where music is at the center with Kim and friends.
What a wonderful experience! My first time trying the restaurant and it did not disappoint! The server was very attentive and went above and beyond for Mom’s Birthday celebration! The food was fantastic! We had the scallops and salmon. The chef is amazing! I think Mom’s exact words were “What an enchanting dinner!”
We loved this place. We sat outside and it was perfect and the food was great and the service was very good.
Excellent service and meal... the perfect spot to enjoy an afternoon catching up with friends.
This is a lovely venue, nestled in the trees, charming and romantic. Unfortunately, we are not fans of gourmet food and I’m sure the chef is amazing and creative and fully appreciated by those with more refined pallets, but honestly, we didn’t care for any of the courses, including the rice pudding, which was served with pears that tasted like they had been soaked in brandy, and a scoop of ice cream. The description said it was rice pudding with maple, but it was definitely not sweet or anything like rice pudding I have had in the past. The salmon was fine, but swimming in a sauce that also covered the white beans and mussels in the shell, which we didn’t eat. My cocktail was horrible, but someone with a better knowledge of the ingredients would have known what they were drinking. It was our anniversary, so we wanted something special, and again, for those with more refined pallets, I’m sure it would have been. But $130 later, we both had indigestion all evening. Full marks, however, for the service, which was superb.
Delicious food, excellent service and free EV charging in the back parking lot.
Highly recommend while staying at Wine & Roses but more important would return for a special night out as well. The flatbread was perfect app, light and flavorful. The tenderloin melted in our mouths. Portions perfect to split with my friend and hearty enough for when I return with my husband. Quite patio dining with heaters as the nights become chilly. Wait staff attentive without being intrusive. Live entertainment in the background set the mood to relax and enjoy the company you keep.
Celebrated our 5 year anniversary here for a “stay-cation” since I’m 7 1/2 months pregnant. Had a wonderful dinner and they even gave us a complimentary desert for our anniversary. My husband is vegetarian and they had a yummy unique option for him as well. Highly recommend.
Place was empty and service was still incredibly slow.
Excellent service from Rahseeda and hosts Stevie and Sophie. Will definitely return.
Very comfortable. Service was excellent - they are very attention to detail. I would definitely go there again.
My husband of 30+ years did some shopping in Lodi and ended our day with dinner at W & R. Always a great experience
Favorite place in Lodi!
Outstanding menu and the food was very good. The service was great.
Excellent Sunday brunch with friends. Three of us had the eggs Benedict which was great; one had the signature burger which was equally great. Try the gin ramos fizz it is wonderful! Great outdoor seating...always a great meal.
My first visit was an Utterly fantastic one! We will return to explore more of the wonderful menu!
Birthday girls day!
This place is wonderful! Sunday brunch outside was like dining in the middle of the most beautiful park! The food, staff & location are absolute perfection!
The restaurant was warm and inviting, smartly
decorated, and had a cozy feel. Reminded me of an old Inn, seasoned, classy. Service folk were very pleasant and accommodating. The dishes were all beautifully presented, creative, and sounded inticing. However, each dish lacked a certain finesse and polish that you get when the kitchen tastes all the food and corrects things like seasonings. Specifically, the potent dill laced sauce overpowered the crawfish croquettes; the Hollandaise was drowning in white vinegar, all in all, the sense of balance on the palette was off.
The flat bread, although gorgeous, was under baked and seemed flimsy when we ate it. I did not choose desert for that reason. So, I’d
recommend this place to friends who wanted a pretty place to go to for lunch or brunch but not to food enthusiasts or professionals.
Great ambiance, very good good, outstanding service - what's not to like? A wonderful experience.
We had our anniversary dinner and had a wonderful time. We had the cheese plate appetizer. Very tasty. The heirloom salad was good. The tomatoes were flavorful but needed a few more days to be fully ripened. My wife loved the beef tenderloin with potatoes and truffles. It was perfectly cooked. I had the Hodo Tofu. The mushrooms and sweet peppers were tasty and the tofu had a wonderful flavor. Dessert selection was underwhelming. Coffee was fantastic. French pressed Italian Roast was flavor full and smooth. The service was outstanding. We love this place.
It was a perfect evening. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and it was all we had hoped for and more. The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was the finest. My compliments to the chef and many thanks to our servers.
Lunch with friends. Perfect halfway meeting place.
As always, delightful servers...attentive without being intrusive. And, the loveliest freshest flavors beautifully presented. Love the pumpkin patch outdoors - a real treat each year! We ran out of time to visit the parrots and birds... next time. Thank you all.
Service was VERY slow especially on a Tuesday night. Took 20 to get a drink & over an hour for dinner to be served. We even picked a later time and it was slow all around.
Overall a great place to dine.
Food, service, atmosphere were excellent
Even on a hot day, the covered patio is lovely. Pear salad with Mary's chicken was absolutely delicious and I'll have it again when we return Friday. It's the perfect place to catch up with long time friends visiting from out of town. And, be sure to visit the parrots and see the pumpkin patch in Fall. Bay Area friends can hardly wait to return! Thank you for making our visit a day to remember fondly.
We dined outdoors this time and it was lovely! Definitely a 5-star experience!
Beautiful setting, excellent food, and great service. Definitely will return!!
We ordered an appetizer and salads for lunch. The salads came out before our appetizer. The appetizer was a bit skimpy for the price. The salad was good. Wine was very overpriced. Yes, I know I was paying for the location but I have had a better experience and better food at a less “fancy” place. We were treated extremely well at the spa so that made up for it.
The restaurant was lovely. Much of the outside patio is shaded, so comfortable even when the weather is hot. The wait staff was friendly and our server, Monica, was outstanding. We were there for lunch and my grilled summer sandwich was delicious. All in all, it was a great experience. Will definitely return.
Wonderful patio. the perfect place for a warm summer night.
Would recommend Towne House Restaurant to anyone for any occasion. It simply cannot be beat. Atmosphere in both the exterior spaces and exterior grounds is simply beautiful. A few hours there seems like a very real getaway.
We came here to celebrate my moms 70th birthday and our server made a point to make her feel very special. Food was wonderful as well as the wine. Thank you for a lovely experience!
First time there and loved it! Had good company too.
I ordered the waffle with strawberries- waffle was very well done and putting the macerated berries poured all over it made it very soggy. Poor item.
The ambience and service are great. The food is very good ....But we were a bit disappointed to learn that they are serving brunch every day rather than lunch on weekdays. There are a few lunch items but not as many as there used to be.
We ate brunch here for our 30th anniversary. Very happy we chose Towne House... Great atmosphere, great food and drinks!
This was just an okay restaurant for the price. Nothing we had was extraordinary nor was the service very good.
Service was outstanding, entire staff made you feel very special. Food was awesome. Jumbo prawns with Heirloom Tomatoes. 5 star presentation, quality and taste.
We have only gone to Wine and Roses twice-both times for our wedding anniversary. We don't usually dine there because of the price, but for a fine dining experience, it was fantastic. The food was really phenomenal-we didn't want to leave any on our plates. The fresh produce, the unique recipes and blend of flavors was refreshing and fun.
