There was a Christmas party with a disk jockey. The music was so loud we could not talk to our friends. Such music should not start until 10:00PMwhen the diners are done.

It's hip to be slow.... Found 380T from a quick search on t1 for something close to the Hilton in Laval where we were staying on a Saturday night. Got 8:15pm reservations for 2 just a half hour before, parked in the full lot and walked into a lively resaurant with a nice open kitchen, large bar area and a dj spinning some nice house tunes - SCORE! Now I understand that service on a Saturday night with a full crowd may be a little extended, but don't get your hopes up here..... Sit back and hopefully you'll get served a drink to soak in the otherwise club like ambiance. After an hour and a half a server finally shows and presented us with what we have been craving for - FOOD!!! I don't know if it was the wait or if the chef is that good, but our plates were excellent and we almost ate those too! One thing missing was any sort of vegetable, something our server should have suggested when we ordered as all veggies are alacarte. Go figure... We ran out of wine and water never to be offered again... By 11 I asked for a grappa and we moved tables close to the dj who was keeping the crowd entertained while we all craved for food and something to drink. Not bad for $150 and a fun night in Laval!

When we arrived there was no table available maybe due to the fact that we reserved same day 40 minutes ahead. Anyway, if a restaurant accepts a reservation I expect a table. This explains my rating.
Service was courteous, food good and ambiance a bit noisy but energetic vibe.

Je fréquente très souvent ce resto et la nourriture est toujours excellente,
le service est extra, et lors de ma dernière visite, j'avais une invitée venant de Los Angels et elle fut très impressionnée.
Le seul bémol, certains clients, situés près de nous, discutaient très fort et étaient très vulgaires, mais bon ce n'est la faute de personne !

J'ai du changer ma chaise 3 fois pcq malpropre. Verres a vin retournés , ils étaient salles. Poisson délicieux mais tout ce qui était bœuf était coriace et n'était pas cuit selon notre demande. Table instable et tout bougeait quand nous coupions notre viande. Propreté générale laisse à désirer.

I was down from Toronto and my friend took me to this restaurant because she lives in Laval. At first glance, everything looked beautiful and the ambiance was great. We were two and seated at a four person table. We placed our belongings on the extra chairs and shortly after a hostess came by and asked us if we would like her to take our things and put them in the coat room. We politely declined and then she told us she needed the chairs therefore we had no choice. So why were we asked? Our waiter came to take our drink order, and then our dinner order. My friend asked for the calamari to start, and that she would like the baby spinach and goat cheese salad for her meal with added chicken. She asked to have to salad brought after the calamari. I ordered the quinoa and octopus salad, and then we were brought our bread. We had to ask for water also. Calamari was delicious, however size of sauce compared to amount of calamari was not enough. My friend got her salad, and there was no chicken. To avoid having service be longer, she decided she would just have the salad as is. We waited at least 15 minutes and my salad never came, so we asked our waiter. He said he hadn't put my order in because my friend had asked for her salad before her chicken. She ordered the chicken IN her salad, not chicken on its own. He then told us the chicken was already in the oven, so we asked him to just bring it as is. She cut it up and put it in the salad herself. Needless to say, we didn't stick around for dessert. With all the confusion and delays for getting food, you would think that we would have some sort of compensation, but instead were promptly handed our bill. Our waiter was nice, but a little more attention to detail and questions on his end (if he was unsure about what we wanted) could have made all the difference
