    We have dined at this restaurant in the past for special occassions but were very disappointed. From the average to below average service to the tasteless and over priced food, we will not be going back. So sad, we really like the atmosphere. Also why ask if you are celebrating a special occasion and not even put a candle in our dessert (didn't expect it to be free anymore but a little fanfare would have been nice for my daughter's birthday).

    Our waiter, Johan, was prompt and courteous. The food arrived quickly and correctly. The salmon was large, juicy & cooked correctly.The shrimp pasta was al dente and just the right amount. Pancakes & french toast were too much and we took some home! All-In-All the complete experience was exactly what we expected.

    I’ve been coming back to Clyde’s Tower Oaks for years. The food is consistently good, the bartenders (Jeff!), the hostesses, and the servers are always outstanding. The place even has friendly regulars at the bar.

    I find the food at Clyde's to be inconsistent. Sometimes it is excellent. Other times it is meh. This trip was meh. I had the parmesan crusted trout. The trout was okay but the potatoes were dry, bland and tough. The cupcake of the day, however, was delicious. The kitchen was VERY slow and given the number of wait staff flitting around, table service wasn't great either. There were several large parties which probably were the reason. I am not sure why they put small parties in the same diningroom with large ones. Noise level was awful.

    Nice ambience. The waiter was nice but was a little "smart alecky" with the older people I was with and they didn't appreciate it. I know he was trying to be funny but one needs to read your "audience". Food good and came out fast.
