    It’s been several years since we ate at Tower Oaks and we were initially seated in one of the main dining rooms. The room was packed with diners and the noise level was quite high. I noticed when we entered that they had added outdoor seating alongside the pond and little waterfall. I asked if we could move to one of those outdoor tables. Within a minute we were escorted outside. It was delightful! A quiet setting with only the sound of the water flowing. We were quite impressed with the cocktail menu that included some rather exotic combinations. The main entrees were delicious! Overall an outstanding dining experience!

    In comparison to prior experiences, the food was most disappointing, so the overall value was not great. Our waiter was terrific, especially given the size of our group.

    As usual the food and service were fine, but the dining room we were seated in (with the jockeys) was incredibly noisy, measured noise at 85 decibels on my phone, which precluded polite conversation. I was my first time in that dining room and I would be loath to eat in there again.

    My guest and I arrived a little early for our dinner reservation but were seated immediately. The menu is extensive without being overwhelming. The servers are cordial and efficient. The food was very good. Our only complaint is the noise level. As senior citizens with one a hearing aid user, it was a real challenge to have a conversation. For future visits, I would add a note to the reservation requesting seating in a quieter area of this large restaurant.

    The food and service were top notch. Kelly was amazing! We were seated in the beautiful equestrian room and it was LOUD. It was hard to have a conversation at our table.

    Have not been to the lodge for several years, but I had to meet a friend and thought it would be a good atmosphere to have dinner and a nice conversation. I was not disappointed and have always enjoyed my time at this restaurant. My friend actually commented that he thought the prices were very reasonable. I would agree.

    Love the setting itself…. It’s very “peaceful” and not too loud. However, they’ve changed the menu and the choices seemed very limited. My (salmon) salad was okay….. nothing to write home about. Other entree choices were okay. Not sure if/when I’ll be returning.
