    We eat often at Clyde's Tower Oaks Lodge. It's quiet, food is predictable and good, and service is excellent. Last night we had the Parmesan-Crusted Trout, the branzino, and a hamburger (they allow fruit instead of fries--a good choice). All were excellent but the branzino was the best. We like sitting in the Great Room - quiet and outdoor view.

    We had a reservation and were seated fairly quickly. The restaurant was themed like an old hunting and fishing lodge and was quite large with multiple bars and dining rooms. Our server was excellent, very pleasant and helpful. The menu was not extensive but had something for everyone...but not gourmet. The only negative was thar the AC was blowing directly on our table and I was freezing. Apparently, they were having some issues which our server acknowledged and said they were aware of the problem and were trying to fix. It was an enjoyable experience (other than the AC) and we will return.

    Great food, ambience and service. Large dining room was packed ob Father's Day it was noisy.

    We chose Clyde's as we have dined several times and they had great options for brunch. We were greeted promptly upon seating but once we ordered an app and were still deciding on beverages, our server did not come by for almost 15 minutes---neither did the appetizer. My guess was it never got put in as other people around us got items after us. Once he arrived, we ordered the rest of our meal, 5 minutes later drinks arrived, then the appetizer and food came out shortly after. Food was good. We will return due to it being one of our favorite spots but perhaps we just got stuck with a lame server on Father's Day.

    All great w/ only exception that entrees came too soon after appetizers, which were only half-way finished. So, felt a bit rushed. Otherwise, one of our go-to favs.

    It would be nice if the water brought to the table would be at least be chilled, since it doesn’t contain ice.
