Tower Oaks Lodge
Best happy hour. Sat in booth at bar. Made a full meal out of it. Half price raw bar, $5 off burgers, $2 off apps, $3 off wines. Always great food, service and atmosphere.
Awesome time the waiter was on point!
The food is amazing and the service great. Servers help out with any questions you have. The price of food is really fair when taking into account how great the quality is.
Great service and food was very good.
As usual,an excellent place to dine. There are other great restaurants I’ve gone to,but always seem to wind up at Tower Oaks for a great dining experience every time!!!!
Always good and a value. Clydes is always dependable. Never disappoints.
Another great meal at Clydes Tower Oaks. Went for a late dinner. I had the baked haddock and my wife had an open face turkey sandwich platter. We were lucky to have Haley as our server, she was outstanding. Food was excellent as usual.
The special accommodations request I made on open table - while acknowledged by the hostess (no booth since my parents are 88) - was disregarded. With dad in a walker we were taken to far corner of restaurant and offered a booth. I asked for table and was refused. Hostess never came around to resolve . I wrote online letter to manager following day. No response . We have been coming to Clyde’s tower oaks since the opened. Expected better from them as my party (their most loyal customers) age .
The experience from ambiance to the food was delightful.
We all had the Guinness stew - wow. Too bad they don’t have it all year round.
Excellent food and it was quiet! Our waiter didn’t charge for my dessert because I was celebrating my birthday, which was very generous of the restaurant
Our party of four had a wonderful time. From entering the door to being recognized, reservations found instantly, to being welcomed and seated, all were excellent. Our pace of service to our needs was respected, drinks and food all as good as expected. Wonderful experience. I felt like I was dining at LLBean, Bass ProShop or one of the wonderful rustic ski lodges I have come across out West. Prices were appropriate for our Sunday brunch, with portions not crazy but more than enough to eat. The half-price bloody mary and mimosas were a nice surprise and the other drinks prepared well.
We will be back. The restaurant was vibrant at noon that day, and if you like that rustic type of setting, you should have little to worry about. thanks to the staff...
Nice and warm place! 100% recommended!!!
The service was a little bit slow because the restaurant was full of people, but the waiter was a lovely person who made all he could do to bring our food fast.
Best waiter ever!
As usual a go-to spot. We did not finish our meals and the server boxed up the leftovers. I accidentally left the box on the table and returned ten minutes later when I realized my error. The server was kind enough to put the box off to the side instead of just trashing it as has happened at other restaurants. Just another example of doing the right thing. Thanks.
Terrible service, we were an afterthought! A birthday dinner and our waiter was so rushed. He kept apologizing telling us he was swamped. Understaffed and felt as if we were in the cafeteria. Waited 20 min for a desert menu so we left. Awful place
It's a lovely place, especially if you're there in daylight, which lets you enjoy the woods. The only problem is that the noise level is too high.
Excellent dinner, once we moved away from an annoying, loud party next to us. Marcus was wonderful. very helpful with our selections, and enjoyed our conversation. Chop was delicious, - everything was very "Clyde's exceptional" Thank you.
Always cozy and very nice.
Good food & service, though I had the crab cakes which I think gave me some post-meal GI distress.
Had a meatball sub which was nearly inedible
Our waiter Cliff was outstanding, celebrating a 25th Birthday! Highly recommend.
Very large and loud group was having event in main dining room. Very distracting and noisy. I could not hear across table in booth. Food was great. Service was great. Love the atmosphere. Recommend not hosting dinners for parties larger than 6 in main dining room because it ruins experience for those nearby.
as always, excellent food and service and ambience!
The food was excellent! The service was really slow though. We were seated at 12:05pm and the waiter didn't take our order until after 12:30. It then took a while to get our food. Once we got it, it was great.
Tower Oaks is a great location and the food and service is terrific. I like going there and will return again and again.
Good food, good service, well decorated, quiet, and reasonably priced.
Perfectly cooked salmon teriyaki. Always gorgeous ambiance, very good wait staff.
We had such a nice time and our waiter was very accomodating and patient with us. We will come again - thank you!
I've been to Clyde's Tower Oaks Lodge many times and have never been disappointed. Great food at a reasonable price with great staff and a very comfortable atmosphere.
The waitress was wonderful. Food was great. The restaurant was wonderful
Lamps/lampshades on tables need a good cleaning but as long as you ignore the lamp on your table, dining is perfect.
Great food and love the decor. Only minor complaint was the waiter was a bit forgetful and had to be asked twice for several items.
Enjoyed a nice, impromptu meal with my wife. Server provided good food recommendations
Made reservation and seated on time. Ordered drinks which were good but it was strange that the Moscow mule did not come in the typical copper cup. Raw bar was excellent and had nice variety of oysters and shrimp. Food was prepared well and in a timely manner. Overall a nice experience.
Great location. Really pretty. Excellent for a date or a family dinner (upscale). This is not a restaurant if you let your children run around. People go here for a lovely evening with friends, a great meal and to have adult conversation. It has three large rooms and a bar that seems to be in a room all by itself. It never feels over crowded. The menu changes with the seasons. It’s one of my favorite restaurant.
Beautiful lodge, location and great service.
Visited for a business lunch (friend) and would love to return with family for a dinner.
I loved the building, it was really beautiful.
Food and service was fabulous. Will definitely go again.
It was good overall but I felt bad that I forgot my glasses on the table and looks like instead of handing it to the front desk it was thrown may be. I have contacted the restaurant couple of times but they said no one returned it. I would at least expect someone who is cleaning the tables should have been returned them to the front desk. I was disappointed.
Our waitress made this dinner very special for my daughters 25th birthday celebration. Thank you Clydes Tower Oaks!
