Tour de Feast can be found in North Vancouver, British Columbia and offers a selection of contemporary French classics. The restaurant is family run and strives to give guests a taste of great French flavors in a beautiful atmosphere. Tour de Feast also offers parties for large groups and gatherings.
The special at Tour de Feast changes each day and offers selections that are tasty and priced right. The dinner menu also changes weekly, but an option you might see on the menu is the hen and gnocchi which has a bed of homemade gnocchi, half roasted chicken, prawns, mushrooms and carrot puree. For those who prefer vegetarian or vegan fare, the restaurant is happy to offer a selection of options.
Good food but overwhelmed by too much pepper.
Some of us do not like it.
Without the pepper would have rated food as a 5.
Excellent chef and good ingredients...just toooooo much pepper.
Excellent food and services! We loved everything we had and the owner’s very friendly! We will definitely go back and recommend! Furnitures are simple and nice but could be better! Thanks
I love going to Tour de Feast...they have always been accommodating and I
love the food!!
This was our second visit to Tour De Feast and we had the fois gras to start (lovely homemade onion jam!) and the braised beef (so lovely) and the duck (not usually a duck fan but this was so yummy). Finished with the creme brûlée. Such good food at such and unassuming location.
Excellent as always.
We have eating here 5 times or more and every time it is exceptional. It is a lovely little restaurant with a fantastic menu and a short but curated wine list. We have always been too full for dessert but it looks divine. Highly recommend.
A hidden gem, one of the best restaurants in Canada even compared to Le Crocodile and other top tier French restaurants.
Excellent food - well prepared and tasty. I was very impressed with the quality.
Amazing food and wonderful service. One of the best meals in recent times.
The food was fantastic
Menu selection is limited but it means each dish is well crafted. This is now our regular go to place for a great meal at a good price, with friendly family run staff. Don't let the minimalist look of the dining area put you off, you are in for a treat.
Fabulous, you must to try it for yourself.
Very good food and decent service. Fancy prices and food without fancy atmosphere.
Great food. Interior of the restaurant needs some work. Small space and no music playing which means you can hear all the conversations for other diners in the restaurant.
Food was fantastic though.
Always good food at Tour de Feast. We found it originally through open table and have been back several times.
One of the best finds on the North Shore -food is great (with the exception of the desserts) and service is v. friendly. A rare high quality family run restaurant!
I took my wife and 2 other couples here to celebrate her birthday. The location is out of the ordinary (in an industrial area) and the restaurant is casually outfitted - not what I expected for a well reviewed French Restaurant. However, the food was remarkably delicious. Most of us had different dishes (appetizers and entrees) and we had fun tasting each other's food. We had a laugh arguing which was the best meal. The beef tenderloin won out, but only by a little. The service was fine and the atmosphere was friendly - joking back and forth between tables (we were a little loud when we sang Happy Birthday). We will definitely return - more than a few times. Restaurant gems like this one are hard to find.
Incredible hidden gem. Well worth the travel time from downtown. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience, and the customer service was top-notch. Will certainly return the next time we're in town.
Food was fantastic as usual, and I felt full, which isn't always the case at other restaurants. Sauces were delicious and not too heavy. Could have easily chosen five of the main courses. Not a place to go if you are looking for your night to go much later than nine o'clock. Staff friendly but unobtrusive. Recommend to foodies.
I have been many times and have never ever been disappointed.the food is fresh ,organic, and every plate is well paired with seasonal vegetables with the mains.the onion tart is my favourite as well as the organic steak and the potato truffle purée.anything you have you will not be disappointed.the staff are super friendly ,professional and helpful deciding what to eat!! Love the place so much I am having my 50th Birthday there!
We planned (at the last minute) to grab a bite out on a Saturday night but didn't want to head into downtown or the west side for our usual French Bistro fare. We saw the menu for Tour de Feast, were over the bridge within minutes and had a most delicious meal! The gnocchi that my sweetheart had with her duck breast were like little pillows of perfection, the duck was cooked precisely. My catch of the day filled with flavour and seafood; creamy but not saucy with just enough heat from the chilli flakes. We'll be back.
Celebrating a girlfriend completing her MBA! Awesome meal! awesome service! great local spot! The family that owns this place is amazing. The beef is a must try:)
Nice hole-in-the wall family restaurant but don't let the décor fool you as the food is awesome.
I'm almost afraid to give this restaurant the 5 stars it deserves, as it is still, to some, somewhat of a hidden gem - and I'd like to keep it that way! But I have to be fair - I love this restaurant! It's a "high end" cafeteria in an industrial setting with fabulous food! Brunch or dinner YUM!
As indicated above, the food was outstanding, the service and value were very good, the
ambiance was good but would have been better if the chair had been more comfortable.
The staff was friendly and capable; the washroom was clean above reproach. Overall,
a very pleasant experience. We will come again.
Very interesting small place. Excellent french menu with a contempory flair. The ambiance is very minimal but their kind and attentive service was perfect. Wine list is short simple and mostly local, nothing over $60. We enjoyed a appetizer, two mains, desert and a bottle of wine for $150. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
This was our first visit to Tour de Feast for a post-Valentine's Day evening meal. It was a beautiful experience ... good food and good service and worth the drive from West Vanc.
Terrific French cooking at this little restaurant. I've eaten there for lunch and it was great. For dinner I feel it's a bit pricey, given the ambiance (very little) and location. It's located in a commercial building in an industrial area of North Vancouver. In particular, I have a tough time justifying $15.00 for a salad. No complaints about the food though, but for well over $100 for 2 people, I'd expect more.
Tour de Feast is a wonderful hidden gem. The food is delicious, the menu is constantly evolving with new tasty dishes and the service is great. We love going there for family birthdays as well as dinner with friends. We will be back!
My Friends enjoyed the meal but I did find the meal spicy for my taste. I like my food somewhat bland
Delicious food, very hospitable staff, this is our favourite restaurant for birthdays and other special occasions, or for a casual brunch.
Nice French food restaurant tucked away in the industrial neighbourhood . We were pleasantly surprised, as the food was delicious. Small place, very modern, good variety of French food. Really enjoyed our brunch and presentation was excellent. Great service as it's a family owned restaurant.
very tasty food, servers were mellow and attentive, we were very happy. it's a very small space so seating is limited and the menu is also a bit limited (the website shows a sample menu, they explained to us that the actual menu changes from time to time), but as long as you want this kind of food in a fairly quiet environment, it's a great find.
Excellent lunch menu with wonderful soup and sandwich combo that comes with a salad. Food is well prepared and tasty. Everything was delicious.
Great food. We went at noon and found parking to be terrible. The owner suggested parking was not a problem in the evening when the industrial firms in the area are closed.
Really unpretentious little restaurant, great friendly service and excellent, tasty, well-prepared food. Will go back again.
Excellent dishes with fresh ingredients. Service was wonderful and very thoughtful. Highly recommend this place. A bit far since it's in not in downtown, but in North Vancouver.
This restaurant is in the middle of nowhere and doesn't look like anything special, however the food is absolutely amazing. My wife and I tried in on a whim and couldn't believe the dishes which were both outstanding and worthy of a five-star restaurant. The decor is nothing to write home about. Definitely for foodies.
We discovered Tour de Feast last fall after it had been open for several years. What a find! The restaurant is in a business area where you wouldn't necessarily expect to find a great dining experience. The food is outstanding. I have been there with family and friends for brunch, lunch, dinner and New Years' Eve. On every visit we have found the food to be inventive, beautifully presented, and delicious. Some of the recipes are quite complex in terms of ingredient combinations and yet the flavours are subtle. For a quality French meal, the prices are very reasonable. It is one of our favourite restaurants in the Vancouver area, and easily one of the best for taste and value. And the music level allows for conversation - a nice concept!
