Went for brunch with 3 friends, and the service was really slow. However, the food was great!
Creative food and excellent service
Disappointed with the food, it just wasn't good. We were the only table there on a Friday night pre Indians game, doubtful this place will last much longer.
Absolutely a GREAT value. Our party of four went there for Easter Brunch. The menu choices were excellent and the food was delicious. And, we paid approximately $40 + tip per couple.
We went for brunch and the meal was nice. The service was a little slow, especially for getting our drinks but we weren’t in a hurry. Food was standard for brunch.
Terrific service, food, ambiance
This was our first time at Touch Supper Club. To start, the space was comfortable and interesting. We sat in the back room which may have been a little quieter than up front near the bar. The cocktails were inventive and well-made. The menu was different in a good way, providing plenty of intriguing choices from appetizer to salad to main dish. In fact my wife and I had a hard time narrowing our choices because there were so many compelling options. We landed on a lighter appetizer of warmed olives because we wanted to save space for the salad and main dishes. The chopped brussel sprout salad was delicious. I had the chicken paprikash gnocchi and my wide had the short ribs...both were excellent. Overall it was a great experience...we will be back.
We wanted to go to dinner before a show on Playhouse Square but didn't want to go to one of the usual places. Touch Supper Club is unique with fantastic ambiance to have dinner with friends. Superior service and great food make us want to visit again.
Valentine day dinner. Food very good and reasonable. Service a tad slow. But not bad. Nice ambience. Will definitely be back.
We made reservations and when the greeter seated us we were next to a crying baby so we asked if we could be moved considering the other room was completely empty. The greeter asked the manager and he said no we could not move. Considering this was for Valentine’s Day and it was our chance to have a break from our kids we were disappointed in the non consideration of a simple request. My husband questioned the non compromise and they said yes. So this was a bad start to a good occasion. The salad we received in our 4 course meal was warmed up and not good. The saving grace was the lamb main course and the champagne. Otherwise, the food was not up to standard. Would not recommend eating here...
Nice ambiance, comfort food with real flavor and good beer list. We re happy, will come back.
We made a last minute RSVP and the hostess was waiting for us,at the door with a warm greeting! We had a nice table waiting for us! I ordered the root vegetable pizza and it was excellent! The white sauce was amazing!!!!
Everything was great!
Food was fantastic! We had a large party of ten and they accommodated us with no problem. All of the staff were great. I will definitely return.
Terrible. Host had an attitude and my reservation was messed up. Was seated at a table with people we didn’t know and didn’t see a waitress for 20 mins. No valet, no coat check, no class.
Excellent meal with a great value as the dining experience is very pleasant; especially in the back room as the fireplace burns.
Good food and great ambiance made for a great start to our New Year’s Eve !
Food was unique and excellent. Had the Korean sliders, ricotta gnocchi, and pretzel chicken. Everything was delicious. Ambiance was good and the server was friendly. Music wasn't overly load, so no problem having a conversation. On arrival was concerned because the high-top table stools were quite wobbly, but mine didn't break, so I guess it was OK.
Quiet Thursday night gave us a group dinner for 10 in the backroom with a cool ambience with the books and decor. Server was great and the different appetizers were excellent (pork belly fritters, lobster nachos) to share before the main course.
Great food and excellent service
Great food and people!!
Touch was understaffed...only two wait persons for the entire bar and restaurant. Drinks are weak.
Truly an enjoyable experience. Awesome cocktails, creative menu and amazing service.
Lovely evening for a celebration with 8 people in our party. Everyone loved their food , wine, and conversation. We were not rushed and staff was warm and welcoming. We would not have found Touch if not for Open Table. Glad we took a chance and followed their reviews !!
Great beer list and decent prices for quality food. We had the Touch pizza as an appetizer.
The food was wonderful - once we got it. But we were there for an hour before our main course finally made it to us. We had not have drinks beforehand, but did share a salad. They said it was because of a private party in the downstairs dining area.
Per my friends sentiments - Had a fabulous dinner last night with great friends at Touch Supper Club , it is a jewel. The menu was extensive, the food was fantastic, the prices were reasonable, the waitstaff was attentive and extremely nice, the chef visited with us, and the ambiance was great. You should DEFINITELY check it out!
Everyone should come and experience this place. Everything from the decor to the service to the cocktails to the food were top notch!
Amazing all around especially the cocktails! Bravo!
We came for brunch, and it was hands down the best bloody mary I've had in Cleveland...they have all the fixings you need. Food is amazing too, with very generous portions. I highly recommend the chorizo and cornbread dish...creative and filling.
I don't understand why they don't offer bread with you meal ? We were told that if we would like bread we could order a pizza😠
Great service, creative menu items. One of Cleveland's best kept secrets.
We had a great meal and the server was great-very animated!
This was our first time to Touch. The service and food were great. The coffee was delicious and we even took a freshly ground pound home! We were a large group with children and enjoyed brunch. We will definitely be back for dinner next time.
The waiter and the service was awesome. We were only disappointed because we thought there would be live music. The decor was quaint, cozy and unique. We had the Korean chicken wings which were a little spicy. If we ordered them again, I would ask for a side of ranch dressing or blue cheese to cut the spice. But the spice did not keep us from eating all of them. The flat bread was also delicious. Everyone like everything they ordered: The rib eye steak, the chicken, the short ribs, the salmon and the Touch pizza.
Very good food at a good price.
Great food and service. Only critique is that I did not find a diaper change station in the restrooms.
Always good, and a great atmosphere.
Our server was great, the food was delicious. Overall our experience was great, will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends and family.
The atmosphere was great , the decor and general setup was different not the usual you see everywhere nowadays. The food and service made the experience even better.
