We were the only table in the restaurant but had to hear the bartender talking across the room to her co-worker. Also, same bartender messed up my drink then told her co-worker that I changed my mind. She was new but definitely needs more training. Have been there before and had a much better experience. Food is good. Ambience would have been better without the employee chatter.
Why do u care
Great place! Very accommodating and the service was excellent
The food was not great, most of it was served cold. The drinks were weak and expensive. The service was good, and the ambiance was nice. Will not return to this restaurant.
Our reservation was at 7:30pm on Valentines day and we waited at the bar for 45 minutes. The bartender had a nasty attitude and was completely overwhelmed while attempting to train a new bartender. The wait staff was helpful, our appetizer came out within 10 minutes. We then ordered soup, salad and our main course. It took an hour for the soup and salad so we asked to not make our meal. They came back and said our dinners would be plated in 7 minutes. It was hot and at our table quickly and it was delicous.
There was another table of 6 in the back of the library who sat before us and did not have their dinner served until after we left. Overall, I would expect them to have a larger staff in the bar and kitchen for a night that is expected to be extremely busy.
I loved the Bloody Mary bar concept. In action it was clunky. A bottle of half used v8 in the corner and a lack of the infused vodka promoted on the website. Our waiter seemed less than enthused that we were present. He seemed more interested in his phone and the hanging out with the other staff near the kitchen. Not to mention he looked like he just rolled out of bed. While I can appreciate a healthy and happy/comfortable work environment it seemed a bit unprofessional. The food was decent at best. The hollandaise sauce lacked that zest it should bring, the eggs were overcooked, and the English muffin left it feeling cheap. The redemption was the DJ and the decor. Both were fun and very inviting. I wish I had been in the front room to experience it a little more.
Food was inconsistent; one burger was rare, another well done even though both ordered as medium.
Pretty decent neighborhood fair. We had to wait a half hour for our brunch order and they forgot to bring our fruit cups during the wait
Pleasantly surprised on our first visit! Looks like a club or bar in front but we sat in the “library “ in back.
Menu for brunch is creative- and the drinks were especially great.
Will definitely return.
My wife and I were out on an infrequent date night. I made a reservation for a regular table for two (not a high table). Since we’d never been there before, I didn’t know the difference. Our table ended up being in the very back of the restaurant by the emergency exit. It wasn’t very crowded, so we were moved to a ‘high’ table near the bar without any issues. The service was good. The menu is fairly limited on options, but the food was great. I am a big fan of “if you’re going to do it, do it right”. My wings and braised beef were really good. And it was a large portion. When we were done, I was full. The overall cost was also very good. My only not-so-positive part of the evening was when the OSU/Tenn game came on, other patrons had the TV tuned into the game and changed from the ambient music to the game audio, that made it less intimate for us. Not Touch’s fault that I’m not into college football. Clearly, the rest of the room was. The atmosphere changed a little (loud cheering and sports bar vibe at the bar). I would definitely go back. I just have to make sure OSU is not playing.
Overall, the food was good. The wings were presented at room temperature which was disappointing. Great cocktails!
The hostess/ waitress was pleasant. Where the problem came in is when our food arrived. I ordered the salmon and rice. The salmon arrived undercooked and still raw in the middle. The white rice was hard and undercooked. I had the hostess take the food back to the kitchen and ordered the margarita pizza. The pizza came to the table drenched in liquid which made the dough mushy and unappetizing. Every thing was horrible! My husband ordered the steak, it was also unseasoned and over cooked. The decor is quite cute and quaint if only they could perfect the menu. I would not recommend to anyone.
Food served cold, steak was overcooked when asked for medium, lobster nachos had no lobster, the bartender was our server and didnt know much about the menu, could use an update with the chairs , tables and carpet and food prices were too high. Horrible and do not recommend.
Overall good service and great food. I'd recommend the fried chicken sandwich.
Great service Justin was our service wonderful service and answered all of our questions about the menu and upcoming events.
Really enjoyed this place. It met our standards and surprised is with some perfect Neo-soul beats. Food was delicious & service was excellent!
A neighborhood gem offering a warm inviting atmosphere, great service, and good food. We were celebrating, bringing cake and chaos - they were extremely accommodating. Loved the olives -
Josh was AMAZING and made our dining experience very enjoyable!
Went here for a Sunday brunch prior to heading to Playhouse Square for a performance of "Come From Away". The brunch selections were amazing, food was great and the service was perfect. Our group of 4 was in and out in an hour! Plan on stopping for dinner soon.
The Thai basil rice was horrendously salty. The drinks were also diluted. I will never eat there again.
Darrick Grant was the perfect DJ for Father’s Day. Touch food is always good, the staff is always nice. My family had a great time!
Thoroughly enjoyed Touch Supper Club. Great atmosphere, friendly server, and great good.
I made the reservation without knowing exactly what we’d find, and couldn’t have been happier. We were celebrating a significant event, and the food, service, and environment were top notch. It was quiet, but not dull, comfortable and not cramped. The food was excellent with a very fun, interesting selection. I give Touch Supper Club my highest recommendation.
We went for Mother's Day. The food is delicious with good sized portions and totally reasonable pricing. Love the Bourbon Breakfast Martini!
While none of the food was mind blowing, none of it was par either. Some dishes, eg brussel sprouts, were fantastic. It was quiet when we were there so service was excellent. Can't speak to how they handle big crowds.
Best little kept secret of Ohio City!!! Fantastic food! Lots to choose from on drink and food menu. Ate there two nights in a row and can’t wait to go back!
We came for Sunday brunch, table of 6. 2 of 6 entrees served to us were incorrect. Our waitress did not realize the mistake until we told her, by the time I received my entree my friends were finishing up. I ordered potato pancakes, unfortunately it lacked favor, but my friends did enjoy their meals. The waitress was apologetic but I would not recommend for brunch.
They did have a guitarist playing, I truly enjoyed this aspect of my visit.
I come to Cleveland once a year and this has become a must stop place on the way out for Sunday Brunch. The food is hot, reasonable and consistently delicious.
Great time for brunch! Food, service and atmosphere were fantastic.
Great place! Great food! Would highly recommend it.
Very good overall!
It was a very calm atmosphere full of antique like environment. Good service (we never waited long). The prices were decent and we enjoyed the food.
Food was decent but service was TERRIBLE. During the entire dinner experience we only managed to get one round of drinks. The restaurant was dead and the bar literally did not have one customer. It was actually quite confusing. We had ordered another round of drinks which they managed to bill us for though. Definitely not a place any of us would revisit.
Came back to this little gem on the 2nd of Feb for my anniversary with the wife. Needless to say was a delicious meal. Pork was absolutely fantastic. One of the best dishes I've ever had. Check the plastic e out!
It was our first time dining here. Our server was exceptional, it was my birthday dinner and he stood up to the occasion. We'll definitely be back again!!!
I have no idea how they make a burger taste that good. Very chill environment serving elevated bar food, and doing it well. Service is knowledgeable, accommodating, and not obnoxious.
NYE dinner was nice. The vegetarian option was underwhelming. Overall the food was good.
Great experience.. nice atmosphere...food ok... lights went out New Years Eve.. we had to leave before midnight.. umm ruined the evening
Nice spot to meet friends like I did for Brunch & Mimosas....however I can also visualize bringing my husband there for intimate dinner...
American comfort cuisine at its best. Went to Touch for brunch and had the burger, which was fabulous. Juicy, and topped with cured meat and a fried egg. Simple, but the twist on bacon elevated the dish.
