Wonderful Father's Day meal! We had a great meal at Toscano's on Fathers Day. We were seated in a table by the window. From start to finish the food was excellent and the service was attentive. Lovely atmosphere. Excellent wine menu.
An excellent dining experience...as always
Food and Service has declined. One waiter for multiple tables so service was very slow. Dishes were all average which was a disappointment and definitely not what it used to be.
Worst service ever in my life. If you ever get a server “Ken,” watch out he will completely ignore you and your table unless you order more food and drinks than other tables. Completely wasting of your money for real. I will never go back to this restaurant ever. Hands down the worst experience ever. Disgusting.
Great way to celebrate First Fancy Meal with a Retainer!! - 9 yr old
Best Restaurant in Boston - Great staff -- Great Food
Great service in a comfortable atmosphere with delicious traditional Italian cuisine.
As always, dining at Toscano on this occasion was delicious and delightful in every way. You can't go wrong.
Incredible food and service for a large group that was celebrating. Thankful for the attentive service and loved the food!
Always have a great meal
First time, speechless: perfecto! Exquisite. Highly recommended by all means. Try it!
I love this restaurant. Classic Italian food done really well. Excellent professional service. One of my favorites.
Always a great experience. Fabulous food. Great ambiance and service.
My husband and I made late reservations, but the food was superb. Came out hot and delicious! Bartender Lee was very hospitable
and fun! Very attentive to details. We thoroughly enjoyed a late but great night. Can’t wait to go back. The Bourgeois’
We had a friend in from CA and were very happy we selected Toscano as our dinner destination. Our wait-person was fantastic and the food excellent. We had a great experience and will dine there again. I highly recommend it.
It’s always fabulous!
Extraordinary menu. Excellent Italian food and wine. Attentive service. Noise level was way too high due to group of 20 in middle of the restaurant shouting at each other. Not the restaurant’s fault. Otherwise a perfect evening. Highly recommend.
We went here for lunch after walking around Beacon hill for the Secret Garden Beacon Hill Tour. They had a special menu for that day if you wanted to choose from that also. The staff are always very nice, helpful and friendly and the food and wine delicious. We also like the atmosphere. This was our second time here and we are certainly glad we went back!!
Good food, attentive and friendly service, vibrant street scene!
This place is just wonderful! The service, the food, the atmosphere, all lovely.
Excellent food and service. We have been there several times as well as their location in Harvard Square. One of our favorites. We drive up from RI. It’s worth the ride. Our waiter, Peter, was great!
Perhaps it was just an off night, as I usually love this restaurant. The food was just acceptable, and the service was really lacking. So many great options in Boston, and this one just did not live up to expectations this time.
As it’s always wonderful going back to the place I remember best. Toscano makes it matter from the brick walls the ground floors and wonderful staff you can’t beat the people and the location, good to come visit my former management and colleagues in the great divine of the area, food always kept me excited the Rose was back in action so I was ready for the first sip. My guests from my work loved every second of it, it was a pleasure and a special evening I plan to bring more people from my job show then the Tuscan dream as I say.
Very comfortable atmosphere with a full menu, perfect for a four top of business associates or friends.
Service was friendly. Pasta bolognese very greasy. Veal scallopine special very tough. Potatoes had an odd flavor
Great food and service, as always! Thank you very much.
My friends and I were visiting Boston and decided to give this place a try after seeing the good reviews. We all got pasta. The food was good, but a few of us had some noodles that were hard and under-cooked... definitely not "al dente". The waitress we had was also quite rude. She barely said two words and was very stand-offish. Did not smile once. Wish we could have had a better experience since we are from out of of town. Maybe we were just there on an off night!
One of the best spots in Boston!!
Loved it! So many things on the menu or specials I waned to try! We will be back again and again. If we lived closer, I would be a “ regular”.
Great food, service, and ambiance!!!
Love the restsurant but far too noisy!!
Gonna sit on other side from now on!!
I have been to Toscano’s many times over more than a decade. It is by far one of the best Italian restaurants in all of Boston, including the north end. I would highly recommend it for any occasion, dinner but also for lunch if you are local.
Don't order the cannoli. Otherwise, very good. Service was extremely attentive. Very good Italian wine selection and reasonable.
service is always a bit pushy. Ordered and the appetizer came and several minutes later the main meal came. The waiter said " thought you would want it when it was ready" -- well most people would let the diner enjoy the appetizer before rushing out the entrée. The food is always very good but the servers are more interested in turning over the tables. Much better when Chris was managing the place!
First rate in every respect. Ambience, friendly & efficient service, even prepared a special dish for out 9 year old. Food was beyond delicious! Highly recommend.
I always refer to Toscano’s as the best. I have never had a bad experience there. Actually everything from the greeting, service to the quality of the food is excellent. They offer a nice choice of appitizers, entrees and great steaks all at a reasonable price.
Excellent as always! Great local spot
Excellent service and food.
