Located in Beaver Creek Village next to the ice rink, Toscanini combines Colorado ingredients with modern culinary interpretations of old world cuisines. With a geography that ranges from the Italian Alps to coastal Mediterranean, how people cook and eat makes for a broad minded cuisine, even more so with the blend of Northern Italian, Austrian, North African and Venetian traditions. The Toscanini culinary team delivers an artisan "craft" interpretation including scratch made pastas, gnocchi, gelato, hand crafted cheeses, house made sausage, prosciutto, pastrami, and terrines. Local farms, fisheries, dairies and ranchers supply momentum and amazingly fresh ingredients. 2019-2020 Winter Season (November 22nd - April 11th). Serving Daily 3pm - Close. Apres from 3-5pm in the bar, lounge and patio. Dinner from 5pm - close.
Excellent Italian restaurant right next to ice skating rink in beaver creek village ! We had a great family dinner with good service !
Probably one of the worst waitresses we have ever had. She seemed put out the second we sat down and would walk away when we still had questions. She had zero customer service skills. The food was okay. We have been to beaver creek 6 spring breaks in a row and have even eaten here before but sadly will not eat at this restaurant next year. Pass on this.
Of the three inner dinner party, only 1 had a meal that was better than average. I would never go back to this restaurant. Why not? Because they do not answer their phone to answer even the simplest questions. Their only published phone number is a recording that offers not even an option to leave a message. Clearly, they don't want me, so I'll never go back.
Great food-had pizza pasta and charcuterie. Service was great
Service was quite poor - inattentive and the server was rude
Accommodating staff. Above average Italian Convenient location
Food good. Service excellent. Pricey due to location.
Terrrific food, service and ambience.
The hostess was extremely rude as was a waitress in the bar area who literally kicked us out while we waited for a table.
When our waiter asked us if we had any questions I asked if they did gluten free pasta. He affirmed and offered to provide a gluten free menu, which I accepted. He came back to ask us if we were ready to order and I reminded him he had offered a gluten free menu. We duly ordered and our appetizers came out incorrectly - we both ordered carpaccio without the horseradish and one came with and one without. We then had a significant wait for our main course with other guests arriving after us and leaving before we had received our main course. When we asked how much longer it was going to be our waiter got quite rude, said we had taken a long time to order (despite the delay being due to the lack of provision of gluten free menu) and then said he didn’t control the kitchen, he just submitted the order. He was then quite abrupt and rude with us thereafter. It was disappointing to have such a delay between courses but even more disappointing in the way it was handled. Our contact is with the waiter who should not have become abrasive when we queried how much longer our meal was going to be and should have taken responsibility for it. It was our first time dining at Toscanini and we are not minded to return given our experience.
By far the best meal in
Nos recibieron rápidamente, y la comida estuvo excelente. El servicio durante la cena, fue muy cordial. La localización es excelente.
Great dining experience, awesome food
Not the best Italian but definitely a good option when you are in BC
Amazing meal and service! And the sommelier was so helpful. Everything was absolutely perfect!
We had two apps.m, entrees and 2 desserts and everything was delicious. Service was excellent.
Try the butternut squash ravioli made fresh in house... perfect!
It was great but pricey. Would probably come back!
Nothing was wrong. And everything was prepared just fine. I have tried this restaurant several times and I just don’t care for the food. Thought I would try again, but my mind hasn’t changed. We were served well, had a visit from the manager who seemed like a great guy. Conveniently located, however I thing the are better Italian restaurants from a price and taste preference.
Great appetizers and meal. Strongly recommend. A bit pricey compared with home, but less expensive than many restaurants in Beaver Creek. Portions are large, desserts are great. Friendly and cozy atmosphere. Definitely will come again.
We love Toscanini! It’s right off of the ice skating rink so dining at night with all of the windows is beautiful with a view of the rink. Add that to the amazing food and ambiance together with great service and you have a terrific experience!
Dinner was amazing, staff was knowledgeable and personal. Toscanini gave us an incredible taste of Beaver Creek!
Outstanding every time’
A great experience, wonderful food and wine, and our server was fabulous.
This was a lovely experience as service was excellent and the scallops and risotto were delish.
Tremendous food. Caleb was an exceptional host. Will recommended to everyone i talk to!
A very pleasant experience and a very good dinner.
Great food, cocktails and service!
Fantastic service and nice views of the rink and village. Salads were very fresh/pasta very good. Tiramisu was excellent! Great option if you want to stay in the village for dinner. Have been a few times and always had excellent service/great meal.
Great food and service, wonderful setting. Jasmine is great!
Service was friendly but slow. Took a while to get drinks, ordered coffee but it didn't come until after we'd reviewed the dessert menu, which cost several minutes.
Food was good but... Lobster bisque had a strange spice and didn't taste like lobster nor did the two little chunks of lobster in it. Beet salad was good. Bruschetta appetizer very large with a tomato relish, large ball of mozzarella and several toasted slices of French bread for a "make your own" bruschetta. Scallops well-prepared. Overall, a little pricey for the quality.
The scallops and mushroom risotto was good
Food was exceptional. Took a little longer than expected to get our food but overall it was a good experience and we would return.
Dory was awesome!! Fantastic service! She made up for the Not so warm we lovin from the older hostess with short hair. She was NOT Very friendly. I don’t think being a hostess is her ideal profession.
Dinner was delicious.
Went to Toscanini while I was in Beaver Creek last Thursday. Our server was great - I wish I remembered her name. The wine was great, our server provided us with drink suggestions. I ordered the linguini pasta with lobster and shrimp, and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend!
Great food and wonderful service
I have been coming here for the last 10 years, since it is right across from the Park Hyatt. The menu has become uninspired, the quality of the food has become much more average (lack of locally sourced items such as cheese and meats), and the waiter knew absolutely nothing of what was on the very limited menu. The waiter also hung out with another table serving wine and talking incessantly, completely ignoring all of the other tables. Because I can't stand sitting around for hours I had to get up and leave; my son had to stay to settle the bill. I will never come back - ever.
Loved everything, all dishes!
The food was incredible. Hubby had the Bistecca and said it was the best steak he had ever had. The 7 oz portion was plenty. The Butternut Squash Ravioli was amazing as well. Saved room for dessert and had the Creme Brûlée which was unique with a touch of lemon. Our waiter was super. Make sure to get reservations several days in advance as it fills up quickly
