Located at 100 Chopin Plaza, Toro Toro is celebrated chef/restaurateur Richard Sandoval’s creative Pan-Latin interpretation of a contemporary steakhouse. This sophisticated and sexy concept is modeled after Sandoval’s Dubai Toro Toro, which was named “Best Latin” and “Best New Restaurant” by Time Out. The restaurant’s selection of meats, carved tableside rodizio-style, along with an array of small plates, composed main-plates and a la carte steaks draws foodies while Toro Toro’s buzz-worthy bar, emphasizing Latin-inspired cocktails made with ultra-premium Latin spirits and a well-curated collection of fine wines from around the world, draws the cocktail crowd.

Our meal was amazing but we had to wait almost an hour plus for it. We ordered a bottle of wine and literally was almost done with it by the time the food came. My steak was way over cooked but was SO hungry by the time our food arrived it wasn't worth waiting 15 minutes for the waiter to even come over to see if our steaks were cooked correctly. The food was good the SIDES stole the show. We had 745 pm reservations and didn't get our food until well past 845 pm. It was ridiculous.

Easily one of our top three meals, ever. Our service was spectacular (ask for Steven!), unique cocktails, phenomenal food. Get the desert that is smashed on your table. Amazing.

Average . Food is pricey.

Everything was amazing except we were told that the brunch was order by the cart (unlimited) and not buffet style which was part of the reason we were so excited. $130 for two people for a buffet seemed too much since it lost a lot of the class having to get up for the plates. We pay for the atmosphere almost as much as the food and while still amazing it felt cheap(er).

I went with my mom to brunch. This is one of my favorite places to go for brunch. However, this trip was a little off. Not due to poor service or food, but due to the clientele. Seeing people eat while they are also using the chocolate fountain was disgusting. I wish there was oversight around the fountain ensuring that no one was gross around it. It just goes to show that people can be classless at any price point.

My time at Toro Toro was amazing! Came back here after coming with a group for a birthday, this time for a date and I received great care and attention. The scallops are my favorite, the wine was great & Ruth was very pleasant! Would recommend!

By far the best lunch value in downtown Miami. Service is always phenomenal and their weekday lunch buffet has delicious staples as well as rotating daily dishes.

ToroToro is the lobby restaurant in the Intercontinental Hotel. We went Friday night and liked it so much that we went back Saturday night for a casual, relaxing meal. You can get tapas or full entrees. We liked the heirloom tomato and burrata salad so much we had it both nights. The empanadas were good, as well as the arroz, a latin variation of fried rice. Service is outstanding.

There aren't many good, walkable, casual restaurants to be found in the area. If you're staying at or near the Intercontinental, it's worth staying in for ToroToro.

Loved this place! The service was what won me over! There was a problem with our food so the chef felt that it wasn’t his best so he redid our meal and had appetizers and drinks on the house for waiting so long for our meal. They care about you unlike other restaurants. Food was amazing as well! We’ll definitely go again.

We went back the next night, if that's any indicator of how much we enjoyed ToroToro. The food is based on small plates with some large plates. My wife and I shared small plates both nights. The food and service were very good both nights. There aren't a lot of casual choices close to the Intercontinental. Staying in for ToroToro is easy and we were pleased with our experience.

We dined at Toro Toro one evening during a conference hosted at the InterContinental Hotel Miami. We followed the suggestions of our server, Matej Kasala as to small plates for our group, as well as wines. Matej is fun and friendly and did not lead us astray. We really enjoyed our entire meal. We wanted to try a certain red wine, and he recommended that we NOT have it with dessert, so he spaced our meal accordingly. We had La Bomba for dessert, which is an experience in itself. Our dinner was long, but we enjoyed it and were not in a rush. I look forward to returning on a future Miami visit.
