We enjoyed a great Sunday brunch menu. Above my expectations!
This is my favorite restaurant but we decided to go with the Miami spice menu and was a little disappointed of the choices they had but other than that the service was still good along with the drinks and atmosphere.
Great time and great food! I realized enjoyed the cauliflower appetizer. They had a violin player live and it was so beautiful. We ordered the Miami Spice Menu but would come back for drinks and the small plates.
The waiters through water over the table. She was friendly and kind. The desert was excellent, but the main dish was very small.
Amazing food! We took The Miyazaki steak. It was the best meat we ever eaten!
Food, and wait staff were great!! The hostesses seemed to be in another world, and didn’t even acknowledge I said I had a reservation, and kind of had an attitude, and kept staring at my kids weird. We waited around for 15 minutes then I asked again, and she’s like “Oh, yeah we can seat you”. What’s the purpose of making a reservation, then watching 20 people get seated before you do. Everything except the hostesses with rude stares and inattentiveness were great.
Great brunch, atmosphere and staff. We love this place.
It was way too loud and idk something was not right.
Went for Miami Spice, the Lamb Belly and Ceviche were both superb and can't decide which I liked more. The Skirt Steak was a tad bit too charred but was tender and still delicious. Ordered La Bomba for dessert and highly recommend it to anyone who loves ice cream.
Restaurant was full and environment was a bit loud but great ambience all around. Would definitely visit again.
To much smoke in the air because of the grilled !! And the food is regular, too loud restaurant!!
Great experience at Toro Toro with friends. The food was spectacular and everything was brought out at the right time. La Bomba dessert was easily the most fun part of dinner - must order!
Awesome meal. Creative food, served playfully and perfectly. The service was extraordinary, the vibe was Miami-cool, and the food was spot-on. Don’t miss the Bomba dessert.
I was underwhelmed by the food selections in the buffet. I was recently there for Father's Day, and there was a wide array of foods, meats, omelet station, dessert choices, etc. I understand it was a special occasion, but if you charge the same price, the selections should be similar. This time there was no omelet station. There were 3 desserts, one of which was a "healthy option." There were 4 salads. No roasted pork. The place is nice and the service overall is good, but there need to be more food choices for $50 per person.
Best Business Lunch in downtown Miami!
Fresh food, proteins and soups switch daily
Mateo nos atendió de maravilla y la cena estuvo deliciosa
The atmosphere and service are very nice at Toro Toro. The food was mediocre at best. Ordered the Chilean Sea Bass here and received about a 3-4oz portion of fish served in a small bowl with dashi broth. The entree was $36 and wouldn’t even be considered an appetizer even in Miami.
You must change the menu and noticed quality of food has declined. I have dined there almost 3x a week and if you notice, much less. It is NOT worth the price you are charging. Told Chef it is the same _____ food and menu. Deserts are an insult. You must change or will notice less and less business people who are in the immediate area stop eating there. Many in the buildings around are bypassing this place. For $25.00 you should offer more than cut up sausage, over-salted tough beef and the chicken is horrible. Send me a DM when you have changed menu, upgraded food and will come back. I am done and you will not see me there anymore!
I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. Meats were choices were limited and cold. Salads look ok, potato salad and Spanish tortilla was good. Deserts were limited, waffles were soft. There are a lot other restaurant that have better brunches. Drinks were included and good.
Service, food, ambience was superb. Only disappointing part was when our desert “the bomb” was brought to table and we where not aware that it was going to be splattered on the Table.
I would not recommend anyone to order it.
Been here several times as I stay at the hotel Intercontinental and every time it has been a great dining experience!
Everything was wonderful. The only complaint I have is that some of the meat was undercooked, for example, my salmon.
Other than that, I had a fabulous brunch!
Everything was great. The selection of food was great. Had a great time with my friends.
Great atmosphere! Food was absolutely delicious and the service was great. Would definitely return for a date or special occasion.
Really bad, slow service.
Awesome brunch plenty of food options desserts and the baked pineapple dessert is to die for. Carving station is another must try. Unlimited mimosas and micheladas included.
Matej was our waiter and he provided such warm and wonderful service! The food was tasty and we all felt full after eating a series of appetizers, sides and dishes Matej suggested. Loved the empanadas de choclo! The music playing in the bar area and the live violin player was amazing! However, it did make conversation a bit difficult, even in the back. But we were certainly able to chat more than folks up front... one complaint: they put bacon in everything! After accidentally tasting a piece in my guac (!?!?) Matej removed it from the guac, brussels and mac and cheese - much better! (I stopped eating pork at 9, and it makes me sick! We also had several vegetarians who struggled to find acceptable dishes.)
Excellent meal and service. Will return in future.
Went on a Sunday for my husband's birthday and the brunch was spectacular! The variety of choices were amazing and everything tasted delicious. I can't say enough of this place. Highly recommended and will go back again. By the way super covenant for me being that i live next door.
Something was not as good with the food as the last time
The restaurant was to dark for me, the food was good, normal, the waiter was very nice and very attentive, the quality price rate was low
Everything was delicious.
Service was great and food was amazing. Great ambiance and vibe .
Amazing experience for my daughter's birthday! Our server, Aimee, was top-notch.
Yassine was an amazing server.
Great food and drinks!
Waited 25 min to see a waitress at bar. Stayed for dinner as we had reservations. Not much better service. Bill includes 18% service charge maybe that’s why. Food was good but does not compare to Trulucks or Capital Grille. Sides are small. You will pay dearly for food / drinks AND $20 for valet.
The food was spectacular and our server Olivia was fantastic...
Came in for dinner on vacation. Found great reviews about Toro Toro and wanted to check it out. As foodies, there was a ton of options for us to choose from. We ordered a few apps and drinks to start, which were delicious. For dinner, we ordered the option of several meats along with two sides. The steak was amazing and the chicken was juicy with a ton of flavor. The other protein options were yummy as well. We ate too much because it was that enjoyable.
One thing we noticed was that a manager never stopped by to check in and see how we were, which seems weird for the caliber of the restaurant. The other thing we found odd was when the server dropped out check, she never said thank you or invited us back next time we were in town. We would come back again because overall, the food was worth it.
Awesome!!! Food was out of this world will be definitely going back!!!
