We sat on the patio overlooking the golf course on a night when the weather was cool and pleasant. The food was really good, but service was a little slow.

We had a great lunch and our waiter was perfect. My only disappointment was that i chose it based on the "live latin music" that was on your website. The DJ was a letdown and no different then just playing the radio.
Overall we had a good time though-thanks!

We love Toro! Great atmosphere. Nice menu though it’s very unique.

Just a comment about the Nikkei Lomo Saltado...it one of the best dishes on the menu. When Toro first opened the presentations of this dish was amazing...topped with steak frites. The presentation during our recent visit was so poorly presented. I encouraged all our guest to get it and was so embarrassed.

Please pay attention to the quality and presentation of the message of the Fairmont and the TPC.

Excellent South American menu. The Churrasco was very good. Great choice of wines. The caipiroska could’ve been better... Good service

Always enjoy the small plates at Toro, and Sat. nite was no exception. The crispy prawns with polenta were fabulous; the calamari was fresh and tender and we loved the thin slices of fried jalapeños mixed in - also enjoyed both dipping sauces; the tomato/watermelon/burata salad was a surprising taste treat! A bit disappointed in the corn empanadas tonite - just not enuf filling. They've been better on past visits.

I would rate this place average. The sushi rolls were OK but not amazing. Had way better at many different places! Nice environment with live music that day we were there.

Wonderful food. Was not familiar with Latin food vs. AZ Mexican food. Our fantastic waiter Arnaldo P., as the receipt said, was very helpful in explaining the difference.
He made the difference in the dinning experience.

Thank you

Sushi rolls decent. Lots of rice. Rolled loosely. Salad with tomatoes and mozzarella had very over ripe mushy tomatoes.

We visited Toro for dessert on a Sunday evening. We ordered La Bomba, which was fabulous! The dessert was dropped onto the table while we shouted "La Bomba." The chocolate shell burst open to reveal ice cream, fruits and cake bits inside. It was great fun to see and to eat.

Celebrated a birthday, food was excellent! One of my favorite appetizers is the grilled avocado but their mixed ceviche was a close second! They were having a photo shoot in the restaurant highlighting their “La Bomba”dessert and we just had to have it! It won’t disappoint! The view of the golf course was beautiful and even though we are locals, we felt as if we were on vacation!

I had the opportunity to eat here 2 times in the past week for separate business dinners. Both times were excellent. Highly recommend the scallops with pork belly. We dined late in the evening and both nights the service and food were excellent.

The tomato salad had a great presentation and the dressing was fantastic!
The mac and cheese was very flavourful! Loved it!
The main course steak was over priced and unfortunately very boring. Two small round potatoes and a slab of meat.

Problem with this place is that it doubles as the 19th hole bar for the gold course. It could easily function in both ways, but it is poorly designed. All they need to do is create a separate room for the bar, and then one for the restaurant. We walked in around 6 pm and there were a bunch of rowdy golfers drinking beer and having a good time. That's fine, but I don't want to sit 15 feet way trying to have a nice quiet meal.

The food and service were excellent but the noise level was over the top. My husband and I thought that the Fairmont Princess Scottsdale Hotel restaurants would all be more on the "fine dining" spectrum. This is the golf course grill. Don't misunderstand me, the food was excellent but we expected a little more for the price.

Server was knowledgeable and friendly. Really a foodie who could explain the various dishes and make recommendations appropriate for each of us based on what we told him we like. Cozy atmosphere with nice views of the golf course. I had really good ceviche. Unique flavors...every bite was a joy. Great snapper entree. My husband’s fried rice was delicious too. I’m gluten free and there were many good options—including the bread/salsa brought before the meal. Highly recommend this place.

Live music night, yet not great unless you like "Labamba". Not at all what was expected. Rum bar, was your average bar with only a few rum cocktails featured. I would have thought they would have a nice menu for rum drinks. Not so, however bar tenders were very nice. Food ok but overpriced and not very extensive. A disappointment overall and will not return.

Dinner plans brought us to Toro to celebrate family and friends for a special reunion. We were not disappointed. We sat outside and had a great view of the sunset, overlooking the golf course. The food was terrific, from the seafood/sushi/Su-Viche type appetizers to the grilled seafood and mixed grilled platter. We paired it with a bottle of BR Cohn Cab, but the menu offered more red selections from Argentina to Spain that would have been just as awesome. Finished with dessert (nothing really to write home about) and espresso and an 8 yr old sipping rum that was the perfect finish to a great family get together. BTW, the live band was awesome with salsa, cha-cha, and meringue beats and rhythms; they just didn't play long enough. Restaurant closes early (9pm) for a Saturday evening. The service was mostly attentive, but not disruptive. Thank you for a wonderful evening Toro and Staff.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. We loved the live music and the menu was different, tasty, and interesting. I would strongly suggest that the restaurant publish this is not in the Fairmont Hotel, but has it's own parking area outside of the hotel. We are locals and were not amused by having to board a van to the restaurant. Our vehicle had already been valeted. We will certainly return to this location!

Was pleased to find live Spanish guitarists playing in the dining room when we arrived on Valentines Day. Very pleasant setting, VERY attentive wait staff, we both enjoyed this place. I found the menu lacking in vegetarian options, so ordered sushi rolls which were very good. Husband ordered rib eye, and enjoyed it.

A must if you stop by the course...the menu is amazing. It was hard to decide what to order. We split the Tuna roll and a burger. Both were great. The view of the course is amazing. The inside area is nice too. There were two people playing acoustic guitar and singing when we were there on a Sunday afternoon. They made the experience even better!

This was our second time dining and we were disappointed with the service this time. We had the same server but she seemed to be busy with a large party inside the restaurant (we were outside). The food was still good, but the service was a huge disappointment.
