Fabulous food, great service. The ShrimpLouie salad and the pasta with boar ragu were particularly wonderful. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic first visit to Torc. Gorgeous space, excellent service, and delicious flavors. We shared the swordfish and scallops, both were excellent! I could have had several jamon appetizers too :) I would recommend for any dining experience especially nice for a special occasion.

This restaurant is always a stunner. It is crazy to rave about veggies, but they were just delicious. Try the spring peas and the forest mushrooms. The beef duo was incredible.

The food is terrific. Creative but not overdone. We split dishes so tried most of the menu and there was nothing that wasn't really great.

The wine list is very cool. But, it is poorly organized and crazy expensive. I know it's Napa, but there should be more that 2 decent choices at $120 a bottle. Not all of us want or need $400 trophies. I did love that the owner recommended a VERY affordable bottle from Washington.

The bar leaves much to be desired. The drinks were not great, and so so small for big $.

The service was off my wife doesn't drink disclosed this and was offered several drink options all with alcohol. The were constantly bumping us to most dishes and often just disappeared.

So I am being picky. Napa has too many overrated places with average at best food. The food here is awesome. The people are nice, and the location is good. So, make this a priority if you want good wine friendly food in Napa

Overpriced mediocre food for Napa. You can do so much better for the same price or less. But, it’s trendy and if you want to impress your friends by ordering the 500-2000$ bottle of wine, you certainly can at Torc. Best thing on the menu was the $5 16 oz. DIPA! That’s value.

Loud place. Was hard to choose a bottle of wine - they are all super pricey and marked up which is disappointing ! Food was great - unique. Bring your own bottle of wine and pay the corkage.

Great. Food was really good and creative. Himachi app was fantastic. Entrees were really good. Red velvet dessert was a great finish. Really enjoyed the experience.

The service and the food was outstanding. Sean Otoole is a wonderfully creative chef. Torc made my fathers birthday one for the record books.

Going into it, I knew we would be spending a bit more for our meals in Napa. Torc was no different. We had the deviled eggs which were fantastic and reasonably priced. My wife ordered the ravioli which looked as great as it tasted. Bright, colorful, and fresh. I went back and forth in my head to order either the swordfish or the Lumache. I went ahead and ordered the Lumache. Which once I received it, had complete regret. No color and looked very bland. Maybe my own fault, but did not realize that "handmade Lumache with mornay suace, cave aged gruyere, boar ham, black truffle conserva", was just a fancy way of saying, "Ham- Mac and Cheese with pasta shells". For $27, I really expected much more than what I got. Although it was indeed tasty, it surely did not impress. I continued to look at table to the side of us. That guy had ordered the swordfish and looked great! My poor decision continued to stay on my mind throughout the evening.
I may or may not go back when in Napa. Nothing that they did wrong, just would try something different.

We started out with the peigord truffle grilled cheese sandwich. The bread was grilled to perfection and a small amount of cheese was tasty. They gave us a good amount of truffle but most of the truffle had little flavor. Every now and then we did get a taste of truffle that was good. My husband had the house made rigatoni with boar sauce that was good. I had the spring green ravioli. They were made nicely and looked stunning but both of us didn't really care for the taste....I think they were made with too many herbs and maybe everything together just didn't taste right to us. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. I'm guessing that I just didn't order what they do best.

All in all the restaurant was just OK
The cocktail drink was very tasty
Wine pairing with my meal was not up to my standards I had a Pinot that was substandard
Between the first course and second course the mail came out late so we sat there for quite some time
We had our third course my girlfriend got up to use that restroom and soon as she sent down one of the maitre d’s or waiters came up to us and asked if we can leave the table because they have incoming parties I was a Shocked because we did not sit there for a very long ,I have never in my life been asked to get up from the table at a restaurant ,that was a little bit unnerving ,we had our third course my girlfriend got up to use that restroom as soon as she sat down one of the maitre d’s or waiters came up to us and asked if we can leave the table because they have incoming parties I was a flabbergasted because we did not sit there for very long ,never in my life have I been asked to get up from a table at a restaurant that was shocking especially when you spend a couple hundred dollars for the meal,
So let’s just say I will not be going back to that restaurant they were extremely rude to someone had left a very nice tip

We were very excited to go to Torc based upon reviews. Unfortunately we didn’t find this restaurant to be anything special. We had a table right next to the host stand so servers were constantly right next to us getting wine and glasses etc. The menu isn’t too extensive. We had deviled eggs which were good. My husband had the beef duo and I had the scallops. Both tasted decent. The artichoke side dish didn’t taste like much. The service and servers were very nice though. Overall for the price and small size of the plates it isn’t a great value and we wouldn’t return.

This may have been one of the most enjoyable dining experiences I have had. From the time we walked in we were made to feel welcome. The staff was extremely attentive. Our waiter was very helpful in helping make our wine selection to match our meal. The food was off the charts. Well prepared and presented in a way that enhanced the theme of the dish.

If you are in the Napa Valley, Torc is a must for the ultimate dining experience.

Staff were lovely and service was impeccable. Ambiance was pleasant, noise at a comfortable conversational level. Where it went a little sideways was the food - all the items on the menu sounded amazing, but the execution was lacking. The devilled eggs we started with were a high point, but from there it went downhill - the boar terrine was bland, the spinach ravioli tasted like damp, unseasoned spinach, sort of earthy and lacking seasoning, and the lobster risotto was fair but also lacking in much flavor. Really wanted to like this place but the level of taste wasn't up to the price of the items unfortunately. The cocktails were great though.

Simply extraordinary..... our favorite restaurant in Napa... possibly in the entire country!!!!
Such attention to detail.. chef owner and his wife are truly dedicated and exceed my wildest imagination ... such warmth and hospitality!
Crudo appetizer and scallops were just so fresh and perfectly prepared! Loved the fresh pea tendrils.... such respect for all ingredients is obvious!

I love going to TORC! Always interesting foods, great cocktails and lovely atmosphere. Chef Sean is really doing a fabulous job! If you want the whole chicken, be sure to order many days in advance or it won't be available!!

Absolutely delicious food, great wine selection (even by the glass), and great service. The decor was very nice, too. My only complaint is the high noise level. Highly recommended. I will go there again.

We read about this restaurant and wanted to give it s try next time we were in Napa and we lucked out to get a reservation when in town. Fun new place, very hip, the bar was packed due to a wonderful happy hour. We had lots of little plates including olives and a tureen. We split short ribs and wild boar special, both delicious. We had great service and drank a fantastic wine, recommended by our server. A special go to if visiting Napa!

Modern, contemporary dining room with a large bar serving innovative cocktails. The price fixe menu is a good value - the pork belly and Atlantic cod are solid choices.

Beautiful ambiance! Dined here while on vacation. The service was very attentive, and the food was delicious. We had the lobster risotto and the tagliatelle with truffles, both were to die for! We will definitely go back any time we are in Napa

We always feel special when we get to go to Torc. It’s nice that we will be able to go and return before dark since we drive a long way for our special dinners at Torc. The food is excellent and the staff superb.

Great service, food was very good. We ordered the whole boar for the table as well as a number of pastas and appetizers. We expect the boar to be more food but other than that we had a terrific experience and the service was exceptional!

This is the second time we’ve been to Torc and it was again a wonderful experience. The food is outstanding and the service is seamless and impeccable. Because servers were busy with larger tables, the hostess became a server, not missing a beat.

We started with deviled eggs and pekora (an Indian appetizer). Both were terrific. For mains, my wife had pappardelle with boar ragu, my daughter had tagliatelle, my son-in-law had pork belly and I had duck. Everyone was delighted with their choice.

The wine list is extensive. The only negative is a very hefty mark-up. But, we were able to find a reasonably priced ($70) bottle of Pinot Noir that complemented the meal well.

This is a go-to restaurant in Napa.

The hosts and waiters are very friendly. They pay attention to details and ask if we have any food allergies and serve food to our satisfaction. We have the pork belly and beef duo for main courses.
