Walk into TORC and you might notice the music. It's rock & roll, blues, or soul, and it's undeniably on. You might notice the energy — it's high. And you'll definitely notice our bar. It's busy serving well-made cocktails and pouring rare wines we're proud to say you probably won't find anywhere else by the glass. There are no white tablecloths.     The food was absolutely delicious. Hamachi tartare with caviar. Squash blossoms. Jamón Iberico. Perfect to share among four people. Everyone raved about the entrees. Halibut with artichokes and a citrus broth! Stupendous. We will be back.

    Went there for the first time on June 22nd. Had reservations for 5:30. Sat upstairs. Party of 3. Was immediately served cocktails and appetizers. Server was very pleasant and menu diverse. But the wait between appetizers and dinner was over an hour and the restaurant was not particularly crowded. Food was very good and we were all served at once. Did not leave until after 7:30. If you go, do not be in a rush.

    We had an amazing time. This was our first visit to Torc. The service and food was just unreal. Thank you for the adventure. Marco was awesome, he made us feel like we were home. We will be back.

    Everything on the menu is excellent. Consistently superior quality. We live in the Valley and are very familiar with all the restaurants. We have been dining here for over 10 years and it is still our favorite restaurant in Napa for special occasions. While the prices are competitive with several other high-end restaurants in the Valley, Torc always seems to hit the highest notes on balancing spices, flavors, composition, plating ascetics and the portions are just right. Product is always the freshest and highest quality. The Chef is extremely creative. My wife and I have dined at many Michelin Star restaurants all over the world and I'm amazed this place still hasn't received one Star (high quality cooking and worth a stop, according to their definition) or at least a Bib Gourmand. I'm guessing it's that the service isn't as precise or orchestrated as Michelin might like to see. If you're interested in a fabulous meal without the pretenses, this is your place.

    Food was excellent. Service was a little unfortunate. It seemed like the servers had too much on their plate which resulted in long wait times for beverages. Several tables around us had the same issue.
