This would have been wonderful had it not been for the steak. We ordered the $95 steak, medium rare and the first one came out completely raw with just a sear on the outside. The chef apologized and did a second one but when it arrived it was so tough we couldn't bring ourselves to eat it. We took it home and just made sandwiches with it since we didn't want to waste $95 or wait again for another steak. That was disappointing. The butternut ravioli and the creme Brule were amazing though, as was was view and service from the staff.
It was one ☝️ of my Top 🔝 5 Restaurants experience. Service was sensational our server Peter was superb. Considering someone so young. He was excellent. Views were exquisite. Food was delectable my personal favourite was Cajun Halibut. I would love 💗 to go there again.
Very nice spot to have a wonderful meal with the best views of the city.
The first impression wasn’t good, we booked a table and requested for window seat and called ahead of time to confirm, I was told it’s first come first serve so when we came on the day of booking receptionist said unfortunately all window seat is full it’s 40 mins wait which was not true we saw at least 4 window seats empty, after 20 mins a couple comes and they get the window seat which we didn’t understand the reason why and then 30 mins later another couple comes and they get the other window seats which felt so unreal and we felt really left out, we waited for 50 mins then we finally got a window seat, so we really didn’t understand what do they mean by saying first come and first serve even we called few days ahead and they couldn’t promise a window seat I m really confused the only reason I m giving the stars is for our server who served us food, he was amazing and energetic, am I going to visit again? hmmm I don’t know am I going to recommend this restaurant to my family and friends? I will only for the view.
The whole experience was worthwhile for the magnificent views. The food itself we thought was overpriced.
I had a very pleasant experience, the truth is that the restaurants allow you to see the beauty of Vancouver, I loved it
I mentioned that it was our anniversary in the reservation and they gave us a beautiful dessert on the house. All of the food was so amazing, best we have ever had, and the views were incredible.
This is the second time we go to this restaurant and the food is not good. The only thing that we enjoyed was the view.
We went for brunch for my daughters birthday but the food was very expensive and the quality was not great.
The waffles were not even made in house looks like they were brought in from a store and they were so small, she didn’t like them at all because they were hard and not hot, not impressed with the food and the prices but the views were nice!
They did bring out a dessert on the house for my daughters birthday but kids don’t eat cheesecake so it would have been nice to be given a choice.
Food was amazing!!
Stunning views! Great food, contemporary fine dining style. Wait staff a little intrusive, but very polite and courteous.
Honestly, The views alone are worth it.
Food and views were fantastic. Such a great experience with service to match. Would recommend
First time here with my wife. Restaurant settings are nice and good spacing. Sat by the window with great view of Vancouver city. Our server Hung was great. He knew the menu/dishes well and we went with his recommendation. His service was phenomenal that made our evening awesome. We did the King crab and Lobster dish for two. They were fresh and the meat came out nicely. It came with Caviar (aged) and they were excellent as well. The Asti Martini champagne, I think, was excellent to go with the caviar and dish. It is pricey but well worth it. Nice that it took about an hour to complete a full circle. Dine at 6:30pm from evening light to night was awesome.
The view was amazing better than anything we've seen so far, but the food was just ok. The lamb was bland so i had to ask for salt, my girl said she can make better pasta but i thought the pasta was okay. The server was so professional and really good at his job.
It was a nice experience, breathtaking view, staff are polite foods are a little bit expensive but its worth it! Nice to go in special occassions. We would love to come back.
The food was great except the mushroom soup was a little bland. Everything else tasted really good. A bit expensive for what you get.
The service was amazing. I would recommend eating at The Top of Vancouver.
Best date my husband and I have every been on! Our server was fantastic and the sunset that night was unreal! Might be expensive but worth every penny.
I had a great experience at the restaurant and would definitely recommend this to my family and friends, No Doubt
It takes 1hr for my food to arrive and my ribs is too dry.
It was a great place. Nice experience. Probably we will recommend to friends and families.
dinner for 3 on saturday night soda's at $5.75 each no free refill and your 1/2hr wait between courses so they are pumping out the drinks not mentioning they are not refillable and nothing special ordered for dinner ribs(good but had to request a finger bowl...this is a no brainer with ribs), penne pasta(honestly had WAY better at Boston Pizza) and the halibut(no complaints)- Overall this is a place you go once every 10 years to remind yourself how fortunate you are----- total $320 dinner with 3 beers is totally overpriced-time to update the carpet on the floor too!
We celebrated my bf’ s bday at the restaurant. The service was good and the food were delicious. It was a clear night so we have a good view of the mountain and the city.
I rarely write bad reviews for restaurants, but this particular visit was quite disappointing. I called the restaurant to reserve a window seat for my birthday celebration and specified the request on OpenTable but the restaurant was not able to accommodate the request. I also had a flower bouquet and no staff member asked if I wanted a vase. It was only after my boyfriend's request that they brought the vase (with no water), wondering if I'd like them to pour water into the vase. Our server, Andrew, was very approachable and friendly, especially considering we had two smaller kids with us. We asked one of the pastas to be served with no sauce, only spaghetti and bacon; however, the dish was brought with the sauce, to which Andrew said the kitchen made a mistake and asked if we wanted the kitchen to have the pasta only. Overall, the food was good but overpriced for the served dishes. At the end of the dinner, Andrew brought us a dessert with a Happy Birthday writing on the plate, which was very nice of them. I would not go there again- the restaurant is not family-friendly and does not offer top-notch service, not worth the price. The view is stunning though! Might be a good idea to perhaps get a coffee and dessert there, but not full dinner. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Unique restaurant.. reservations didn’t matter still had to wait for a table 10 minutes and didn’t even get a window view! Service is super slow..
Beautiful view and amazing view! Definitely worth the visit. Even if its just once!
Worth every penny for the view and experience. The guy who fills the water was super kind. Our server was “ok”. Services was mediocre. The facility was lovely. Food is way over priced but good at best. Prices inflated for the experience. I’d do it again every few years.
This was the best restaurant I've ever eaten at. The only problem is that my stomach was too small 🤣
The service was great, the view was amazing but it was way too expensive
First time here for all 3 of us.Best stuffed salmon ever!...everything was excellent, service was top notch😁
Thank you so much for such a lovely evening! A+ experience
It was Really a great experience I went there with the family to celebrate a special occasion
I like the services and enjoy the food the provide.
It’s a wonderful experience. Love to go back again.
Foods is good, affordable, very clean and views specialize in dinner time.
Good experience overall! Great tasting food...especially the seafood platter! The service is very good! However, I think it's overpriced.
Thanks so much for your services.
That was a fantastic night for us.
It was fine, except shrimps were not fresh.
Food was terrible. I got lamp and I didn't eat.
But Ambiance good
The view and the service was great. The food was well presented but ordinary and pricey. I still would recommend it
