We were at our table for 20 minutes before the server arrived. Someone did drop off a bread basket but we had no drinks. Took 10min after she took our order to bring the drinks. I ordered the Half Baked Chicken. Servicer said “Is there something else on the menu you would like ‘Mam? It’s just, the chicken can be very salty at this time time of night and it’s also dry. I’m suggesting you don’t order it but if you do and don’t like it, you can pick something else”. Needless to say, I ordered it server was correct. My husbands filet was fantastic.
Wonderful experience. Service was excellent as well as the view of the city. The food was well prepared
Very fancy, excellent and quality food!
The mash potato was excellent!
It was great, perfect service but $$$$.Best view of the city.
The view was amazing, but food was over price and cold when served. My friend was sick after leaving the restaurant. Service was average.
Service, food, and overall experience was awesome!
Views, experience and ambiance were amazing! Steaks were good but the desserts were “Top of the World” amazing! Wonderful 30th anniversary memories!
Amazing view! Good food
Stinky carpet smell
When I go to a $$$$ restaurant I expect it to be worth $$$$! I was very disappointed in this place. The concept is really cool and so is the view but after that, I can’t really say anything else that I thought was good. I had the seafood linguine and it made me sick, my husband had the sea bass and barely aren’t any of it. The brussel sprouts were mushy and the crispy potatoes were under cooked. The waiter was so young I am assuming this is his first waiting job and it showed. We were barely waited on all night. We dined at Hell’s Kitchen the night before so maybe the bar was just set too high, but I will not be returning to Top of the World again.
As locals, this is our favorite restaurant. Food and service are great. The atmosphere and view are unmatched. Always a place for us for special occasions. Nice to be back!
Table was not ready, that’s usually the case. Service once seated was stellar as usual. Food was mediocre. $700 for 4 people with only 1 round of drinks was very steep. Steak was not cooked anywhere close to order, butter for lobster was cold, bone in filet tasted like rubber. Usually a spot on eatery, maybe just a bad night. Tough bill to swallow
Over price on everything, especially food and it was good for the price.
Great food, great environment, service was mediocre at best.
Excellent service from Brian. The views are breathtaking.
Our waiter treated us as if we didn’t belong. Or seemed as if he was not excepting a good tip from us from the moment we sat down. No small talk, there was no relating or building a good experience here. It was “enjoy but give us your money” kind of feeling. Photographer sucked horribly. Photos were blurry & we paid $80? For what?? Not worth it. Won’t be recommending this to anyone.
The food wasn’t so great.
But I did enjoy the lobster tail and king crabs. I recommend seafood but the salmon wasn’t good. For the price the food quality didn’t match.
Honestly if it wasn’t for the scenery we wouldn’t have gone.
Excellent service and quite the view, it was absolutely stupendous! From the food to the booze we surely will be back.
It was an absolutely beautiful place to have dinner. Everything about the ambience and experience was great. Highly recommend!
The views were amazing and the ambience was very romantic setting. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They made sure we were happy and catered to the fullest. Food was great and fulfilling. All the guest at the restaurant had smiles on their faces as if they were all enjoying the same experience as we were. The height of the restaurant seemed as if we were going to feel light headed but quite the opposite considering the floor of the restaurant rotated. It was not a problem for us and barely felt as if we were moving. Exceptional restaurant and service. Thank you for the great experience!
The last time I’d eaten here was over 20 years ago, so I was a bit nervous about how this relatively cliche Vegas experience would still be - especially having chosen it for my 50th birthday dinner. I can’t begin to say how impressed I was and how much the whole experience exceeded my expectations. From the amazing view, to the outstanding service, to the incredible steaks and sides - everything was ON POINT. Not gonna lie, it’s not one of the cheapest meals I’ve ever had, but given the significance of the day and the quality of the meal, I have no problem spending that kind of money. Highly recommended for that special occasion! And, yes, splurge the extra bit for an edge table on the rotating floor!!
Great loved it amazing view and great customer service
Excellent service. Reasonable pricing considering the view offered. Good location for a relaxed dinner that is ideal for both intimate dining or social dining.
Steak preparation on the other hand was less than desirable. Despite 3 attempts, could not get close to medium rare. Hopefully it was just 1 off night.
Enjoyed the views! The food and service was excellent The overall experience was amazing!
Beautiful place to enjoy dinner. The service was spectacular. The music was on the louder side, & definitely could’ve been turned down a bit. The food was very good, but it was priced a bit high for not coming with any sides. This is a place that I would only come for a special occasion. We had a very enjoyable anniversary dinner here!
The view, the ambience, and the meal were so delightful. I'd go back again. The adventure through security and a few different elevators was a bit tricky, but it worked out. Dress to impress and plan to drop a few hundred to eat, but totally worth it.
Menu was uninspiring and small (even for steakhouse) portions. No vegetarian options besides salad. Seafood pasta is made before hand and shrimp can't be removed. Baked Alaska was ok, but needed cake otherwise its just ice cream with meringue.
Wait staff was friendly but had to wait awhile for bread. Website says dress code is enforced, but it wasn't. Not a problem but my girlfriend gave up comfort for the dress code. View is spectacular when facing strip and downtown. Got to see some people jump from the strat so be aware that can happen haha.
Nice Ambience
Overall, the experience was wonderful. The food was very pricey, but the taste was mediocre. The ambience was wonderful. Very romantic place for a date, nice music playing in the background, and excellent service. My only complaint is that the glasses they served water and were not clean.
Definitely a cool / unique view of Vegas. The food & service were just "ok" compared to some of the other steak houses in Vegas.
Great service and food was great. Overall 10 times perfect!
The view was super nice and very unique! The service was great and quick. That said, I understand it’s Las Vegas and you pay a little more for things; however, I don’t believe the food was worth the price. It was well cooked, but a bit bland and a little over priced. Overall experience was about 3.5. Ambience and Service were great, food was about average.
Excellent food and service
We reserved the window seats with the rotating floor. The views were absolutely amazing. The food was delicious (a little pricy) and well done. The side dishes were of great portions that we only ordered 2 and shared them & that was enough for the both of us. It was worth it!
Beautiful views. Friendly staff. AMAZING food. The price was the food was worth every penny!
Birthday, hard to get service at lounge was told many conflicting ways to order a glass of water, never got it until our table was ready.
Everytime we are in Las Vegas we came here, excellent food, great service, a perfect evening.
Very unique dinner experience. We had an amazing view at sunset as there was enough light to see the mountains and the shining lights of vegas were just coming on. Food was delicious and servers were very friendly and informative.
We are a vegan couple so there weren't many options for food but we knew that going in. We opted for drinks, which are roughly $20 a piece, so two people drinking and ordering a couple sides can easily hit their $45 table requirement. The requirement states $45 food table requirement but after spending $100 on drinks it wasn't an issue with our server. We also tipped her well so she wasn't missing out on funds from a non-eating table. You go for the views definitely not the overpriced drinks or food. Also, note that seats closest to the window are $25 a piece. Again, it's all about the experience and if it helps Vegas get back on its feet during the pandemic it's worth it. It was a great way to watch the sunset and celebrate my birthday.
It was amazing experience for us , we feel very special
