Steaks were cooked to the wrong temperature. When the complaint was summoned the only response was oh sorry. No fixing, and no management check up. The dinner took over 3 hours and we didn't stay for dessert.
This was the second time we went there. The food wasn't good as three years ago. The view was amazing though.
Jennifer was our waitress. She was very nice and came to our table ever so often to see how we were doing and how the food tastes. It is worth a second time going.
View was nice, service nice, food was mediocre and overpriced. Tourist trap.
Wow! What a neat experience. The food was satisfactory but what really made the night special was the one of a kind experience to view Las Vegas at 107 stories up while rotating during sunset then viewing all of the lights. Our server, Alex, went above and beyond and made sure we had exactly what we wanted. Without him the experience would not have been complete. We really cannot thank him enough!
Wonderful everything-great for celebrating a special occasion.
Went for our anniversary. They didn’t do anything special for us. As were use to going to yard house and they make us a sweet desert. The view is amazing. The service was extremely slow. We were there for 2.5 hours and everything took a while to come out. Had the Ahi tacos as an app and I love Ahi and I couldnt eat these. They were too mushy and had very little flavor. I ordered the filet and it was mediocre. Which was disappointing considering it alone was $66! Not including the sides. It was a cool experience but def not somewhere I would go again. If you do want to experience this I suggest going to the lounge for a drink and a salad... lol save your money and time and don’t eat at the restaurant. The view really is amazing tho. I just wish they would focus more on better food. Especially for how expensive the place is. Vegas is known for good food and this place scores really low on the list.
Went here for our anniversary.. when I booked I told them we were celebrating our anniversary and if we could get a seat close to the window if possible..and when we arrived they wished us happy Anniversary and gave us a great seat with stunning views.
The staff were so friendly atmosphere was lovely..food was excellent..the view going round the stratosphere was amazing even had some people jumping off from up above as we were having diner ...great for a special occasion.....
The view was great, the service was great, the ambience was great, but the food was awful. Worst steak I have had in a long time.
Great food and service! The steak was very juicy and a nice size for the price . The potato I had was loaded and everything was fresh !
Great food, fantastic views, seriously cool restaurant.
Service with a smile but a little slow.
We loved the view and food. A friend tried to order us a bottle of wine 1 day before our dinner. She was told there was a 72 hour limit. Didn’t see that information on the web site. It seems the procedure would be relatively simple especially since it was a reasonable request.
Great experience would definitely recommend it to others.
Great atmosphere, great food, a little pricey.
Be sure to arrive at least 15-20 min before your reservation. The long line for the ride up to the restaurant was not what I expected.
Beautiful view but that was about it: hostess stand very unorganized- called because we were going to be a few minutes late and was told they didn’t have my reservation for 4. We made a new reservation for 5 instead since we potentially had someone joining us. By the time we got up there we were told there was now a wait. We got the text our reservation was ready, then we were told that they do not seat incomplete parties. Girl at the front talked so fast I couldn’t even understand her. We were seated and while our server Max was very nice and did a great job the meal dragged out to almost 2.5 hours. Food for the price was just okay. This was a one and done for us, won’t be back here.
Visited Vegas on the first part of our honeymoon. Booked the stratosphere as seen how impressive it looked online. The views weren’t to be missed, although we had been on the high-roller the previous night so could’ve seen what we needed to there. Waited an extra 20-25 minutes from when our table was booked (had been booked for about 2-months) I ended up having to ask when it would be ready and as soon as I did.....it was just being prepared! 🙈
Waitress in the bar area wasn’t pleasant at all. Felt kind of silly for simply ordering water and then enquiring about the table. The waiters who served us our food were very pleasant and couldn’t have done more to help. Been now and done it, but can’t help but wish I’d booked somewhere else for the final-night meal. Views were exceptional, service is really lacking though.
Excellent food with a wonderful view. I would recommend this place.
Very pricey for the quality of the food. Mixed green salad was soggy and not good. Steak was overcooked to medium instead of medium rare and the server tried to argue with me that "color could be deceptive". I sent it back and the second try was acceptable. No concession was made for the error. Otherwise good food and good service. The Stratosphere Hotel and Tower itself is very dark and run down and does not make a good first impression if you are headed to the restaurant. The 360 view of Vegas is outstanding.
I was very impressed with the staff and service. Great place to have a romantic dinner overlooking Vegas. The steak was one of the best I've had and I'm a steak guy!
The restaurant was pleasant for a Birthday
Finding the entrance for the restaurant gave me blisters
We went to the stratosphere for my Husbands birthday. It was our first time in Vegas. And he loved it. The food was divine and the service was great. I would definitely come back the next time we are in Vegas
Amazing food in an amazing location. The views are outstanding!
However, check the menu beforehand, it might be complicated if you are a picky eater and don’t want red meat.
My family and I visited The Top of The World Restaurant for my 21st birthday and it did not disappoint. By far the best food, view, and experience we had while on our vacation. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the dishes and wine, and the food was outstanding. Obviously for being a fine dinning restaurant it’s a little more pricey than other restaurants, but it was worth EVERY penny. Highly recommend visiting if in Vegas!
Great service, amazing food, dessert is a must, awesome views 😀
The view is breathtaking. The restraurant spins around 360 degrees in 80 mins! You don’t feel a thing but u get the best view of all of Vegas. Very romantic, good food not the best but great tasting still. Highly recommend.
Had an amazing proposal dinner the food was excellent the service atmosphere and views are all beyond words I would recommend the Top of the World restaurant to anyone for any occasion absolutely the best
Way to over priced for terrible food would not go back. On our honeymoon and had terrible service
This was a super cool experience- although pricy, it was worth it. The food was very good and our server (Joey, from NY) was excellent! Definitely more of a special occasion place; birthday, anniversary, guests in town etc. I'm glad we went and would for sure go again.
Our waiter was absolutely amazing!!! He knew exactly what to recommend to us and was on point with all his suggestions. Made my birthday dinner the best part of the trip.
My boyfriend enjoyed his birthday. Portion sizes were good for this type of establishment and the service was good. Awesome views.
The best atmosphere and view in the whole city. Food was excellent, though pricey. Just noting this in case you are on a tight budget. Fortunately, we were honeymooning so we were a little less frugal than normal. We split our entire meal: a crab cake, lobster bisque, salmon and a twice-baked potato - (no dessert). We each had a drink (a glass of wine and a beer) and our bill was $128, not including tip. But again, the food was excellent - the lobster bisque is to die for and the serving staff is great!
Best view in town! Food is good, little pricey but great experience, and good portion sizes! Excellent service!
Food was disappointing but the view was nice
Phenomenal restaurant with the best view in the city. We went for lunch and were very pleased with the drinks, food, and the service. 10/10 would eat again
My salmon had too many bones in it and was not very flavorful. I did tell the wait staff but nothing was adjusted they took the half I didn’t eat off the table. If it had not been a special occasion I would have insisted in a change in my bill. The view was breath taking
The service we got was outstanding and were always there when we needed another drink or something to accommodate with our meal. The food was cooked to perfection and the view was absolutely breath taking. We will definitely be coming back.
It was okay, especially enjoyed to sit to the next view with 360 degree routing. The menu was okay and so expensive, only thing wished the menu would be included with other sides altogether han separated of each sides 😞
Out of all the great restaurants we eat at on our family vacation, Top of the world was hands down the best of the bunch. I would highly recommend them to any and every one who visits Las Vegas.
